Hello, i have been playing the game OGAME, since about 7 months ago, i allways participated in the game with money. I have played on the server Undae with last name '' Captain America'' and server Wurren with the last name as ''Lauren Bennett'' my experience so far was great, i abught some dark matter and i had a lot of fun, until this GO '' Sagacious '' banned me for no reason other than this :

* (Game nostale Server Dragonveil) name me in game - hi — They banned me for TRADING IN REAL LIFE in real life but I didn't do it. My brother just borrowed 200m and returned 200m. And I have evidence 200M's were borrowed on the 19th or 20th of July because they were banned. And they returned the first time on 1/August/2023. 70 m and then on August 2 Return 20 m and the last time should be the 5th of August, all the rest. They borrowed a total of 2 people. Got banned on game unfairly
I will try explain as much as I can since I dont have a good enlighs at all.
I.ve playing Nostale game for years like 10 years or more. I am from brazil and we speak portuguese. Even that I cant read those rules that are english and germany, I think everyone at start of any game would skip those info about rules and stuffs on register.
I got banned unfairly from the game it because I accept another account that is from my real cousin that did stop the game. Then all my accounts I made by myself and those money spending on game went banned. I tried contact the support and they said its account exchange and didnt give me any chance for back to game with my accounts. I got banned 2023-06-19 like 20 days ago and the support says cant unban me because I break rules, even saying I got it unintentional, since Ive doing that with my brazilian friends and even from other players I never got banned, I thought it was normal from any game. I'd like to say I am really sorry for break their rules, but I didnt know it was one rule to be honest.
Desired outcome: My desire is only back to game. I have like 15 years of nostale game, Im no that type of players that do bad stuffs in game. I only love play nostale and my desire is back for my account.

I opened ticket number [protected] and [protected]. at https://support.gameforge.com because they banned my game accounts without any proof against me accusing me of buying yang with real money. i didn't buy any yang with real money, the only real money i gave was on MD coins in game on their site. I have not violated any terms and conditions. I invested time and money in this game and they permanently blocked my account, they didn't even give me a warning, they didn't want to contradict themselves in their statements, they accused me, they slandered me, they said that I bought something earned by someone with software, I don't know anything, I borrowed from thatperson not even with real money and knowing how that person produces winnings in the game. then they restricted my access to my https://support.gameforge.com account, they don't let me create tickets anymore, they removed the send reply and complain buttons from my niq email address.[protected]@yahoo.com and also sura.[protected]@yahoo.com .i want my account back these game operators are doing whatever they want in the game i think i am god they are mocking the players this is not possible. please help me recover my account, I will leave my data here:

The COMA and GAs for ogame.org are lying about how they used feedback from the players to make decisions about an ongoing merger in that community.
They have misrepresented what the players asked for. They are closing the only legacy setting universe in ogame.org that has 1x fleet/1x economy/1x research and forcing them to join unis with much higher settings that they did not sign up to play in. There was overwhelming support voiced on the forum discussions to save Dorado by many players, more than any other universe. But they ignored it and lied that they listened to the feedback. They have also obstucted players from opening tickets and escalating them to the managers of the COMA to show their ineptitude in the fulfillment of their roles to represent the players. They will not escalate tickets via the ticket system beyond the COMA and are blocking themselves from being investigated by their managers to be held accountable.
The US servers are worse, all of the 1x fleet unis were doomed to join speed fleet unis and that will disrupt their playstyle versus lifestyle.
Desired outcome: Save Dorado.org as a legacy service in ogame.org as well as preserving uni 1.org and quantum.org. Also, Dionne.org is just barely a year old and is being thrown into the merger as well and it's a fairly new uni.

I was banned from OGame for "using illegal programs".
I have been playing for many years, I have never used any programs or add-ons, not even the allowed ones, I use the browser and nothing else.
I was banned on suspicion, with no evidence.
I have contacted the support service, who refuse to give precise details of the alleged action and evidence of the same, I have invited them to investigate but they refuse to do so.
I contacted Gameforge inviting them to investigate the work of the staff, they didn't even reply.

Ban without giving actual proof
I have been banned due to direct result of the use of external software that automates fully / parts of the game (= so-called "botting software"). according to them, when I ask for actual proof they response was according to their system, which I'm sure it's incorrect. that been said I've want a way to complain or showing me actual proof for my case if it's actually there.

