I gotta say, Jake R from Best Choice Plumbing & Heating is one heck of a worker. He's super pro and always takes the time to answer any questions you might have. Plus, his attitude is top-notch - real respectful, you know? My fam's been using these guys for all our plumbing needs for a while now, and they never disappoint. Me and my wife heard good things bout Best Choice Plumbing from our neighbor. We called them up for an estimate for our kitchen and bathroom work and they sent Jim G to our house on the same day. He was nice, knew his stuff, and was real professional. Jim G gave us a good price and even offered to do both jobs right then and there. We said yes and he did the work real good. Me and my wife are real happy. We'd call them again (especially Jim G.) if we ever needed more work done. Thanks!

Heard good things about Best Choice Plumbing & Heating, so I hired them to clean my drain for $125.00. Unfortunately, they didn't fix the problem, so I had to call another company to do the job. When I asked for a refund, they refused, claiming that they had already provided the service. I'm now out $125.00 and had to pay another plumber to fix the issue. They also never informed me of any issues they found. I wouldn't recommend this company as they're a rip-off and take advantage of people, especially during tough times. It's a shame.

I gotta say, I ain't too happy with Best Choice Plumbing & Heating. Me and my fam thought they was gonna come out and do a job for us from August 21st to August 26th, but they didn't show up. We had some issues with the contract and customer service too. Not cool, man.

This company was supposed to put in a new curb trap, fresh air vent, and vent box tie to my existing lateral and main drain. But they didn't do it right and it made my pipes back up and flood my basement and break my furnace. They were also supposed to give me a report of all the work they did, but I haven't gotten it yet. And they're not calling me back when I try to reach them. I want my money back. I had to get another company to come in and they told me that the trap was broken and never tied to the main line. And the box they were supposed to replace was broken too and not new like they said it would be.

Best choice plumbing was hired by Philly to fix a water leak. They came out and said they fixed it, but then found another leak. They shut off our water line, cemented the main valve location wrong so the city can't even access it to see if there's another leak. It's been over 4 months since they did the job and we still have no water. We had to buy water to shower and do daily stuff. We have a new baby and 2 old people in the house. We called them a bunch of times to come remove the cement so the city can issue a notice of defect for the second leak. They got paid by the city already. They said our water insurance can cover the second issue. When you call them, they're rude and won't listen to you even though they messed up. They need to come fix their mistakes and put the water valve in the right place so the city can give us a notice of defect for the second leak. Here's a pic of their bad job.
