not booking cylinder.

I am kamleshkumar Jaiswal from Antop Hill. I have bharat Gas connection of 1 Cylinder and i want to book 1 more cylinder, i follow up with Sai Gas Service, antop Hill but they always told me booking is not going on you come after 1 month, when i went after 1 month then they again reply me you come after 1 month. i am not satisfied with bharat gas.
Pls do the needful to pass this message to head of bharat gas

Agency every time I try to do a cylinder booking. First of all their phone line is all the time busy. And if one is lucky to make a booking which they promise will be delivered in a week's time doesn't happen for at least for 1 month.
For exampe you can check this Bharat gas consumer no:1411 . gas was booked on August 21st, 2008 and till data we havenot received the gas cylinder.
Daily we call the gas agency for enquiry they start promising it to get it delivered on that particular day (Aaj ho jayega) ( eroju pampistamandi, eroju pampistamandi)
This is really frustarting and disgusting.
We need to face theis everymonth, really this keep our home members starve.
I would like to suggest change over the dealership, the people who do not care 25 yearsold customers is no longer needed.
I would like to have immediate response regarding this and we need the cylinder today.

no new connection with out hot plate
I have aproached your sole distributor in Nayagarh district(ORISSA) thrice for a gas connection but he is not willing to give a connection with out hot plate though it was written on baord in their office that company do not force any of their consumers to purchase hot plate from them.
I asked for complain book first the manager refused to give that when I insisted he pulled a register and that too with out any page number.
Please look into this.

I had approached your filling centre in sector - 11 , Panchkula ( Haryana) in the name of Inder Gas Service Station for the new connection, but was denied due to some unproper reasons. First they insisted on buying the gas-stove from them when I refused, they rejected my application on the grounds that I am already a LPG user & hence according to rules could not get a new connection. This allegation is very much incorrect as I clearly told them in the beginning that I have taken gas cylinder from my land-lord on temporary basis which is to be returned when I get the connection. Now it seems that they have made their minds on not providing the new connection & hence giving one or the other reason to justify their stand. Need immediate interference from some higher authorities to make an impartial enquiry into the case. My full support for this is available. Also please take some action against your distributor as they seem to be running this more like a profitable venture rather than a service provider. Waiting for your early reply,

Sub--dealer not giving new gas connection
i have aproached to ur distributor for a new gas connection in mohali (punjab),but he is not willing to give the connection.
He is saying there is no any opening of gas connections from company side,so plz revert back to this mail and give information about gas connections availability.

I booked a cylinder on 2nd Oct 07 and it is not yet delivered. The agency only makes false assurances that the cylinder will be delivered the same day. Atleast 3 times I had to go the agency office and a minimum of 20 phone calls had been made but in vain. I've read similar complaints on this company in this website. Has any action been taken by the company officials so far?
I deposit all documents for new gas connection on 2nd feb 27 and it is not yet delivered. The agency only makes false assurances that "I delever u coming month", Atleast 10 times I had to go the agency office and a minimum of 40 phone calls had been made in 8 month still I am not get new connection but in vain. I've read similar complaints on this company in this website. Has any action been taken by the company officials so far? 2. Smt. Bharambha, is an subscriber at Maruthi Gas Agency, V P extension, Chitradurga with Customer No. 0214.
3. Address of the Respondents is as mentioned in the cause title.
4. The Respondent is distributor/Agent L P Gas of Bharat Petroleum Company. As per the agency, he has to supply L P Gas cylinders to the subscriber.
5. As per the norms of Bharat Petroleum Company, The Respondent -1 has to supply the L P Gas cylinder, as and when the customer demands.
6. The petitioner is regularly demanding for the supply of L P Gas cylinders for the last 3 years. The Respondent is neither supplying the L P Gas cylinders nor informing the reason for which the supply of L P Gas cylinders is with held.
7. The Respondent-1 is not providing the reasons despite of many requests in person, telephone, and letters,
8. The petitioner has also filed many memorandums to the Deputy Commissioner, Chitradurga and latter with Deputy Director of Food and Civil Supplies, Chitradurga.

11. This deficiency of Service by the Respondent has caused maximum loss of money and mental agony.

Due to deficiency of service by the Respondent which has caused difference of opinion among family members of the complainant, which lead to day to day problems and unrest among the family members. Consequences caused loss of mental peace. These same factors has caused stressful and loss of professional life and earnings of the complainant.

