So, I went to this school bookstore and they signed me up for some program without telling me they'd be taking money outta my account every month. I didn't even use it or register for it or nothin'. I wouldn't suggest it to nobody.
This company is a total rip-off
This company is a total rip-off. I ain't even kidding. They don't do nothin' for ya and there's no way to cancel your membership. You can't even call 'em up or manage your membership online. And don't even bother emailing 'em 'cause they won't respond. Save yourself the trouble and call your bank right away.
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. Stay away! They take $10 out of our bank account every month, even though we never signed up for anything. We tried emailing them, but they said we don't exist in their database. There's no way to talk to anyone and no way to cancel. -5 stars. So frustrating! >:-(
Man, Barnes & Noble Education, Inc
Man, Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. is a mess. The people in charge don't know how to handle a simple exchange and ended up calling the police to the store. Can you believe it? And to top it off, they even tried to get me arrested! It's like they're taking cues from the president or something. I had a bad experience at the @BN Nook Book and Things store today. I guess I should have stuck to the chess section, huh?
I don't recommend using Barnes & Noble Education, Inc
I don't recommend using Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. I bought my son's textbooks and now I'm being charged *** a month for 4 months, but I don't know how to cancel it because I can't sign into my account. I've been on the phone for an hour with my credit card company trying to remove it. It's frustrating that Barnes & Noble allows this to happen.
I ain't giving them no stars, man
I ain't giving them no stars, man. They tryna pull a fast one on students with their "deal" on books. You can get the same books for cheaper straight from the publisher, but if you wanna use B&N's site, you gotta let them collect and sell your info through cookies. And if you don't agree, tough luck, you can't access the books you already paid for! If you want a better option, go with Pearson+. They publish most college textbooks and for less than a hundred bucks, you can access all your books. Screw B&N, man.
listen up parents!
listen up parents! You gotta warn your kids about Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. before they hit up the bookstore for their textbooks. My kid got straight up tricked into signing up for some membership she didn't even know about. And get this, there's a monthly fee attached! It's a total scam, I tell ya. I've been going back and forth with these jokers because they keep charging my daughter's account every month. Ain't no communication, no services, no products, nothin'! It's a complete ripoff! And don't even bother tryin' to talk to 'em on the phone or get a refund. They won't do it. So, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these crooks.
So, my kid bought a book online from Barnes & Noble Education, Inc
So, my kid bought a book online from Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. and they attached a subscription from Bartleby without his knowledge. They charged my credit card $9.99 every month for a service we never used. I contacted their customer support and they said my son put it in the cart when he bought the book. They won't give us a refund even though we never authorized the purchase. This company preys on college kids and it's not right. They need to be held accountable for their shady tactics. I've heard other stories like this too.

I canceld and got the email saying it was canceld and no more bills
I canceld and got the email saying it was canceld and no more bills. But then they still charged me two weeks later. I emailed them and they said I never canceld and lied and tried to make it hard. I had to tell my credit card it was fraud cuz they didn't have my permission. They are liars and scammers and cheats and should be closed down. Terrible business.
I ordered some books from Barnes & Noble Education, Inc
I ordered some books from Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. on May 1. The total cost was $66.29 and I got order #***. But when the books didn't show up, I checked and saw that they were sent to an old address I haven't used in six years. I put in both my delivery and shipping addresses, but the Barnes and Noble site messed up and sent it to the wrong place. They said they couldn't send the books to the right address unless the people at the old address sent them back. They also said I couldn't get my money back. I just want my books sent to the right address or my $66.29 back.
I signed up for this thing called Barnes & Noble Education, Inc
I signed up for this thing called Barnes & Noble Education, Inc. 'cause my school bookstore said it was a free trial. But then they started charging me even though I never even logged in or used it. When I asked for a refund, they said it was my fault for not reading the fine print and they wouldn't give me my money back. They only gave me one month back, but I got charged for two. And then they blocked my emails! I looked it up and it seems like they've done this to a bunch of other people too. It's not fair that they keep taking advantage of people like this. They need to fix their stuff.
