Barton Chapel Elementary School, located in Augusta, Georgia, serves grades PK-5 in the poorly administered/corrupt- Richmond County Public Schools district. Based on its poor test results, constant discrimination lawsuits filed against the district/schools like Barton Chapel & Southside Elementary School, & poor mistreatment of good students & teachers; it has received a Schools Rating of 2 out of 10; like Copeland Elementary School, Barton Chapel has allowed bullying of students to go unpunished & incompetent female principal who continue to run the school unprofessionally & discriminate against good male teachers!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Principal: Joretta Akpo-Sanni of Barton Chapel Elem. School (who has a criminal record, & been divorced 5 times!). Richmond County Schools should have fired her years ago; (she's been accused for): misconduct toward teachers, parents & students, and her school has the lowest ratings and reviews in Richmond County (alond with Copeland Elem. School), the lowest state test scores in all of Augusta! Barton Chapel also ranks high in student-teacher turn-overs/dropouts/wrongful terminations of their best teachers, very poor academic programs and resources. The Richmond County B.O.E., has numerous complaints from parents over the years against this and many other schools in Richmond County, Principals: Kim Davis & Joretta Akpo-Sanni (incompetent & out-of-control *astard women), and more serious & damaging complaints against her continue to this Day! Akpo-Sanni is also an Disgraceful & Incompetent Elem. School Principal, who should not only be fired- She should be in jail for the things she has done & allowed to happen to innocent children under her care at Barton Chapel Elem. School!
