DuckFish Electronics ipads

These guys are scammers so stay away. They reached out to sell us PTG grade which is supposed to be power on, good screen, good LCD, no locks, clear iCloud and no MDM.

I was wary because of horrible reviews online so I bought a test batch of 30 units. Out of the 30 half didn't meet specs because 3-4 had cracked screens. Three units were shipped older iPads. Wasn't concerned about those because screen repair is simple and can be used. The worst part is the other defects were iCloud locked and MDM locked.

Not at all graded Power Tested Good.

Sent a message about the issue and they agreed to accept one time grace which is silly because they are blaming me for their mistake. I requested a refund but per their terms they said only swaps. I said I will accept the swap but only if they test it as they stated they did. Well today I got the swaps and two of them were iCloud locked and one in fact was on the RMA I sent back to them last week.

They took payment by wire only so basically you can't do a dispute.

I have bought and sold electronics for nearly a decade and these guys are the worst.

I don't know how they can be in business so I will do my part to share my story so others won't be scammed.

Beware at all cost.

DuckFish Electronics cell phones

Scammers and frauds! Shell company that knowingly sells stolen product!

If you're looking for damaged, defective, reported stolen, fraud reported, blacklisted, financed, etc... And a fake attempt for quality cell phones, then this is the place for you. At first we thought... Hey we can get a lot of product from these guys at descent prices.
Well, we soon learned once they hook you into the credit loophole, you can never return. After a year of working with them, we worked up a $50, 000 credit with them. $50, 000! Who in their right mind thinks it's ok for a business to work up $50, 000 of credit from one customer?
I know who...
Seriously... When we order 100 devices and 40 are defective or have some sort of blacklist issue, there is a problem in your organization. Especially when we order "b" quality devices. The labor involved in the testing is an additional cost they do not care about.
Did I mention you, the customer, have to pay return shipping on the garbage they send you? Oh and the fact that if they send you the wrong item, you are still responsible for the return shipping on that as well? How is this an acceptable business practice? To send back an item, you must take 2-3 photos of each item, put into power point or pdf, fill out an rma sheet, send original invoice, etc... Hurdle after hurdle after hurdle! Even if it's not something you ordered! Now how much time do you think it takes to log, take pictures, upload, sort and filter, compress, type out 2-3 the forms w/imei, model #, inv #, issue, etc, etc, etc... On 40+ devices? Hell, on any devices you have to return? Talk about more labor wasted by this joke of a business.
Also, beware as they will drop ship you orders from multiple sources. They say they do not drop ship, but we have contacts that they purchase from and ship for. You will not receive all of the product you order at the same time. You will have to email constantly to figure out why items are missing, where the other pieces are, and the tracking number for each package. There have been times when we have waited over 2 weeks to receive a full order!
2 weeks! Then come to find out that they just credited your account because they did not have the item you ordered. They won't tell you anything about it either. They'll just say "oh yea, we credited the account because we ran out of stock". Well why didn't you tell me that was the issue instead of keeping me in limbo?! Happened multiple times.
Finally, after a year, we worked off our credits, took a hit on the last amount, but washed our hands of this filth.
So to break it down... Stay away and find another source for product! Save yourself the time, effort, and headache! Victor, stephanie, and carl... Nothing but a bunch of scammers and frauds!

DuckFish Electronics Bad service

I have purchased a phone from Duckfishelectronics website and later I received a notification from them stating my order was no longer in stock. I contacted them and asked them to cancel my order. The agreed and said that I'll get my money any time soon. I waited and waited patiently but there was no sign of my money. I'm still waiting for my refund and the worst part is that I can't reach anyone from them! I advice everyone to stay far away from this company, seems like a scam!

DuckFish Electronics Seller sent my order to wrong address

I ordered really expensive headphones from the website www.duckfishelectronics.com. I got confirmation email and the tracking number, but after 4 weeks I haven’t received my order. I checked the tracking number, and it turned out that the order was delivered. I contacted the seller and he confirmed, but I haven’t received it and the address was provided correctly. The seller refused to help or provide money back. Total scam. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.

DuckFish Electronics Do not risk buying from duckfishelectronics.com

Worst customer service ever! I am a college student. I need a laptop for school. I ordered a Macbook Pro (2009) from Duckfish Electronics for 699.99 (as advertised). Shipping was fast, and it was sent out the next day. I noticed the address was from Florida, and thought it was a little sketchy at first. (They are a Washington based "company"). So I emailed sales, which happened to be only one person named Victor. He told me it was from a warehouse they had in Florida. So I was like, okay. When I got it, it had been sent from a random person (probably third party) from an apartment complex in Florida. I opened it, and the macbook pro had MULTIPLE scratches, oil stain marks, and a dent on the faceplate even though on the website they advertise as "Grade 10/10 A condition" and their products go through "rigorous inspection" before being sold. I emailed all the problems I had with it on the FIRST day I got the macbook for a refund or anything else I could do. I did not get a reply till I sent it again 3 days later. Victor told me in order to get a refund I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee, or have it exchanged. I opted to get it exchanged. After checking that the macbook had no additional damage, I noticed something strange. I HAD COMPLETELY RECEIVED THE WRONG MACBOOK. The one I had ordered was a 2.53 Ghz, 4g memory, 250gHD macbook pro. I had received a 2.26 Ghz, 2g memory, 160gHD macbook pro. So I had to PAY out of my own pocket to ship the WRONG macbook back to them. I needed the macbook pro for my chem lab class, and I had already wasted time and effort without a laptop trying to buy from this "company" and more importantly, do my schoolwork. So when I talked to Victor about this problem, he told me they would gladly resolve the problem and send out the correct mac that following week. I was finally satisfied so I sent out my macbook pro in USPS Express Mail, that cost me around 60$ because I needed the laptop in a hurry to do my schoolwork. What I didn't know however, is when my macbook pro was returned, they THEN notified me that my "unit" was sold out and they refunded back my money. Spending 60$ on shipping is a lot. I spent that much because I was told I they were going to ship out my replacement the next day they got it. I was under the impression that they had on it in stock. On top of that, to pay shipping to RETURN a macbook pro they incorrectly sent out in the first place. I shouldn't even have to pay for shipping if it is the wrong product. It wasn't at all my fault they sent me a messed up/completely wrong macbook. So I called them to complain and try and be refunded for shipping my unit back. Victor told me that he had "never seen the company give a full refund back" and kept making excuses to why I wouldn't be refunded, not one cent, or even half. That (I should be happy that they even give me a refund, they "waived the restocking fee") etc. First, why wouldn't I get a full refund for a messed up macbookpro? It wasn't even what I ORDERED. Second, uhh why would you charge me for a restocking fee when you shipped out the wrong product? So that is when I asked to talk to a supervisor and/or somebody in a higher position then him. He replied, "he is only in sales and he has no one else for me to talk too". Which is completely aggravating. If you're "hired" by a company, you obviously should have a type of communication method to contact the business owner, anybody in a higher position then him, etc. It was a sketchy website, and the only person I "talked to" was Victor. I am insinuating that this is a single man run "company" and they deal with selling their own/re-selling third party used items. I will never do this again! I spent so much time and money to buy from this company. I would rather just spend a couple more 100$'s to KNOW I am getting a good deal and they will deliver what they say they will.

Do not risk buying from duckfishelectronics.com!
