Just call me "SUCKER". I bought the product under much duress. I was in a lot of pain from my back after sitting thru their 2 hour presentation, so they rushed me thru the process, all the time assuring me that I wouldn't have any trouble getting my money back if I realized I couldn't do the course. After trying to do the studying and doing the fake trades, which I had trouble getting assistance doing because they are an education company only, I realized I couldn't do it. I called them to inform them of the situation and the customer service person said he didn't see why I couldn't get my money back. But, then I got an email refusing my request because I didn't do the required trades. I told them I was unable physically to do the necessary trades, but they refused yet again. I then submitted a letter from my neurosurgeon verifying my condition. The Financial Manager sent a message via Customer Service refusing my request. I asked to speak to her, but she refused and the Customer Service Rep eventually got rather nasty after my repeated requests. Needless to say, I was stuck with a $150 month payment for 2 years. If I wasn't concerned about my Credit Rating I would not have paid it.

Please take this as a stern warning. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They take your money and run with no concern for you or your situation.

Judith

Im sorry I had to comment but Im not much of a Better Trades fan either but it CLEARLY states in the WRITTEN GUARANTEE that you get your money back if you do 6 trades and DO NOT make at least your tuition back. As much as I dont like companies like this its still not fair we complain on things that are our ignorance.

I went through the seminar and of course spent more money than the initial cost for a couple because of course, without the extra software tools, you don't have a chance. I did do the required number of trades for both of us in the period and ended up with a loss. I sent them my trade records and thought they were going to pick them apart saying I didn't follow the rules. But to my surprise, they did refund my money without issue. Of course, they still made out because I bought more of their software and seminars. Are they dishonest? In my opinion, somewhat because they don't tell you the entire story. What they are teaching is common knowledge and can be found on the internet. However, non-predictable events typically drive stock or option prices in a big way. They over-emphasize the potential profits since the probability is low of the kind of success they advertise. I used their formulas (like the Q's) using historical data and found them to be totally inaccurate. Consider the experience as you got educated to find out about trading. So you did learn something by paying this tuition but it was costly without yielding financial benefits for most. Their success stories are more based on luck in my opinion rather than skill from their lessons. They show the 3 out of 10 that succeed, probably more by chance than skill. Another thing to consider, they encourage a lot of practice trading however if you take all that time doing practice trades (which is wise though), you can't get the real trades in for the guarantee. So they really force you to spend your money. Oh, and these folks made money in the early 90's when you could throw money at anything in the stock market and succeed. That is not today's world and no skill was required back then to turn $500 to $2000. So don't believe what they claim as to having these great trading reputations. And their DVDs are way overpriced.

You are physically unable to trade? That's like saying you are physically unable to read, feed yourself, or sit in front of a computer long enough to type up your complaint letter. Based on what you are writing the real issue is that you are mentally incapable of doing the program. There is nothing wrong with that. Not everyone can figure out systems, finances, or basic mathematical computations. They made it very clear that the money back offer requires you do the trading. You didn't do that by your own admission. So, no money back. Simple, straight forward, and reasonable.

Get back to them, by publishing the system online. Rip the disks, add the pdf's and upload to one of the numerous torrent servers.
