This company is a scam, I placed an order with BeautyForever for $138 and never got it. They told me to file a claim with the carrier and I did, then they came back and offered me 4% off on a new purchase. I told them I'm still waiting on my current purchase and asked about insurance on the items, but no response. Two weeks later, still no response and no package. I want a full refund, this is ridiculous.

This company is a fraud. They try to keep your money when you want to return their awful hair extensions and wigs. They send you hair of terrible quality that is not the correct length. The lady asks you to pay for shipping to return the hair and then claims it is damaged, so she can only give you a 30% refund. From the other reviews, it seems like this is a common scam for them. I suggest you save your time and money.

BeautyForever is the worst hair company I've ever ordered from. I bought two wigs and when they came, they were thin, bad quality, the hair was uneven, and not what I expected. I reached out to the company and they said the hair is good quality, so I should just try it out. They offered me a measly $8 refund. I told them I wanted my money back and sent them pictures to prove my complaints. They flat out refused to give me a refund and now they completely ignore my emails.

Don't shop here! I never got my item from this company, and I still haven't found a solution. There's no way to contact them, even though they say there is. They gave me a tracking number that couldn't be traced, and after 30 days of trying to reach them, I felt the same way African Americans feel when we shop at places that don't value us. My wig maker is sick and I thought I'd try this place, but it was a bad idea. I don't want others to go through the same thing.

I've noticed a lot of bad reviews, but I recently got a 13 x 4 jerry curl from BeautyForever and this hair is gorgeous. The knots were bleached perfectly and it curls right back with just some water and hair curling cream. I've washed it about 3 times and the wig is still beautiful and intact (I'm not sponsored or paid by the company to write this review). I paid for it myself and it arrived in just 2 days. Next, I want to order some bundles and a frontal, dye them, and see if coloring changes the texture and appearance. I will admit, though, when I first took it out of the box, it looked terrible and thin. But after "breaking it in" by washing, styling, and customizing, it looks amazing.

BEAWARE! I bought hair from Ali Express under the company name Nadula for $134.00. The hair I got wasn't like they said, neither the texture nor the length. After I contacted the seller, they agreed to give me a full refund or exchange for new hair. They asked me not to leave a review until the issue is resolved. They gave me an address to return the products as they asked, through USPS. I got confirmation that the company accepted the hair. I have all the messages from the seller with the above information. I also have tracking numbers from USPS to prove it. I paid $134.00 and only got back $39.00. They closed my case and stopped responding to my messages. Please be careful.

I ordered from this company on 04/25. When my unit hadn't arrived in 14 days, I contacted the company about the status. They said it would take longer than expected. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. They told me to wait 7 more days because they were expecting a shipment from China. I told them to cancel my order and refund me. But after 6 days, they emailed me saying they were shipping my order. I emailed them 8 more times asking them not to ship it and to refund my credit card. They didn't refund me and instead sent me a lower quality wig and missing half of the products I ordered. They even had the nerve to email me again and ask me to return the products if I didn't like what they sent. I'm shocked by their blatant fraud. They won't reimburse me and sent whatever they wanted, then asked me to return it for a refund. I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General. I have 29 emails asking for a refund and their attempt to break the law.

This company is so misleading, especially now with COVID-19, shipping is just terrible. You order something and you never receive it. I used to always order the Brazilian hair, but now it's different. They ran out of Brazilian hair right when COVID-19 hit and tried to pass off some other hair as remy, but let me tell you, they are completely different. Remy is a cheap knockoff that can't hold curls and is only good for straight hair. It tangles up so quickly. The last straw was when I ordered an ombré in Brazilian hair and got some remy instead. I paid almost $400 for it and when I received it, I knew something was wrong. I had the hair installed the same day and the waves fell out immediately. I tried curling the hair and it started melting at 250 degrees. I had to turn the curler down to 175 degrees and it still melted. It was a mix of synthetic and human hair, I swear. I contacted Beauty Forever to explain the problem and it felt like I was texting a child. The sentences were all broken and incomplete. They didn't even try to make things right. They just offered me a measly 3 percent discount on my next order. I said no way, just give me my money back. In the end, I had to contact PayPal and file a complaint against Beauty Forever. Thankfully, I got every penny back for the hair, but I had to send it back to California, not China like they wanted. Turns out, the hair is actually in California and most of it comes from a manufacturer in LA. So be careful. I still feel like I lost because I had to spend an extra $200 on the installation and then buy more hair from a different vendor. I don't want anyone else to go through this nightmare, so please be aware that this company is a scam when it comes to purchasing. The pictures of the hair may look beautiful, but you deserve exactly what they describe. This company started off okay, like Alli Express, but then they started ripping people off. Beauty Forever needs to be shut down by the ComplaintsBoard.com. There shouldn't be any replacements or spin-offs from this seller either. #shutthemdown

