I ordered from this company on November 29th
I ordered from this company on November 29th. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received a confirmation email. I've tried calling them, but can't get through. I sent them an email through their website, but haven't gotten a response. I want a refund and don't want to deal with this company again, but I can't reach them. I recommend avoiding this company.
Terrible packagin
Terrible packagin. I bought a Hot for the Holidays tin. The Hulu inside was a crumbled mess. It got on the other products. I called and emailed with pictures. No response from customer service other that ' we are reviewing'. You can not return defective merchandise to a store. So you are stuck with the c*** they send. I even tried to write a review on the product. Guess what, they wont let you leave a bad review. Love the products, when they aren't defective but I hate the company.

I just bought Gimme Brow+ because byrdie.com said it was good. But when I opened it, the brow liner was super dry. I tried using it twice, but it was no good. I contacted customer care at ***, but they didn't really help. They just told me to return it to where I bought it. I looked online and it seems like other people had the same problem. Benefit Cosmetics doesn't seem to care about fixing this or helping their customers. It's a shame.

I bought 3 things and one of them was expired. I called *** and they told me to send it back and they'd send a new one. I sent it back (cost me $9 for shipping) but they never sent a replacement. I called and emailed but got no response. I called again and asked for a manager, they said there wasn't one but promised to call me back in 24 hours. It's been 5 days and no one has contacted me. The customer service is terrible and they don't take responsibility. I've been a customer for a long time, but I strongly advise against ordering from this site!

I wish I could give zero stars. They sent out a defektive item and I emailed them to let them know and they said they would get back in 5-7 business days. It has been almost 2 months and every single one of my emails asking for updates and if I can just return the item has been IGNORED. No response. I have not gotten a refund. I even called on the phone and had to wait over an hour and got disconnected. Buyers beware! They will ignore you and take your money if you tell them there has been a problem with your order. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, it's unreal that a company can run like this and steal from people.

I ordered on 11/29 with 2 day shipping for Christmas. It's been 2 weeks, but my order hasn't shipped. I called many times for an update and they said "no problem with my order." But I don't have it! They won't cancel because there's a 30 min cancellation window. I'm stuck. Can't buy from anywhere else. Ordered $200 worth, could ship anytime, but I doubt it. Can't talk to a Supervisor. Won't use this product again.

I ordered from Benefit Cosmetics on Nov 29, but my order still hasn't shipped. I called them on 12/4, 12/9, 12/12, and 12/16. Every time they said they're busy with holiday orders and there are delays, but my order will ship in 24-48 hours. Clearly, they're lying. The call on 12/16 put me on hold for 27 minutes. I had to hang up because my lunch break was over. Benefit won't let me cancel the order either. I've tweeted at them three times with no response. What else can I do?! When I asked the customer rep, '***', to speak with her Manager (who she said was ***), she told me: 1. She's too busy to take phone calls 2. She can't help you either 3. She's really not here... so you can't hold to talk with her. Be careful when buying from them. I feel like Benefit has completely screwed me over. I will NEVER buy or use their brand again.

I wish I could give no stars. All these comments in reviews are true. I wish I would have checked before ordering online. I used to order online from Benefit all the time. I loved placing orders and never had an issue. I would get a beautifully packed box with tissue paper and free deluxe samples in a very timely manner. I ordered online on Sunday and paid $16.95 for overnight shipping. It’s been 5 days and UPS is still waiting for my package. They sent me a shipment notice on Monday but really they only created a label. So today customer service gave a lame response that they would initiate a UPS trace that would take up to 8 days. I advised them that it wouldn’t be necessary because UPS doesn’t have my package. It’s merely a ploy on their end to buy more time and shut me up. I’m not sure what happened to this company over the years but if they keep treating customers like this, they’ll be out of business in a few years or sooner.

BenefitCosmetics is the absolute worst! Their shipping, warehouse, and customer service are seriously lacking. I placed an order on November 29th (order***) and I still haven't received it - today is December 29th! I called them two weeks ago and they told me it would be shipped in time for Christmas, but I had to wait on hold for a whopping 37 minutes. Finally, three days later, I got a tracking number. But guess what? A few hours later, the UPS tracking number said, "Delay - your package was not received at the UPS facility," and it hasn't changed since. I've tried contacting them through their site, asking why my package is delayed, where it is, and when it will arrive. I even asked them to cancel the order and refund my money (which they charged on 12/17), but I haven't received any acknowledgment of these messages. It's like they're ignoring me completely. No contact, no refund, no product. Absolutely nothing. Looks like I'll have to waste my time again tomorrow, waiting on hold with some outsourced customer service representative. This is beyond disappointing, especially considering how good their products are. I've never had such a terrible experience in all my years of online shopping.

