Genesis was very helpful through out the whole process. She kept in touch with me and my mother everyday to make sure everything was good. Genesis was very patient she made calls for my mom to help her get what she wanted. Thanks to this company and genesis for all the help me and mom received.

Genesis was an amazing to person to work with! She was patient, kind, and straightforward and to the point. She worked very hard to help me get what I needed and even took calls from me when she wasn't working to ensure I had what I needed and it all got done. Black Square Financial, has changed my future. When I turned 18 years old this past summer 2020, they had reached out to me regarding my structured settlement. I spoke many times to Jarrod, Jordan and Ryan over the telephone and was hesitant with all the information in thinking they were scammers and it sounded too good to be true, BOY, WES I WRONG. I knew that the idea of buying properties and renting them would be an amazing idea: it would create a monthly income for myself for the years to come, the properties would build equity over time and it would help me earn passive income. Jarrod & Ryan flew to NYC, showed my mom and I the necessary information needed to believe that they are a real company doing great things for family's like ours. IT WAS A NO BRAINER, for us. They showed us the potential income the properties would be bringing in and that really excited me. My mom and I immediately felt the confidence that I needed to move forward with the process. We flew in to Florida and met them at their lovely office space and began the process.They treated us like family looking out for the best interest of my structured settlement.