Not only for this time, its a usual practice that when I booked the GAS they told me that it is getting delivered within 2-3 days (max a week) but from 13th day onwords I have to call them and remind them continiously for 3 to 4 days that please deliver, its already 15 days crossed, I have booked the GAS. Its always taking more than 15 days for a GAS to come, I don't know if I am not going to remind them whether they are going to deliver the GAS to me or not.
Is it a natural behavior or generally happened for every customer or something wrong in my case? Please let me know what is the issue?

I applied for new bharath gas connection at Bharath gas agency near 6 Number, amberpet.I got a connection order.But they are not releasing the gas cylinder.
I have been going to Gas Agency for 1 month.But they rare not releasing.
The destributor of the gas agency (His name is Ramesh) is telling same answer as you can come after 2 days from one month onwards.I dont Know What that people are doing.

Not responding in phone after many calls
I completely agree with you. I have been experiencing the similar response from Revathy agancies. They have three different phone numbers and one phone set. If one phone number works today it will not work tomorrow. Even if it rings they will not pick-it up. I raised a complaint with Head-office of Bharat Gas. In response I got assurance of better service from their Secundarabad office. But I have not seen a single bit of improvement. They seem to be hands in gloves with Revathy team. Instead this month they have delivered a expired cylinder( date expiry).
I want to apply for the Bharat Gas Connection.But I did not get Bharat gas agency contact near kukatpally.

Till date I made more than 10 calls to the Revathi Gas Agency, Hyderabad (nearest service provider) and reminded them. I had to make someone stay at home to collect the cylinder but to my surprise it is not delivered.
I think this is a common problem most of us are facing. I don't understand why they do not abide by the words they say.

Bharat gas distributor ie., Prathibha bharat gas company have switched off their phones. I booked for delivery of cylinder about a month ago. There was no delivery nor response. It is a worst distributing gas agency.

I have a complain regarding late delivery of cylinder every month for the last 4 yrs, against GANAPATHYRAJA ENTERPRISES, this agency is always says that they have a back log for 10 days.
I have always observed that when ever they deliver(after repeated calls) the delivery challan is of some other date like for instance this month the delivery challan was for 10th march(i booked the gas on 6th march) and the gas was actually delivered on 20th march.
It's true that HP/INDANE have been delivering with 3 days.I have been using this gas for last 15 yrs, in Hyderabad, never had a complaint regarding delivery.
I request the authorities to take stern action against the erring agency

The service provider is SREE BALAJI BHARAT GAS AGENCY. Mathikere.
Common COMPLAINTS which most of us(resident/clients) have to deal everytime we order for Refill are-
1, Staffs(especially the ones who take orders for refill, the Babus)- They are very bossy and doesnt behave properly with the customers
2, Even people with single cylinder have to wait minimum of 15-16 days.
If we go enquire the status of our order, they simply dont respond and quite nastily
ask us to wait for another week. Or sometimes they harass us by saying that receipt has been given to delivery man and they shall deliver the cylinder soon but when we catch hold of delivery man he in return says that he had not received any receipts, someone please save us.
3)Also we could see people getting cylinders on the same day behind the main office, cant explain the phenomenon behind this.
So, anybody reading this who can actually do something to this kind of lousy and parasitic creatures,
please take a very strict action against them.
They are the real garbagge of the society and rotten potato in your(Bharat Gas Agency) sack.

I have registered for booking the Gas Cylinder at Agency Ganapathyraja Enterprises 10 days back. I was promised that delivery will be done in 3 days. But i have not received the cylinder in the last 10 days. Whenever i call, the line is always engaged and sometimes they said, delivery person is not there other times they said out of stock... such irresponsible reply.
Have you tried the services of Indane Gas Distributors. Believe me, they are good & efficient. Better then others in the market

I am transfered from maharashtra to tamilnadu. i have transfered my bharat gas connection also from maharashtra to tamilnadu at udumalpet dist coimbatore.I have submitted the papers to amuda gas agencies.they have also forwarded the documents to coimbatore office.but since last 20-25 days i am not getting any responce from them since they are not getting approval for availing tha gas connection.
Since i have been transfered to TN it is very difficult to adjust a gas cylinder here as i dont have any relatives here 1800 km away from my home.
i am totally unpleased with the bharat gas service.

