It's been 4 weeks, and I don't see the response to enable my account features.
I am posting my situation on all social networks, I don't want to close my account, just enable the features and give me my funds back.
Just today I got a message from support which reads (Dear valued customer,
in order to provide you with the support you need, we escalated your request into a complaint. Our complaints team will be in touch with you soon.
Your old support ticket with the reference BIT-1757538 has been closed. The complaints team will take it from here.) UNBELIEVABLE! After four weeks they are closing the ticket to issue another which makes it seems like I just submitted a fresh ticket.
You have put me in a very stressful situation as I trusted Bitstamp with my investment after a wire transfer of $110,000. I completed the video call four weeks ago and I was told I would get an email in a day but it been four weeks without resolution.
They disabled the withdrawal of my funds, I can not trade, withdraw. I do not recommend Bitstamp because there is no security and they really decide what to do with your funds, they are not yours. Terrible way to treat a client.
Desired outcome: Enable features on my account
