I moved out of an apartment at Embassy Garderns on 31st August 2024 today its the 18th oof September 2024.
I was informed the deposit takes approximately 45 days to be paid out, and 45 days ended on 12 September 2024.
I sent an email asking when will I get the deposit instead was requested to sent my bank confirmation, I keep on calling and sending reminders for the deposit no response on email only response from my calls. I was informed I will get the deposit the next day or latest Friday this week. and today its Wednesday no deposit received. Today one of the representatives sends me a WhatsApp message asking for my banking details all over again of which I sent to him on email and I had a debit order so clearly they have my banking details. This is really frustrating because I left the apartment in a good condition its not like you are still looking for this and that that still needs to be deducted. I'm very disappointed at this point because I cant even plan with my own money let alone no hope of receiving this money because we are nearing the second month in a week.
Recommendation: cant even give recomendatiuon because i have not even receoived my deposit i wish i knew who deals woith sending the money directly then i can say speak to this person

Send a formal demand letter to Berader Properties, outlining the delays and reminding them that the agreed 45-day period has passed. Include all relevant communication (emails, WhatsApp messages) and reiterate that you’ve already provided your banking details. Demand immediate payment of your deposit, giving them a firm deadline (e.g., 5 business days) to resolve the issue. If they fail to comply, escalate the matter by filing a complaint with the local rental authority or considering legal action for breach of contract. Keep all communication for your records.
