James Edwards came out and provided us with great service! He drained and flushed our heater, checked all the faucets and adjusted our water pressure. He was very professional, wore a mask at all times and booties while in the house. We will always ask for James in the future!

Once again, Roger and his assistant provided excellent service, replacing my old water heater quickly, efficiently and for a fair price. I got the extended warrantee as it exceeded the life of my previous water heater.Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin and Roger for plumbing needs.

Great prompt, professional service by Tzvi the technician who quickly found the cause of my leaking kitchen faucet. After he repaired it he even gave me instructions on what to do if it ever leaks in the future. You cannot deal with a better "customer first" company than Ben Franklin.

Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber did an exceptional job of dealing with a handful of plumbing tasks I had - from replacing faucets and shower heads to replacing a toilet. He worked at least six hours straight into the evening and said he had yet another customer repair after mine before he could call it a day!

Tzvi A was our service technician and he did a fantastic job. Very professional and and he knows his job. Not only did he replace my old faucets outside, he checked my house for any water leaks. He spent several hours on the job and made sure I was satisfied with his work. First class service!

We used them to install a new kitchen faucet, that we supplied. The plumber arrived with an apprentice who watched. It took 45 minutes to install. The bill was a flat $427.00. Outrageous for that little amount of work and they weren't particularly friendly. Don't use them. At least the sink worked.

I had a plumbing issue with my toilet and called Benjamin Franklin to fix it. Shade Adkins was prompt, polite and very helpful in my selection of options. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the results. I will be sure to call Benjamin Franklin again the next time I need a plumber.

We really needed a water softener and Mr. Smith came out on Monday to discuss the options. He is extremely knowledgeable and we chose a solution. He was able to return Wednesday and install our unit. He thoroughly went over the instructions and I am confident we made the right choice in calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

I had Benjamin Franklin perform the annual flush & service on my tankless water heater. Anthony provided the service and also fixed a few other minor issues while he was there. Mr. Fernando O was the technician, and I found him to be extremely professional and knowledgeable on plumbing issues. He diagnosed all the issues and completed the job in a timely manner. Sebastian, our plumber, arrived as promised, assed the problem, provided the cost and went to work. He was professional, courteous and answered any questions. When he was finished, he made sure the work area was cleaner than when he arrived and I cleaned before he came. Also, your support people who schedule the appointment and call on the day of the appointment courteous and very joyful.

Benjamin Franklin The Punctual Plumber came out for my annual water heater check but I pointed out some failing pipes. He examined everything and we decided it was time to replace the 13 year old heater. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He was totally professional and did an excellent job. He explained how everything worked, he is just the kind of tech I want to service my plumbing. I will ask for him when it is time for my annual check next year.

Luis is friendly, professional and a really good plumber. He spent all the time necessary to figure out, get the parts and fix the issue with my tankless water heater - it took all afternoon but he got it working! Bill Palmer, the general manager, was great in getting to the bottom of an issue with a vendor and got Luis scheduled to come out to fix it the next afternoon. I would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing!

My experience with this plumbing company was exceptional. From scheduling to the service… Everything was top-notch. I was very concerned because the receptionist was not listening to me but the plumber was perfect. He checked everything to make sure it worked over and over again.He was pleasant he did an exceptional job, he was punctual, he was respectful of COVID-19 precautions. Just had a technician from Benjamin Franklin install a garbage disposal for me. I was delighted to have the same technician return to my house who had installed a hot water tank for me a few months ago. He is a true professional. He explains what he is doing, is efficient in getting it done and cleaning up after the job is finished. Answered all my questions in a thorough and polite way. The office staff for this business is also a pleasure to deal with. I will use Benjamin Franklin any time I have plumbing needs.