On January 7th, I got some hair from Beautyforever. The hair quality was really bad and not worth the money. I didn't do anything to mess up the hair, just took it out of the plastic to check it out. I contacted the company on January 7th and they asked for pictures, so I sent them. They said they couldn't give me a refund because I opened the "seal". Nowhere on their website does it say that's not allowed. They're only offering me a 5% refund, not the full amount. I'm also talking to my bank to dispute this.
I purchased a lace wig from Beauty Forever on 5/4 and received it on 5/7. Immediately when I opened the wig I contacted the seller because the wig was terrible quality and it was not the length they said. I contacted the seller and sent her pictures within 15 minutes of opening it. She gave me the address to return the wig for a refund and told me I would need to pay shipping. That was not fair but I shipped the wig back on 5/10 and they received it on 5/12. Now today 5/13 the seller has contacted me via email to say that the wig is damaged and she can only refund 30% of my money. So basically this company is scamming people and making them pay shipping in the process. She thinks that she can keep a wig and only refund me 30% of my money. Please do not ever buy anything from Forever Beauty, this lady is clearly a scam artist. Now here goes a long battle to get my money back. Times are already stressful.

They offered me a 3% discount for the inconvenience, but I spent $*** dollars. What good is a 3% discount when they already took my money? They're not even trying to refund me or send a replacement. At this point, I just want a full refund.

When I received the wig and tried it on, I noticed that it was shorter than what I ordered. I measured it and it's actually around 14-16 inches, not 20 inches. I thought maybe it would dry to a darker color, but it didn't. And when I applied heat to it, the hair actually melted! I've never heard of real human hair melting like that.

When I took it out of the box and put it on a wighead, I noticed right away that the hair on the sides was shorter than the back. I contacted the company and asked for a number to return the wig and get my money back. They wanted me to send them pictures of the wig and measure the hair with a tape measure. Every time I sent a picture, they said I did it wrong and showed me how they wanted it done. This went on for hours, and sometimes they said I could return the wig, like taking the pictures right was the last step. But later, they tried to make me keep the wig and said it would cost too much to send it back. They offered me a coupon instead. When I said no, they said they were "sorry to give me a bad day" and then asked what I did to make the wig look "messy"! I was mad, but I told them the wig was exactly how I got it out of the box. We talked through email the whole time. I want a full refund for what I paid, and if they want the wig back, they should pay for the shipping since they wasted my time.

On April 7th I made an order with Beautyforever using quadpay. Order number ***. Beautyforever did not notify me that the order was not in stock until I noticed that weeks passed and inquired for my order. From then, contradictory text from Beautyforever occurred saying that half my order was done and my order was In two factories etc began. For one month I asked about my order and then began demanding a refund. I end up having to open a dispute with Quadpay. Quadpay messaged the seller for the refund. My order total was 337. Enclosed is the Quadpay order and my payments I made. I made two payments $142.87 for the first installment and $69.50 for the second. That is $212. I messaged Beautyforever again via text. I received notice from Quadpay I would receive $189 bc they didn't get the full refund. Beautyforever is trying to keep $22 for nothing and only refunded Quadpay $314. Quadpay knows it's fraud. I want the rest of my refund back effective immediately. Be warned
