I face very poor response from Rashmi Gas Agency (tel no: +91 80 [protected]/02) every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. It seems like they keep the phone off the hook. And if you are lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least 15-20 days. In fact if you don't follow up, they don't bother to deliver at all.
If you can avoid taking a connection from Bharat Gas, pls do. After all these hassles I feel private gas agencies are a better option. These agencies like Bharat Gas are just there to make your life miserable!

consumer no 664 with radha gas service, 1356, thadagam road, booked gas on 02/02/2011.still not supplied, visited ofice for the last 7 days, tells consumer that gas will come today. R.Suresh Kumar. Last bill no:64888 dt 08/01/2011, supplied on 11/01/2011.
My distrbutor asks for extra cost refill in my area. My Consumer No is 6488.

savita gas service in meerut (tel:[protected], 2651647) never deliver's gas on time they also don't give proper response on phone. after booking the gas they told us that it will be delivered to us after 10-15 days & the the weight of cylinder is also not up to the mark.

the above menssion dealer delivered gas refile very late.
I have booked for gas on 27/05/12 and my reference no. is [protected] and I have not yet (21/06/2012)received it, in spite of my 25 phone calls to the corresponding agent .Every time, when I call, they will say today you will receive.But till now I have not received.Kindly do the needful.

Poor Service and Delay in gas delivery
miss using in drelivery and too much of delay no proper response over the phone