I had booked a refill on july 31st 2007 by special service dial 12664 for 24 hrs refill booking and was given number 17 as the booking number. Today i.e. 17/08/2007 I went to m/s M.S.D. Enterprises to inquire about my refill. The staff say that there is no booking at all; but will give delivery tomorrow. I want to register a complaint regarding this.

I am in Vijayawada city and working in Media. If i use my influence the company was meet some critical case in consumer court. Actually we have Bharat Gas connection and it have gas leakage problem. So,i gave complaint to the distributor (Naveena gas Agency-Bharat Gas). But,they accept the complaint but their response was very bad and some times causes irritation. They always check the regulator and said in bad mannerism. Definitely it was a big issue why because in my home my wife was alone. If any problem in this issue who will answer and suffer. I mark a case about this issue and see in court.

long undue delay in delivering the gas cylinder
This is not the first time I am booking for the Gas cylinder with Bharat gas. I have changed my quarters from one location to the other in the year 2005. Hence, my service area by Bharat gas distributor also changed to M/s Sandhya gas agencies, fort, trivandrum, kerala. From then onwards i have been facing difficulty in getting the cylinder in time. This time its worst. I have booked for my cylinder almost a month back. The gas agency asked me to wait for one week then. Almost 4 weeks have passed by and so far I have not received the cylinder. Whenever I am contacting them , they say that the service in my area (Jagathy) is changed from tuesday to friday or the boy who delivers the gas cylinder is not aware of the area or some other excuse. Since I am not in a position to take leave or permission I am unable to go to the go down to collect the cylinder. The MOST PATHETIC PART IS WE ARE PUT TO DISCOMFORT BY THE BHARAT GAS DEALER FOR THE PAST ONE WEEK. We are partially cooking using rice cooker and tiffing purchased from hotels for the past one week. My wife is not well and I have one kid who is in his upper primary school.
The company has promised to give cylinder in at least one week from the date of booking BUT SORRY TO POINT OUT THAT A MONTH HAS ALREADY PASSED IN MY CASE. I think that M/s SANDHYA GAS AGENCIES have failed in keeping the company's good will. Because earlier I use to get good service from M/s MP Gas agencies of bharat gas.
Two weeks ago, I booked a gas cylinder refill at one of the Bharat Gas Agency, telephonic. After following process on IVR they sound that Refill has been booked successfully & would be delivered in Next 48 hours. But after waiting for 60Hrs the refill was not delivered. When I made a call at customer care they told me that refill has been delivered yesterday. But I got the refill after 2 hrs of making them call. But the cylinder was leaking & due to this my family has to face lots of troubles. I had made complaint to them and they took that refill back but still I am waiting for my ordered refill. I had made call to the Bharat Gas agency at [protected] so many times regarding the matter but still there is no result. I have taken LPG gas connection from KRISHNA GAS
agencies ,ERNAKULAM north on 15/3/06.( My customer no -
20428). Till date I have not received spare cylinder and when I asked about it,I was told that there are people waiting for it for four years! the problem is when the gas is over ,I have to wait one week or more to get through their normal delivery procedure.otherwise I had to go to agency to pick up the cylinder next day(taking leave from my office since it is possible during 10 am to 5 pm only).What should I do to get the spare cylinder?

I registered a request for booking gas cylinder at vankat sai agencies in Miyapur, hyderabad for Bharat gas cylinder 12 days back, i was promised that the delivery will be done with in 10 days time but so far i haven't received it. Also whenever you call this dealer the phone will be engaged, if its no engaged they will not lift it. When i went to their office the phone receiver was put down to avoid customer calls which is very bad.
This is not the first time i am experiencing it, lots of other people also complain the same. They do not talk properly when we raise this as why delay in supply and why phone calls are not answered.

I am a consumer of Bharat Gas (LPG) since 01/11/1998, I applied for 2nd cylinder in the last week of July’10. I was called on 06/10/10 and insist to provide me a Water Filter worth Rs.1390/, which is out of way & I disagreed such proposal, and they ultimately refused me to provide the 2nd cylinder. I am ready to pay security dep.(1250/), refilling of gas(358/) & other related exp-(35/), but am not ready to pay the cost of Water Filter, which is not related to the matter.
Hence, I need your kind cooperation thus I can get the 2nd. Cylinder in the proper way and take the necessary action against the above distributor.

