I am really surprised to see your email.
If the bank is not responsible for all other matters than the car lease then why your bank deducts the charges for car registration, tracker and insurance etc. The excise department took Rs.36, 000 for registration but you have debited Rs.55, 000 from my account where did the remaining Rs.19, 000 go...?
Your Hyderabad branch staff told me about the Promotion and assured that I will be given due benefit of this offer, after their advice I took the matter up with you..
I was told the amount of car as Rs.1, 547, 000 but got it written as Rs.1, 563, 000 which I paid to showroom whereas car papers show price as Rs.1, 547, 000..
After all this you tell me that bank is only involved in lease whereas I have all paperwork available to show your deep involvement.. Therefore solve this matter ASAP otherwise I will take this to next step ahead...

I am visiting from the U.S. On Dec 11, 2017, while traveling from Karachi to Lahore, on way to the airport, I stopped at your 'IBD Bokhari Commercial' branch to withdraw Rs. 20, 000 from my Bank of America account. The ATM took my card and shut down giving me a 'balance inquiry' receipt, showing my debit card# and my dollar balance amount, correctly. I reported the matter to the manager, who opened the machine, but could not find my card. Were it not for the receipt, they would not have believed that I made the transaction. I gave a copy of the receipt to the manager and requested an investigation. The loss of my card has put me in very embarrassing situation of borrowing money from my relatives. I called my bank to cancel the card, and found that you have charged me a $5.00 fee for the same transaction. I tried to email you this complaint with the copies of the receipts, but you did not except the email because it was larger than your message limit of 5 mbs, because of the two receipts. you are requested to pls investigate the matter and refund the bank charges. Its Jai Kumar holding CNIC [protected], Credit Card # [protected], request in your great honor that i am entitled to Alfalah Bank credit card facility limit 40, 000/- without knowing the billing date.
Everyday I am receiving promotion message of Al-Falah Bank by 8287 service on my registered Mobile number whereas First time I used my credit card on last month dated 13th October 2017 of nominal amount and same bill was generated on 17th October and dispatched to my Office address which i left some 2 month ago and sent courier bill was returned by Bank official by mentioning reason that applicant left the branch.
My Home address and mobile number( whom i received message frequently) were already in bank record but i did not receive the bill and bank also return the sent bill so ultimately i could not pay the out stands amount in grace period and as per yesterday talk with consumer dept they informed that bank impose a late payment charges around Rs.1400/- on your last bill which was approx Rs.1300/- means late payment charged re more than my purchasing.
I already registered a complain in your helpline center for waiving/reversing the late payment charges due to genuine reason of client and communication gap.

With reference to and in continuation of my beliw complaint, please note that your Mr Ali Abbas is not handling my case correctly..
Please note below points and take immediate correct action:
1. After approval of my case he delayed issuing pay order to Honda.
2. When i contacted Honda they said we have no car application in your name.
3. When i asked him he said you only make down payment i will give you car in November
4. After approval of my case i have been paying all installments on time including insurance and tracker fee on which i objected
5. He said that i an giving you car in November and ita just matter of 1 2 months so pay all full installments
6. Now he is not taking my calls and saying that car will be given in December.
7. I am very much fed up with his lies and dont want to continue with your bank in case car is nit givwn to me in November as agreed.
8. He has also rotten my 14 cheuqes given for loan.

Take corrective action as soon as possible otherwise i will take action against him.

I have financed an auto car suzuki every 660cc made suzuki japan, from Bank alfalah jamrod road, Peshawar pakistan under name of abida sultana. I wanted to transfer some money so i went to alfalah bank's atm phase 2 branch.. money was not being transferred and declined because there was no receipts available i said ti the guard to call there employee and tell me how much time it will take i only want to transfer money. The guard was already inside he asked some employee and said it will take half an hour only please wait so waited for half an hour and after that eent to check it but the transfer was still declined as they haven't done anything and the employee again said half an hour.. me and my father was waiting there and asked them again they said please wait half hour and after 1 and a half hour an employee came out and said you want to transfer money? Or want to withdraw? I said transfer then he said sorry u can't do it today u have to come tomorrow and if u want to withdraw cash u can withdraw it from another atm.. i said why didn't u tell this before and he said I didn't knew but my father told him before that we wanted to transfer money..

my august bill got late as i was out of town, bank told me to pay 20, 550 instead of 18, 867 as penalty, i did same and next month again 909 was my out standing, i was in negotiation and it kept on increasing upto Rs.2, 360
now i paid 2360 which was a complete mess by bank alfalah.
it was my 1st time and even my request for reversal also declined.

Sir I made my transaction on 14 August 2017 a sum of 600/Rs but I received my bill on 3rd Oct 2017 with late fee charges instead of this when I should received my bill then I should able to pay that. When ever I use my card for transaction I pay my bill on time.

