I have sent two orders in one package. Both the same service level. One containing 12 cards and the other containing 1 card that I forgot to add after printing the first submission. I contacted customer service to ship them back together instead of me paying shipping two times. They said they deducted tye shipping and will ship them back together. Neither partial refund of shipping or the orders being shipped together have been done. I have proof that I attached in this complaint that I was confirmed the shipping of both orders back together and when I addresses the issue to sutomwr service again they replied with 'yeah they are two different orders'. Then why did I message customer service 4 times to het confirmation? The service is also waaay past its turnaround time. Currently the the other order has reached triple the time. Also when I contacted on why it was late they replied with that because of the mint some thing event. That has nothing to do with the turnaround time advertised.
Desired outcome: Refund on the second shipping cost. Fast shipping because the person who gave me the card to grade for him is now accusing me of stealing it.
Beckett grading
I mailed in four cards to Beckett grading, after complaining twice after 12 months and paying a extra 40 dollars got them back. Three out of four graded and my Mike Trout 175 rookie card returned with a slip of paper ungraded saying, questionable authenticity, I have zero Idea what they mean by this, I pulled this out of a 12 card sealed Topps pack in 2012. How in the world is this questionable. They afraid to make a decision on a valid card worth a few dollars. This is unacceptable, a year and come of with this [censored]. Desired outcome: Have someone grade this card knowing it came direct from a sealed pack from the Topps MFG. How in the hell is that questionable? Scanner had some blue marker on glass, Can scan better pic.

Where are my cards?
Ordered several cards from 1970-71 north stars postcards collection at the beginning of November.
Looks like they sent the cards on the slowest boat on earth. Because I can't explain it otherwise.
Once (or even if) they arrive I will cancel my membership I bought by stupidity.
And I wouldn't even complain if their customer service participated, but they didn't care. Not sure if I can call them scammers, as I already ordered from them before and it was ok. Relatively. There were always issues, but not that serious...
So sad to see a brand name, that ripping people off like this
I signed up on december 29, 2011 for a one-month subscription. I was never sent any e-mail notifying me that my account would auto-renew. I just noticed a credit card charge today and realized I had been charged for 7 additional months! What a joke and so sad to see a brand name, that I thought I could trust, ripping people off like this!
I spent over 250.00 to grade my Tom Brady card (best card in my collection) . I received subgrades of two 8.5 scores , one 9 and one 9.5! Now please tell me how my final grade score is a 8.5? [protected]

The site was just upgraded from a beta version. It looks good but is practically unusable compared to the earlier version. Also, contacting customer service and getting help or even an answer to a question is a total waste of your time.
Beckett customer service is horrible. I called them today about 2 cards i sent in to be graded and got the run around and the lady on the other end was very rude with me. I will never send cards into them ever again. I will go to PSA for my card grading needs
When is Beckett going to get a clue. Their website is somewhere between very poor and horrible. I could give them a list of over 100 things that need fixing...but their nose is so far up in the clouds that they think everything is perfect. What arrogance!
The only thing that is better on the new Beckett site is the speed. They delete every post in their help forums that is the slighest bit negative.