Ordered items on 12/8 for the holidays - never had a problem with this company before. After 4 phone calls and 2 emails my order has still not shipped - 11 days later it is still processing. I can't get any answers - the only difference I see is their CEO left in September. I even tried their corporate office and was told I would get a call back. I haven't haven't received an answer to my emails to date so I won't hold my breath. They are still advertising holiday delivery on their site which is not credible given my experience and the information given by customer service reps this past week. Do not order if you need holiday gifts - you will be sadly disappointed. I don't know what happened to this company - ordered from other cosmetic companies and received my order in the stated timeframe or earlier. Benefit needs to get it together or lose their entire customer base - I don't think I will ever order from their site again and if they don't make this right will stop buying their products altogether. This is no way to treat customers - period.

I bought Benefit They're real Magnet mascara for $27 (plus tax). The mascara ain't working right 'cause the thingy inside that stops it from getting all clumpy is gone. I can't find the receipt, and the store won't swap it for a new one even though they sold me a broken thing. Maybe other folks had this issue too. Maybe they know they sell messed up stuff but still keep sellin' 'em 'cause not all of 'em are messed up? I just want my money back or a new one that actually works.

I emailed them and they said there was a delay and it would come. I called and they said it was still being processed and would ship in 1-2 days (but it actually took about a week). It was sent through UPS on 12/16. I got the email saying it was ready to ship on 12/14. The UPS tracking didn't update until 2 days later (Benefit said it would update in 24 hours). On 12/18, it said the package left the UPS Mail Innovations facility and would arrive by the end of the day on 12/20. But it never came. I tried to contact Benefit again but they're not responsive. This is really bad customer service on many levels.

I was told that there was a delay in processing, but my order had been placed and would ship within a day or two. Over 10 days go by. Again no contact from the company and no order. I called the company and was told the exact story, but was assured my order was being processed and would be mailed out in a day or two. I asked for a more specific date and was told on Monday, December 16. I was promised that all orders would be delivered on or before December 23 per the company. I inquired if I should cancel my order so I could shop elsewhere and was told that my order was processing and that the company had informed the call center that all orders would be delivered by 12/23. At this point the charges had dropped off of my credit card so I assumed my order had been cancelled. On December 18th, I checked my credit card account and saw that the charges had reappeared. I called the company again and was told that my order had indeed been cancelled due to a stock issue. I was not notified of this cancellation and had to call to find out. The customer service representative was apologetic and offered to send me a replacement item, but I declined as I had already found another product elsewhere. Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of communication and the delay in processing my order. I would not recommend ordering from Benefit Cosmetics LLC based on my experience.

I was just trying to sell one of their products that I bought fair and square from Ulta. But no, they had to go and play the copyright card. They went crying to poshmark, and poshmark actually listened! They took down my listing and gave me a warning. They even threatened to kick me off poshmark altogether! Can you believe it? I had every right to sell that product, but Benefit Cosmetics didn't care. They thought they could bully me just because I bought their stuff. Well, guess what? The big shots at the *** Supreme Court made a ruling called "the first sale doctrine". It basically says that once you buy something with copyright, you can do whatever you want with it. Benefit Cosmetics needs to learn some manners and respect the law.

They came to my poshmark and said I was copying their stuff. Then they made poshmark take down my listing and put a warning on my account. They even said they might delete my whole account! They can't do that! I bought their stuff fair and square and I should be able to sell it if I want to. The *** Supreme Court made a rule called "the first sale doctrine" that says once you buy something with copyright, the owner can't control it anymore. You can sell it or give it away or whatever. I think Benefit Cosmetics picked on me for no reason and everyone should know they're doing illegal stuff. They're trying to stop people from selling their stuff and that's not right. They can't *** me just because they think I copied something. And poshmark shouldn't threaten to delete my account either.