With refer to above subject I had already submitted request to Mr.Asif Khan (Branch Manager Daharki) for cancellation of policy and return of my premium amount that had been deducted from my account, I visited branch and Mr.Asif khan had committed that policy will be cancelled and amount of rupees 01- One million will be returned. Still policy has not been cancelled and again amount of 01- one million has been deducted from my account; As Mr.Asif Khan is not responding us for return of 02- two million that has been deducted. If amount will not return I will take strict action against bank Alfalah and will dis-continue my business with bank.further return me 02- two million on urgent basis without deducting any charges.

todayon 26th september 17 I received sms from 8287 that my credit card bill is 5425.63. whereas I havent done any shopping through credit card in the month of august & September 17. as I contacted customers care center. your colleague told me thaton 26th august 17 there has been online purchasing of avast anti virus of 59.99 US dollars. I want to bring into kind notice that I havent purchased any sort of antivirus. Moreover I haven received any sms of shopping in this regards. I have 2 active e mail I d's, there had been no e mail received from antivirus customer care center which may confirm the purchasing of any product from them. following is my credit card no.[protected]. you can confirm it from online purchase department that I havent contacted them for allowing me online shopping please do the favor & resolve this issue at your earliest.

making withdrawals of money from one's own account
This bank attempts to retain the money of its customers by fraudulent means. It allows for deposits and deductions without hassle, but when it comes to withdrawals, they forget their own official terms and conditions, especially in the case of a joint account and when an account has been inactive beyond the limited period allowed. Contrary to clause 20.2 of the bank’s “Terms and conditions governing the account”, and unlike other banks governed by the same State Bank of Pakistan, this bank does not accept alternate forms of identification such as a valid passport. It also fails to honour the terms for a joint account which allows for any one of the account holders to operate the account despite fulfilling all other conditions such as being present in person and possessing bank documents including cheque book, ATM card, and national identity documents. This goes against clause 7.1 and our express indication on the original account opening form for allowing either account holder to operate the account. There are also other related issues such as negligence in recording particulars and lacking in trusting its own customers.
In our personal case, the newly appointed bank manager at the branch concerned has been helpful otherwise, but the staff state they are only employees and therefore unable to do anything as they are only accustomed to dealing with routine matters. This matter was taken to the bank’s head office in Lahore, but they only reiterate the existing position of the branch and keep closing the case which as yet is unresolved. If a customer had owed the bank money, we can expect the bank to come down hard through their recovery teams, but when it is the other way round, they engage in malpractices to do their best to withhold their money. This fraudulent practice may affect other Pakistani banks as well. They accumulate withheld amounts and later declare them as “unclaimed funds” and hand them over to their government.
Although it is likely that our own case is going to be resolved soon, I considered it important to highlight this fraud so that others can beware of such banks. I recommend account holders to at least keep a copy of the original account opening form when opening their account, and a copy of the bank’s terms and conditions to point out the breaches. Furthermore, in the event of being a victim of such malpractices by banks, do inform the head office even if we cannot expect much from them, involve the Banking Mohtasib if necessary, take full advantage of online complaint forums such as this one, and mention the problem in the media including social media. The collective voice of consumers can make a difference inshallah. No financial institution should be permitted to get away with such fraud.

This is to inform you that Bank Alfalah Recovery and legal personnel’s "D-Ground Faisalabad Branch" cheating with me twicely, because they issue the letter to final settlement of my Credit Card recovery and I gave him money as per given letter but after five month I received the credit card bill and bank charged me markup and I stop the last payment. I received the call from “Bank Alfalah Recovery and legal personnel’s "D-Ground Faisalabad Branch" Mr. Yasir, Mr. Yaseen, Mr. Asif, Mr Kashif, Mr. Iqbal & Mr. Amjad & etc, All they advise me to deposited last installment and bank will be closed your accounts, paid the balance amount. After 15 days once again is received the call from “Bank Alfalah Recovery and legal personnel’s "D-Ground Faisalabad Branch" to pay the late payment charges, if you are not paying the bank can’t settle your account. I give the payment against. But my accounts was not settled.
After two month Bank Alfalah Recovery and legal personnel’s "D-Ground Faisalabad Branch" contact with me against and say that our staff issuing your fake letter and your accounts was not settle if you required your settlement. We give your offer to settle your account please come your office for settlement.
I visited Bank Alfalah Recovery and legal personnel’s "D-Ground Faisalabad Branch" and met with Mr. Asif, Mr. kashif & Mr. iqbal and finally decided, I give him Rs. 35000/- in three installment to close my accounts:
Rs. 10000/- Paid on 16 July 2011
Rs. 12500/- will be pay on 05 August
Rs. 12500/- will be pay on 05 September
On 16 July 2011 I deposit the amount of Rs. 10000/- for settle my accounts as per commitment but till to date they can’t issue the letter and cheating with me again and again.
My Question to the Bank Alfalah Management:
What is bank control? Any bank representative issue fake letter to consumer?
What is the Bank Policy Is cheat the consumer to recover the amount?
