The shipping rates are unreasonable, I lost a machine three month ago because of palletizing the machine that can easily be put into a box, like the manufacture instead unreasonable amount of costs are being given to us. I requested a simple box be put into the machine won,. I think its exploitation.
I am not happy about the way the logistics of my machine is being handled, It means I cannot explore other options of paying a removal company and store the machine at a safe place. I will pay the amount required, the approach is aggresive and more inmportant are the company profits and all of a sudden you are in position to check compliance (BOL) when an altanative courier is being used. I bought a graco airless respraying machine in Canada and the costs to transport to Florida were not this much, When I request the costs per line item I don’t get answers, how did you get to that amount? I hope you treat your international clients better than me, it’s really sad.