Hello All,
One of the victim from Bowenpally area Secunderabad.
Out Bharat gas distributor is M/s Rajeshwara gas agencies, Kompally. I booked a month ago and still could not fine a response. There phonelines are always engaged and incase they pick up they promise to deliver in one or two days and never keep up. I am waiting for my cylinder for last one month
I had tried various means to bring it to the note of authorities concerned. However I see lot of vendors and shop keepers getting cylinders from their store directly without any connection! This you can witness when you visit their shop.
I believe Bharat gas should look into it and cancel their permit.

I registered a request for booking gas cylinder at Tirupati Gas Services, Bhayander (E), Mumbai for Bharat gas cylinder 18 (Eighteen ) days back, i was promised that the delivery will be done with in 10 days time but so far i haven't received it. Also whenever you call this dealer the phone will be engaged, if its no engaged they will not lift it. which is very bad.
This is not the first time i am experiencing it, lots of other people also complain the same. We are facing very serious problems in getting the gas since Six monhts . They do not talk properly when we raise this as why delay in supply and why phone calls are not answered. My consumer no. is 35718.I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

I have Bharat Gas Connection since 1995 and our connection attched with Anand Gas Agency, Badarpur, New Delhi I am totaly faidup because he dealing as giving some award to us as gas cylender if i will make complaint then he told me yar de aaj deliver kara raha hoon auor kya chahiye. delivery system is very poor ( every delivery late -7 days),

This is to inform that a women residing in the following address is misusing the Home LPG connection by lending and issuing to the vehicle owners at a price of 500 and the distributor of the area situated in sathyamangalam Erode district Ms. Prassanna gas did not care for it.
I want a new connection and went to ANI GAS AGENCY, CHIRAKKAL, but every time i asked they said they are not giving conection then and asked me to check out after 2 months. Now it is almost 10 months and every time I asked they are telling the same thing.
They are irresposible people.
I booked for cilinder over phone on 03/08/2009 at Vadakara Bahart gas agencies(Cust id 13649(Name of O.Prabhakaran). Not yet delivered.
Again I tried to call get the status . It was giving the message already booked, next booking starts on 24th of august. Not understanding shall i book again or not?.
I think they are suplying cilinder based on their interest.

It is every time problem from your Kajupada-Anjali gas service agency to delay in delivery of gas cylinder. This time I asked for cylinder on dated: 23/02/09. Till date I have not received.
Their typical all time reply is that we are not getting cylinders from our company which I cannot believe perhaps you also.
From almost one and half year I J.C.Suryawanshi (customer id: [protected]) asking for extra cyclinder.The reason is that your (kajupada branch) service is very poor. You (kajupada branch) always taking more that one week to deliver the cylinder and that is also only when I am contacting to Mr Ghadi.
Where r u delivering this cylinder with getting extra money I don’t know?
Just now I spoken with Mr. Suresh Barde-Anjali gas service, replied the same thing that they are not getting the cylinders from company.
And because of one holiday-sunday the delay in delivery will be four days.
How they are proportionating the things?

How the reply comes from distributor?
In a year, 52 sundays means they will delay cylinder delivery by 208 days.
If he (Mr.Suresh Barde) will be at top public sector position e.g.PWD he will never build one bridge in his life.

Sir, The last cylinder refill of Bharat gas was delivered to me on July 14 2008. It was exausted soon and aftter waiting for 20 days as stipulated by the distributor, Arihant agencies I started calling them on phone. I could get contact with them only on August 8, 2008, that is already I had lost five days.
I was informed that they had booked for suply and the the refill will be supplied within 5 to 6 days.
A waiting list number 27 was given to me for reference.
I expected the supply by 14th instant. I was expecting it everyday and was trying to contact Arihant agency to ascertain the position. I could not contact them.Till today 22nd instant, that is 14 days after booking I have not received supply.
Being anxious about the position my daughter-in-law made inquiries about the position fron her cell phone. She luckily made the contact but the man answerin the phone brazenly tells her no booking was made.
This is a weak point for us for we take the word of the agent on trust and believe that the W/L number given exists and is correct.
Fortunately some lady member intervened and patched up the controversy.
Kindly look into the matter and take immediate remedial action.

Always not pick up the phone, they had always delivered after15/16 days .I listen from els they are sold the cylinders to private party.they sell out Rs550 to Rs600.so that we are suffer.Thing is that after 21 days gas will be book but here time bard to 35 to37days then how can we manage.so some days we have to go hotel for Lunch/dinner etc.Please have a look on this.its a serious matter.I hope the Bharat gas will take necessary action on this matter.

