I got scammed by Beyond Omega Inc. I ordered a PS5 and waited for 2 months, but I never received it. I contacted them, and they canceled my order. Now I'm just hoping that I get my refund soon.

When I first saw their *** ad, I was very skeptical, and after contacting the company back and forth, I decided to buy one, and no regrets were made regarding this purchase. The staff are very friendly, active and responsible. There is not a lot of customer service these days like this for a company this small. They will even respond to your issue the same day and try to resolve it, but I think they are doing a fantastic job and I look forward to the continued items I will be purchasing in the coming weeks. I hope you consider buying from them.

Terrible experience! I ordered a console from Beyond Omega Inc, they said it would be released on 5/17, so I made the purchase on 4/12. But guess what? It's now 6/6 and what did I receive today after waiting for over 7 weeks? A ps5 controller. I was obviously angry and contacted them, but they responded in a sneaky way, twisting my words and blaming me for twisting theirs. When they realized they couldn't make me happy, they suddenly said, "Okay, I canceled your order." So after 7 weeks of waiting, lame excuses, and receiving the wrong item, they didn't even ask, they just told me. This is the worst buying experience I've ever had and the worst customer service I've encountered in my 38 years of life. They failed on every promise, played games when I asked questions, and gave intentionally misleading answers. They claimed to have sent me an email explaining that the controller was an added gift and to contact them if I only received the controller, but I never received that email. I'm pretty sure the guy just typed out an email and sent me a picture to "prove" it... I don't believe it. The speed at which he canceled my order after almost 2 months without receiving the item shocked me. Save yourself a massive headache and shop elsewhere, they are completely overwhelmed! If I could give negative stars, I definitely would!

I bought a ps5 from Beyond Omega Inc on May 2nd, 2022. The estimated delivery date was June 15th, but it got delayed by another 2 weeks. I requested a refund, but it seems like they are not willing to give it to me. I have screenshots of all my interactions with Beyond Omega, and all I want is my refund so I can move on. It's really frustrating that Beyond Omega is treating people like this.

I bought a ps5 from Beyond Omega, Order #***, on May 9th. They said it would take 6 weeks to ship. When the shipping time came, they said there were problems and delayed it with "expedited shipping." They delayed it again and then tried to give me a refund. But it didn't work. The refund took too long and failed on Beyond Omega's side. They tried again, but Beyond Omega failed to refund. The second refund was supposed to come by August 5th at the latest. I emailed Beyond Omega many times about this, but they haven't replied.

In the 4th week, I received an email politely informing me that it might take until the 6th week. Okay, on July 5th, they posted on Facebook, which is public, that my order fell into the dates for shipment. Alright. They gave me a tracking number from FedEx, which said it should be delivered by July 15th. On July 15th, I emailed them politely, feeling frustrated and wanting to speak to someone about what was happening with my merchandise. No reply. I checked my emails and to my surprise, I'm expecting a refund from Beyond Omega. A refund I didn't ask for. They are still advertising expedited preorders on their website for $699, guaranteed to be delivered in 2-3 weeks. I want to know who authorized my refund.

On July 19th, they emailed me saying they got my PlayStation but couldn't ship it because they were behind. They said I could buy it again when they got to my order. They tried to refund me twice through *** but it didn't work. I asked if they could keep the money and ship it later, and they said they would. On August 26th, they gave me a *** tracking number, but the order never arrived according to the tracking info. I tried to contact Beyond Omega many times, and they said they would send another one because the first one was lost. But *** never got the package. The company hasn't talked to me since September 9th. I've been trying to reach them on Facebook messenger (the main way I talk to them), sent two emails, and a message on their website saying I'll complain to ComplaintsBoard.com if they don't respond.

So, I placed the order on 4/12/22, and the estimated arrival date and time was stated as 5/17. However, before that, they sent an email with a calendar indicating when it should arrive. This was because the date on the app kept changing. So, according to the tracking number ***, my package was supposed to ship on 6/4 or 6/6/22. Unfortunately, instead of receiving a ps5 system, I received a ps5 controller. I informed them about the wrong package or missing items, and they explained that this kind of thing happens frequently, where packages get lost or stolen. They assured me that once they restock, they will send out the correct package. So, I had to wait. During this time, since my package was not sent to me, I spoke to the bank because I didn't feel safe with this company. I asked if they could flag the transaction or take some action, but nothing was done. The rescheduled date for my package was 7/15, but it never arrived. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Beyond Omega, and they claimed it was sent out but couldn't provide any information on its whereabouts. This made me angry, so I went to the bank to dispute the transaction. I waited for 10 days, only to be told that it had been more than 60 days since the transaction, so they couldn't dispute it. When I messaged Beyond Omega, they said the refund was sent out on 7/18, but it never appeared in my account. I don't remember the tracking number for the wrong package, and they never provided a tracking number for the so-called refund. So, I want my ps5 or a refund of $430. My bank advised me to contact you regarding the length of time I have been dealing with this issue. Thank you.
