Billionaire Casino review: Refund

I spent $11.6k in the past 3.5 weeks trying g to get a stupid charm or hit a jackpot. The game fraudulently advertises bigger bets and spins will get you higher values charms, it's a lie. My Advanced player doesn't get higher valued charms with big spins and bets, my beginners player bets minimal and gets higher valued charms. The falsely advertise a minimum of a certain value of charms with purchases, I can prove they don't give you the minimum that they promise and customer service doesn't care and won't make it right. I want refunded all purchases i have ever made in lieu of huuuge taking advantage of me and tricking me into repeat purchases by misleading and fraudulent advertising and rigging the game. The more I purchased the less I won and the less my purchases contained the correct item values. Huuuge scammers and just bottom feeders taking from their patrons like that. Terrible game more terrible disgusting owners.