It has been found during the past one and a half year that a single cylinder user also has to wait max 7 to 8 days on placing the order.
After a proper survey it was Found that the Franchisee owner Miss Mini Madam and Mr.Salim they are utilising their quota towards commercial CYLINDERS meant for Hotels ESPECIALLY and the same is being sold at an excess rate upto Rs. 500.00 per cylinder .
In view of the above when a consumer with single cylinder books the order the delay lasts for 7 days.
thus it has been the tactics adopted by the franchise to make more money.
thus this issue may please be seen to it else the consumer facing problems will be forced to stage demonstration and bring the issue in the light of the media
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 3625 in the name of satish chandra on dt.28/2/2008 but till today on 5.3.2008 have not recieved the cylinder yet. i have been calling the distributor vinay Gas Service, manpuri road( by pass) shikohabad dist-firozabad( u.p) . they are extremely rude and show a careless attitude. Till date there is no sign of the cylinder. Please advice whats the next step.
The Bharath Gas Agent in Kannur (ANI GAS AGENCIES,P.O.Chirakkal,Kannur-670011) take nor than 30 days to deliver the gas to consumers.
I (K.V.Afsath,Bismillah Manzil,Athazhakuunu,P.O.Kottali,Kannur-670016.Ph No.2747245--with consumer no.11470)booked the gas through telephone on 03 October2007 (No. 1427), and not yet (18 November) delivered even after more than 20 reminders since now. They have been this practice last one year. Distance between agency & our house is 3 km, but they are charging Rs.320 for delivery including the vehicle charge..Within 5 kms, they should only charge the money for gas. We do not know whom we have to approach to make them speedy delivery. They are behaving very rudely while calling them to remind. We request to take immediate action against them.
From the very beginning I am facing enormous trouble in getting my Gas Cylinder refilled within reasonable time. It takes approx 15-20 days to deliver the cylinders and that too after several reminders over phone. This time I booked my cylinder on 01 Jul 07. But on 08 Jul 07 when I tried to push up I was informed that there is no such booking and they made a fresh booking and allotted me a booking number and assured me to deliver the same in the very next day. However, ten days have already been elapsed but still I am waiting for the cylinder. From that day onwards, regularly I am chasing them over telephone twice to thrice everyday and every time they are giving me false assurance that it is being dispatched. Moreover, sometime nobody responds to the call very much in the duty hours and even sometimes somebody picks up the phone but remains silent. Further their other landline is not responding for the last one month.
The Bharath Gas Agent in Kannur (ANI GAS AGENCIES) take 20 days to 30 days to deliver the gas to consumers.
I booked the gas thru telephone on 19 June 2007 (No. 9105), and not yet (16 July) delivered even after three reminders. They have been this practice last one year. We do not know whom we have to approach to make them speedy delivery. Their reply is rudely when we call them to remind.

I m acing this problem from last 1 year. I book my lpg gas cylinder with sai gas (talawade rd, triveninagar, pune) but they have never delivered it on time... What action is our government taking, nothing, they are siting and watching. They know everything. Even persons from bharat gas are corrupted, maybe their top level management also.
From last 15 days they are telling that we will deliver it today... But they fail. This complain is not just for this board. I wish that some of bharat gas employee read this and solve this problem... Is it what they call customer service... Shame on them!

i am using sai gas . i booked for the cylinder 1 month before, but i didn't received it yet . when ever i call the agency their phone is busy. i got fed up with this connection .
I am facing the problem with bharat gas that whenever i receive gas from agency at my home than i found 5 to 6 kg gas less than actual amount whenever i say to delivery man for weighting gas then he tell me i have not weighting instrument right now and when i weight my gas then found 5 to 6 kg gas less than actual amount same things happen with me at 23 jun 2007 my connection is from kitchen care S-537, school block part-1, sakarpur new Delhi 110092.

Booked refill of cooking gas Cons No. 315898 on 6th of June '07. Dealer Name: Padma Gas Agency Dahisar. Tel: [protected]. Agency complaint that they have not received delivery of Gas from refilling station, and have an 8 day back log of customers waiting delivery for gas.
This agecy is waste as we would not get cylinder after 20 days also and also if we made a call they will tell that you are going to get by EOD

I agree with this. I took booked for refill on 23/8/07 (Dealer Name: Revathi Gas Agency, Hafeezpet, Hyd), its almost more than a month and have not yet received it. Whenever I call them they say it will be delivered by evening.

