Charge for (2) boxes each for $207.30 in the month of December. Also, try online finally was able to do on chat. However, in order to get a explanation I was told to pay $1.00 and give all my credit card info. etc. Not sure why I had to pay when they already charged on my credit card. So to be safe I did not give out this information. Instead made this complaint. Also, contacted my credit card company let them know I will try on Monday to contact BistroMd to resolved this issue. Also, called FedEx to see I can return BistroMd product told me there might be a charge for return.
Desired outcome: Requesting refund on credit card as well as return receipt for product.