Ikariam banned account for no reason
I was a loyal player to the game a long time ago. A week ago i started playing again and i bought some in game credits.
I used revolut disposible cards for safety to buy my in game credits.
they banned my account for security. they requested photos of the actual cards but this is impossible as the cards are virtual.
i asked them if i can send them statement. i also sent them a letter from revolut bank and they do not accept anything rathen than the actual photos of cards which is impossible as they are virtual ones!.
unacceptable. my in game credit were only 25 euros.
if i was trying to fraud the company i would buy hundreds of in game credits and not 25 euros.
P.S when i was a player in the past i purchased over 2000 thousand euros of credits without any issues.
this is how they tread their players.!

I can login to the gameforge client and play any game there, but if I try to use that login to access thier SUPPORT site I am told the login information is INCORRECT. Why is this, I need to contact them NOW!
I have tried resetting the password via the site with NO response, if there is to be a seperate login for thier support site, why does it not state that

Ogame is a SCAM. All of the servers are controlled by SCAMMERS. I played OGame for a while, the moderators support cheaters who make regular players spend money. You can not express your feelings in the game, you can't make suggestions. Whenever they don't like your facts, they will BAN you from saying the truth. They will literally lock your account while you are a premium user for something silly. Then whenever you try to get in touch with support, the moderator will ask for money to be sent to his PERSONAL CASH APP account. The moderators literally make fun of you with a nasty attitude and they will not let you take this issue to their upper management. So disrespectfully, they will not forward the ENGLISH written email and send you back a non-sense response. Stay away from these SCAMMERS.

I am writing you with the hope that I can find some help for my problem.
I am a player of Battleknight game, on Romania, Server 2( now 3). My name is crisseddy and I received permanent ban for using third parties in the game.
I made a ticket which has reached to game administrator Asus and community manager Polog. Both of them are claiming the same, using of a third parties and permanent ban.
Let me explain you what I have done on the game and what has been the answers from Asus and Polog.
First of all, i play this game from 2007 and crisseddy is the only account in which I put money and all my hard effort. A also had some small accounts, lvl 3, only for protection. I did not play on other servers or on other countries.
I made a break on the game like 3 years ago, because I did not have to much time to play. Since November 2020, i started playing the game again. On the game are 3 players that are stronger then me, but with hard work, i can over pass them. That's why I started playing a lot, really a lot. Actually, i think all day I have the phone near me and play.
I play from my phone, very rarely, when is a war i go on computer to change the items for the war, in rest only the phone.
In the following lines I will explain you how i play and what I used for playing the game.
I use 2 browsers chrome and puffin. Chrome is my main browser and puffin I use it only when I buy clues or change clothes for war(if I don't have acces to computer). For both of them i have the page battleknight saved and the browers help me to have the password saved. When i switch between browsers I just click on the username and automatically the memory system of the browsers fill in the name and password and I just press login. Once I am logged in on the game I don't have to enter the password every time if I don't log out from the browser. I just press refresh and the page is loading. And then I play.
I want to mention that Polog is also informed about how I play. He did not say that any of the things mentioned are illegal to use.
According to him he cannot see my login and he can see only a use of a third party.
Also the reason why I received ban according to Asus is:

I know that I played a lot, but I'm 100% that the time played is not that. If they cannot see my logins probably they count everything and that is way they saw 23h. I told them to check my reports to see that the missions have gaps between them, but nothing happened.
Asus is claiming on suspicitions and Polog that they are sure of the proves that i used a third party.
Sir/madam sorry for the long email and am sure that there are still a lot to say but for the beggining I will like to receive some help in finding a solution for my problem.
I even suggested also Asus and Polog to give them all the information they need to check my activity and to prove them that i did not use anything, but nothing happened. Apparently they don't want to check and also I did not receive any prof of using a third party, even if I requested multiple times my report for the period which I received ban.
As I told them, i'm willing to have any kind of comunication to help me unban the account.
Please let me know if you require any other information to be able to check my activity and to see that I did not cheat.
Please help me! I don't know why they don't want to believe me that I am a onest player and I did not cheat.

Today 27-01-2021 I was banned under the pretext that I was using a Bot. This is false as the company can check. The game operator Antrix is using this pretext to block me. This is unacceptable... I hope you can clear this situation, return my account and punish Antrix.