I have faced this problem several times. I book refilling of cylinder with my gas Agency - Sandesh Gas (Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra. This time my experience was equally horrendously.
24th APril 07: Cylinder Booked (agency committed delivery time as 3-4 days).
2th may 07 : Cylinder still not delivered (agency promised to deliver in a couple of days).
4th May 07 : Made a follow-up call. Agency mentioned booking not done. I was shocked. I had repeat the entire sequence of initial booking & follow up. The representative heard me and said that it will be delivered soon.
10th May07 : Cylinder still not delivered. On follow up the rep said that since the cylinder was booked on 4th May, it would take 4-5 days to be delivered. I lost my patience now and fired the guy.
17th May 07 : Cylinder finally delivered.
26th May 07 : My standby cylinder got over and I called agency for booking
The representative states that since my last cylinder was delivered on 17th May 07, they would accept fresh booking only after 20 days.
I have faced this kind of problems several times in the past. I have a strong thinking that the delivery boys guff up the deliveries and we as customers face the brunt. The service level and response by the agency staff is atrocious. They carry an attitude of who cares and do whatever you want.

N84 in the name Satpal r/o 577 sector-14, hisar.Me and my son are residing outside hisar and we are unable to take inperson delivery.Actually i got book a cylinder in 2nd week of january, 2011 for home delivery and my booking no. is 3302 after that number of times i called them and also visited to agency for cylinder delivery but till now i have not receive.
Sir i am very harassed and in urgent need of gas.So plz do the needfull as soon as possible.I shall be thankfull to you for this.

I had booked for a cylinder on 29/07/10 and my residence is just THREE km from the service provider's office. Its more than 1 month and have not yet received the cylinder. Till date I made more than 15 calls to the SREE RAKSHA GAS AGENCY, HEBBAGODI, BANGALORE (nearest service provider) and reminded them. Its of no use, when ever I make a call, I get the answer "It will be delivered to you by tomorrow". This type of problem I am facing since one year. OUR CUSTOMER NO -15979

My dealer is rj gas agency. I booked cylinder on 7th of june'07. They committed to deliver after 12 days. But till date i have not received the cylinder. Daily i phone up and ask them 2 to 3 times. Whenever i call they say it will be delivered to you today. But i have not received the cylinder till date.
Normally in how many days will it take to deliver the cylinder. If it is made clear then public need not wait and hear the stories of the dealers.
Sir, we have bharat gas domestic connection.our consumer no. is 5022115(SHREE DATTA GAS AGENCY DADAR CODE NO.110845). we are having joint family. our gas cylinder finish in 15 days, but our dealer won't book fresh cylinder before 21 days from the date of previous supply of cylinder date. booking after 21 days he wont deliver cylinder 3-4 days, SO every time we found same problem ultimately we get cylinder after 24-25 days. such consumer product which create tension in home.
Please look in this matter when the you are not supplying the cylinder in time or our dealer is not keeping required stock in his godown to deliver cylinder in time.
I am a resident of Transport Nagar Meerut (U.P.)and I have a LPG gas connection from "Geetanjali Gas Service, Meerut". I am facing a big problem while booking the gas since last one year. The agency owners refused to book my gas so many times without "Ration Card" and the process of booking is very lengthy. On the other hand there are so many delivery man who are selling LPG gas on black, there are no rules or foundation for them, they can freely take gas cylinder from the godown of agency as per their requirement for sale in the market but the genuine connection holder are facing so many problems.

