This company won't give me back my traded in vehicle title after I gave their vehicle back. They lied and made false promises and put their company name on my car title without permission. I want them to take their business name off my car title and give it back to me.

They said they gonna pay me at least $500 to fix the problem, but they ain't done it. I just got off the phone with *** and the rep said they ain't got no record of no payment from ***. A good business would keep their word, but not this one! I didn't check earlier 'cause I didn't think I had to. And I don't 'member gettin' no check from this dealership.

It's a bit frustrating because when you pay in cash, they shouldn't ask for your social security number. At least that's what two other dealers have told me. I'm worried that they asked for it for some shady reasons. They also didn't give me a copy of the paperwork on a Zip drive. I've called the finance department twice to request copies of that and any other documents that weren't on the Zip drive. It's been three weeks and I still haven't received anything. I really need paper copies. Moreover, I want them to delete my social security number from their records.

I had to take my car in for warranty work and it took like five whole weeks to get it back. When I finally got my car back, guess what? My front windshield was all cracked up! Can you believe it? Nobody even bothered to tell me that my windshield got cracked during those five long weeks. Just a few days before I took my car to the dealership, I had this film put on my windshield to keep the heat out, and there were no cracks or chips in it. I even took pictures to prove it. This ain't the first time I've had a bad experience with this service department. During those five weeks, I was without a car for almost the whole time, except for like 14 days. And let me tell you, getting a rental car was a whole big hassle. The service advisor I had to deal with, I don't even wanna deal with her anymore. She's so unprofessional and always trying to cover her tracks. The experiences I've had with this service department are just not acceptable. And get this, she promised she'd call me first thing this morning on September 27th, and it's already 4 pm and I haven't heard a peep from them about fixing my broken windshield. Can you believe the nerve?

On 8/29, I took my vehicle to Bill Luke Santan for warranty repair. It stayed there for several weeks before they finally approved the warranty work. Once it was approved, they gave me a rental car for 14 days. However, my vehicle remained at the service center until 9/26, so I was left without a rental car again.
When I picked up my vehicle, I was shocked to find that the windshield on the driver's side was cracked. This surprised me because I had just installed nano ceramic clear film a few days before dropping off my vehicle. There were no chips or cracks when I initially brought it in. In fact, the service advisor, ***, called me on 9/26 at 2:02 pm and asked about windshield replacement. I questioned why I would need that since I didn't have any windshield issues. Her response was just okay.
I was very upset about the situation and *** told me they would contact me on 9/27. However, they haven't made any effort to reach out to me. This isn't the first unprofessional experience I've had with their service center. It's actually the second time I've encountered issues in less than a year. It's a huge disappointment, especially considering I paid $59k for the vehicle. I do have pictures that show my windshield with no chips or cracks to support my claim.

I went to the Arizona MVD to check my registration status, and they told me that Bill Luke Santan didn't submit any registration/title application for my car. I talked to a sales manager named *** at Bill Luke Santan, and he said the MVD was slow because of covid-19. He gave me a 45-day extension. I went back to the MVD and asked about the delays. They said the only delays were with mailing the registrations, not processing them. An MVD supervisor told me that if Bill Luke Santan actually filed the paperwork, it would show up in their system, even with delays. The MVD's website says, "Even if there is a delay, once a first-time registration or a renewal has been paid, the customer's accurate status is updated to the MVD database." Also, their finance manager spelled my name wrong when submitting my auto loan to the bank. The bank has been spelling my name as ***. I don't know if this mistake has affected my registration/title progress.

I bought this car without seeing it first from the dealership on 11/28. A buddy of mine checked it out and said it was real dirty, like 2 inches of dirt dirty. I didn't really pay much attention to that and went ahead with the purchase. They delivered the car on 12/7. I immediately put it in the garage and only drove it around the block to show my kids, 'cause I had surgery and couldn't drive for a week. I've only driven the car for less than 500 miles since I got it. But then I started having trouble with the engine, it was sputtering and not accelerating. A light came on saying I had no coolant. I got the car home, filled it up with coolant and oil 'cause it was 2 quarts low, and then all the coolant spilled out. I took it to the dealership in *** and they said it had rodent damage. But guess what? The warranty doesn't cover that, even though I got the extended warranty. The repair cost me $537.00. I called the dealership and talked to my salesperson, who told me to talk to a sales manager named CJ. Let me tell you, CJ was rude and talked down to me. He said it wasn't their problem and that it happened after I got the car, so tough luck. I've lived in *** for over 40 years and I've never had this happen to a car before. I don't live in the mountains or in a dirty area. I don't have rodents in my garage. I want them to refund the repair cost or just take the car back and give me my money back so I can buy from a better dealership. I'm really worried that this car is gonna keep giving me problems. I don't trust that the dealership even did a proper inspection.

Bill Luke Santan advertised a beautiful 2018 Malibu Premier. Everything went well until it was time to drive the vehicle home. They pulled up my new car with a big smile and handed over my keys... well, they only gave me ONE key for a 24k car. What kind of dealership doesn't have the courtesy to provide at least two keys? It gets worse. I got into the car and the gas light was on. Are they joking? We noticed that their lot attendant had also jumped a curb and a chunk of the tire was missing. They didn't even apologize, in fact, they seemed more irritated with me! Then this guy named *** decides to tell me that because he's a father of two children, he understands my safety concern and will replace the tire. But I have to come back in 4 days? I guess my children's lives didn't matter for those four days. I drove my new car home with no gas, a chunk missing from the wheel, and it felt unsafe. And guess what? The premier package I paid extra for, the subs are totally blown and don't even work. When I tried to shut off the vehicle, it wouldn't shut off! The sensors aren't communicating and my car thinks it's still in park. Now I have to disconnect the battery to shut it off! I immediately called Mr. Family Man himself, Mr., and he tells me, "Oh, it sounds like a transmission issue." The earliest they can have it is 1pm on Thursday, which is SIX DAYS AWAY. Well, now it's Friday. Bill Luke has had my car for 2 days and they've decided that my premier package stereo system isn't their concern and they won't fix it. And my car that won't shut off, well, it conveniently didn't do it while they had it. And apparently, my tire chunk isn't a big enough safety issue for them either. I have filed a lemon law complaint with the DMV (if you didn't know how much power they have, look it up). I also opened a formal complaint with GM and I will be going to the ComplaintsBoard.com. Please don't get scammed like my family did.
