This is the WORST Company I have ever dealt with! I purchased six 12V deep cycle batteries and paid over $2000.00 for them. One battery was damaged upon delivery. Their associate Shannon C. is very rude and unprofessional. She made unacceptable false statements and accusations about the battery being unloaded upon delivery. She displayed unethical and unprofessional conduct with most responses I received from her. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which remains unresolved. This will definitely be continued one way or another. They were very unwilling to replace the damaged battery or to refund for it. They actually get a ZERO rating from me, but in order to post this, I had to select a “star.”
Recommendation: Do NOT buy from this company!
It sounds like you've had an incredibly frustrating experience, and it's completely unacceptable. My advice? Don't back down. Keep pushing them to make it right. Document everything, and if you need to, take legal action. Companies need to be held accountable when they treat customers this way. Stay strong, be persistent, and make sure your voice is heard. Don't let them get away with this.