I am a bharat gas consumer No 20674 originaly was supplioed by Abirami gas Kovai pudur, since 2003. 2007 abirami gas were removed by the company and transferred toLakshmi gas. now from the 10th of April Iam told they have transferred Kovaipudur consumers to one Radha Gas.
I live in Kovaipudur and I am anAdvocate. during 2003 when i regd.with Abhirami gas I had produced the "NO RATION CARD ISSUED CERTIFICATE" from the Thasildar and I was getting the gas from Abhirami and also from Lakshmi Gas.
Now When I called up Lakshmi gas they told me tocontact Radha Gas. When contacted Radha Gas, firstly, they never picked the phone for almost two days. finally when I got one lade on line she said they will not supply gas unless I produce the RationCard. I tried toexplain the situation that I am not having ration card and I have produced the NO CARD Cert. to abhirami in 2003 and till now I had been getting the LPG without any problem. The radha gas attendants willnot hear any of my statement and kleep telling me i must produce the ration card and they put the phone down, . I tried to contact the dealer, but since two days his mobile nummber keeps ringing but he does not pick up the phone, .
You are kindly requested totake immediate action since I am not having gas since the 10th of April2008.
Here in this Kovaipudur it has always been a problem that the distributors are behaving very dudely and that was one of the reasons for the company to cancel the licence of Abhirami gas.
Lakshmi gas was doing fairly good service and now somehow the dealership has beengiven to Radha gas. The Radha gas dealer owner is never available toexplain the problem. The ladies who man the outlet has the standard rweply "Bring the ration card."
Are we the Consumers at he mecy of these dealers? Please instruct the dealer to first traet the customers with minimum respect and also to check that since 2003 i had been getting the gas suppied from the same bharat gas dealer, then suddenly the new dealer wnats me toget he ration card which is denied tiome and the Tahsildar has givenme the no card certtificate. waht else am I to produce.

I booked my cylinder on 10-Feb-11 through Bharat gas- ref booking id-6567786. However as of date refilled cylinder has not been recieved.
I has booked a cylinder as on 31st Aug'08 in Ganapathy bahrat gas agency, however, till today (4th Sep) the cylinder has not been delivered to my home. When I asked them they said that we do only home delivery & we do not give directly to customers. I has called so many times to them but every time they promised that they will deliver today itself but did not turn up. Today 4th sep '08 when I am calling up them they are not picking my call at all.
Can someone help me out as to know why these people are behaving in this manner. Its so pathetic for me. Since a week I don't have gas at home to prepare anything & these people are not at all understanding the urgency / importance.
Can some one hire a good people at least who can respond to queries properly.

The Bharat Gas claims to deliver the gas-cylinder to its consumer within 24 -48 hours of booking.I am having a domestic LPG connection of Bharat Gas with service provider ‘Neelam Enterprise’, E-389 Sanjay Colony Sec-23 Faridabad Ph [protected], [protected] (Distributor's Code 113519). I booked my LPG refill on 7th of October 2010 and my booking number provided by them is 92. But despite of reparative reminder it is not being delivered till now 31 Oct 2010 and the staffs are making daily commitment for providing LPG cylinder with me over telephone. I am working persons and have not much time to call them on daily basis. Now, situation is critical as my entire refills are now finished. I don’t know what to do. Please do something.

I have made gas booking on 16.06.2012 at BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR NEAR CHANDUTI THANA Gaya (Bihar), DandiBagg Gaya Polytechinic ke bagal Sinha house me (Bihar) pin code is 823001. They assured me for delivery of refill cylinder within 8days but no supply was made as of 11.07.2012 and their telephones also lying engaged all time.Therefore, I and my family suffered very problems due to non receiving gas cylinder and engaging their the telephones. Our agency does not supply the LPG gas cylinder till month.Another point is that there is large amount of black marketing of cylinders is done here. This is a general complaint among the local persons. Other thing is that it does not give any response regarding the same. They don't hear anything. So I
request you to please take strict action against this agency.

I am jivrajbhai talshibhai kalola from Gadhaka, Rajkot Gujarat. I have bharat Gas connection from r 2003 & I wanted to book 1 more cylinder, My consumer Number is 13181 . This is thorugh your distibutir M/s. Alok Gas services Rajkot Gujarat . Since my connection I am contacting your distributor for II Cylinder. but whenever I call up they says that there is no allotment of II cyliders. I request you to breif me for the procedure involved for getting the II cylinder.

i want to drawn an attentiontowards corruption in ur agencies . i register a cyclinder connection at faridabad neelam enterprises sec-23 in november last year n they didnt give me connection till yet . one more thing the inspection guy who came to my home he was very ill manered guy n started asking use less qs n he blame that u hv already a connection, which v dont hv any connection.i m requsting u take action against those kind of guys n help us to give connection.

Hi I am parthiv seth from bangalore .I am not at all satisfied with the service they provide.My gas connection was transfered from pune.But they didn'tgive me the connection saying those documents are manual one.Need authentication i agreeed and they told me to contact within ten days .its one month now still i didn't get any response from them.Everytime I call it keeps on ringing no one answers the call.My consumer id is 92913.
