On 8 May Benjamin Franklin Plumbing did an outstanding Job for us. The plumber was Professional and efficient and fixed the problem we had with our Garbage Disposal. On a scale of 1-10 we rated him and the company at 10+++++.

Willy quoted me $800 to $900 to do the job that needed to be done. When he was done he charged me $1183.00. I was disappointed in the total. Since he quoted me a certain price, shouldn't I get that price? Overall Willy is a nice man.

was excellent in helping with our problem. We are staying tuned for the rest of the story as our water softener is a work in progress. But *** is on top of the problem in helping us. We are satisfied with his service.

Josh came to my home today to install a new RO system. He was very neat, clean and organized. I was amazed at his tools and very happy with how professional he was as he worked and how clean he left things when he finished. Did a great job of explaining how things work and what he was doing/did. *** satisfied!

the plumber was sent here by Franklin plumbing out of *** Arizona and it was great he saw the problem he corrected it immediately and he was very nice and polite and Im very happy he was the Fifth plumber I had Tried to hire to fix my plumbing problem this is who I will call next time I need a plumber

Steve spent a lot of time telling me about the faucets and showing me the faucets for the bathroom sink that were available. There were not many available in the style/color to match the rest of the bathroom fixtures. He told me the cost of the two fixtures and he will find out if they are available. Then we'll set a time for him to install the one that's available first.

I use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because I always get excellent service. Today Aaron was my service rep, who has worked on my water softener in the past. Aaron is prompt, polite, a gentleman, efficient, knows his business and is always willing to answer my questions. I also like receiving a text just prior to the appointment advising who my service rep is coming to my home.

As a plumber, Steve did good work. The problem was fixed the first time. He was knowledgeable and kept me up on what was going on. I did feel that the difficult access charge of $655 was ridiculous and hard to swallow. He did have to go under the manufactured home and get in some mud. He was not in any danger and he was not harmed. If I had work in the future that required going under the house, I would get other bids first. He had all the needed supplies and was efficient in what needed to be done.

was outstanding and an excellent representative to his company. He came out at 5:00pm on a Saturday to diagnose our hot water heater which had shut down. Fortunately it only needed a reset, but *** also checked the bottom of the tank and the anode. The tank had not been serviced or flushed for several years and was badly in need of service. There was a significant amount of sludge in the bottom of the tank which *** flushed out clean. He then checked the anode and discovered it was completely corroded away. He installed a new anode and everything work great. I really appreciated ***s patience, professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, and clear explanations. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend *** and the company to others without hesitation.

I would not recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing service. DO NOT give them your phone number! I have been called 35 times offering their service to me since December. I have told them on numerous occasions to stop calling me. The last time I asked them to stop calling, I spoke with a representative. She assured me she would take me off of their call list. I just received another call from a staff member, who left another voicemail. I called back immediately and spoke with a different representative. I explained to her that I'm fed up with their harassing phone calls. The representative, who mentioned being a supervisor, said there is no way to remove me entirely from their system but would note not to call me. I explained that a previous conversation with another staff member resulted in a similar assurance, yet the calls persist. I questioned if 35 calls since December seemed excessive. Her response was that they could technically call once a day. I used their service once and was dissatisfied. Now, with the harassing calls, I wouldn't use them even if they were the last option. They also ignore customer feedback, deleting my comments from their social media page and ignoring my review on their website. However, I can post my review here on the ComplaintsBoard.com website. Unless you enjoy harassing phone calls and poor customer service, I wouldn't use this plumbing service.

Had a leak in the tube behind the toilet. Plumber opened wall and found the price. Said he had to go under the house to fix it. Didn't say how much it would cost. When he went under, he said it would be $650 plus parts and labor. Asked if I wanted it fixed. I was at a disadvantage since it was still leaking. Then charged me $580 more for less than $50 worth of parts. Outrageous! Took advantage of us because we're seniors. Costs should have been spelled out before he went under the house. Got gouged.

tify the situation. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-up from this company. The work that was done to replace the ducting was satisfactory, but the overall experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Western Arizona based on my experience.

8/5/2022 I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Western Arizona 'cause my water softening system had some weird liquid in the brine tank. I bought the system from them in 10 for around $3100.00, and they said no maintenance was needed, just salt when necessary. A plumber came over, but he didn't know anything about filtration systems and was just a plumber, not a ***. He called other plumbers to help him out, and they said the system was failed. Luckily, it was still under warranty, so it could be replaced. But Ben *** said it would cost me $749.00 for them to install it 'cause labor wasn't covered. The plumber who came over would be the one to install it. I paid $69.00 for the visit. On 8/8, I called again to ask how long it would take to get the replacement, but they didn't know. I asked if I could install it myself, but they said no. I couldn't use the manufacturer warranty either 'cause it was under Ben *** Plumbing's name. They didn't offer any other options, just pay or don't use the warranty. I just want the system I already paid for to work 'cause the water here is really hard.