metin2. pt stolen account from email | gm's are useless
I started to play Metin2.pt in 2006/2007 and I spent many years and euros in this game. I always played correct, never selled, buyed accounts or something like that. I was always around top 5 by level, but in 2011/2012 I stopped to play the game for lack of time. My cousin asked for my high level account to farm for him. A few months later he asked me if their neightbor could use my account too, since my account was protected and associated to email what could go wrong?
September 2019 I entered in my account and everything was fine, like he used to.
In May 2020 a group of old friends ask me to comeback to the game with them, and for my surprise when I tried to login I couldn't. My cousin neighbor used your new login system to stole my account.
Since when one account can be changed and vinculated with another email without the permission of the previous one? What kind of company is Game Forge? Are we still in the previous century without online security? Do you change your security system and don't care about the security in the middle process?
Now my 15 years account does not belong to me anymore. Your ticket platform have one topic for stolen accounts but your GM's don't really care about this kind of problems. Their words are "we will ignore any tickets about this situation" are they related with the game that stoled my account? I know many cases and GM's in Portugal that stoled my friends in 2010 while they were in TeamSpeak with us, are GM's still corrupt?
I found many problems here with metin.pt team, did we found a pattern here?
In 2020, online problems are real problems, I am a customer and you guys only care about us to put money and not to solve real problems. Yes, I broke the T&C when I "loan" my account for farming to my cousin, but my account was secured in my email and I prefer to have my account banned than stolen. Honestly, I am a lawyer and I will proceed with this case until someone would solve it, I can guarantee.
The same thing happens to me, ironically more or less the same time and everything, I'm pissed off as well I want my account banned as well

I signed up for tera in game forge when enmass quit. I have played tera doing it. I doing it for 10years I payed for the privileges' to do do so to help me rewire my brain after losing a fist size piece of it in a head on collision. It helped a lot bu t I still have problems

When I try I am told to contact support which I am unable to do because I can' t log in there is no way to get in touch with them to resolve this problem I not a good typist and I am handy caped this game is what I do to help fix my brain a little bit each day. It is my only entertainment of the day. Tv is boring. I am not very smart with computers & have no one to help me with it there is no 1-800 number to call. I am on a fixed income so I can't call internationally please help me. It would be nice to be able to call them or have them email me so I can talk with them to get this resolved. metin2pt - lost my accounts

I am going to start by this, I play metin2pt for at least 8 years, with some pauses because school/work and other thinks, and I did not played around 2019 untill a few days ago when I tried to join my metin2pt accounts to the gameforge account, it was the new system they made.
I tried a lot and could not add because it would say it was not possible, I tried reset the password and the system just ignored the submit, and I know the information is right.
After that I send a ticket about the case, the support told me to join my game emails to the suport system, I did it and contacted again with a new ticket requesting the IDs of the accounts that was linked on the mails, and they tell me that I got nothing...
I have emails when the accounts where made and emails about real money payments for the game.
I could not believe what happened, they refused to help me more, then I only thought that my accounts where stole but how if I do not get any email that someone as trying to change my email.
I send the ticket again and explained very well and detailed, telling a lot of information about the account, sending even my youtube channel with videos made with those characters.
They answer me with only 20 words, that my account do not have those email since October 2019 and they could not help.
I was shocked how inhuman that answer were, it was like a machine and self decision, I said I did not logged in from 2018 or early 2019, it is possible someone stole my account meanwhile, if I only tried to login almost a year after.
I spend months of time on this game and very much money, it is so hard to digest this. I got stoled and the support kicked me in face because they just do not want to help.
I know people try to fake this, but what about the people that actually suffer from this kind of act, and I even told the information they gave me like payments, account creations etc, and even described the characters I have, I got an simple and robotic 'NO'.
I just want my accounts back, I already know my very valiable itens are gone for sure, and at least ban the hacker that stole my account.
And for the support, please be more human, sometimes ask for more information it could really tell if it is true or not.

Hi,
I'm hereby complaining regarding the customer service received from Gameforge's Metin2.PT Customer rep "SADARK" for wich he denied me a tool to formally complain regarding the service provided in the 19-04-2019. Upon me requested what I am entitled as a customer (a channel to demonstrate my dissatisfaction regarding a service) he refused further support.
The lack of care and complete unprofessionalism from a supposed "rep" from such big company is scary. All I wanted was to recover my old game account so I could pass it on to my son that had recently developed the same interest I had on their game (Metin2.PT), however, not only he didn't as I also stopped playing the game. Not crying over the money I spent on it accross the years, which were surely more than acceptable for the common of mortals, however, it is certainly a lot more than the the normal joe spends. Money didn't care to spend on an hobbie I had since I was a child but something that this "Game Master", thinking to be entitled to deny a customer of his legal rights tought good to simply stop doing his job.
Thank you very much Mr. Saddark, I hope you are called to justify why a customer stopped using a service and to pour money onto your "bosse's" pocket.
I now found a new "life" on a non-gameforge Metin2 version. Not seeing any of my dimes again, Gameforge. ´Not until I get a formal channel for a formal conversation.
