A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Denise,
Even though you are out of the guarahtee -period I have processed your refund today. Please allow two week for this refund to be posted to your account.

Does anyone have any photos of their resutls?

Hi there
Just wondering if anyone has heaps of really light freckles that they have used it on? Could you apply the product all over or you have to sit there for hours doing one freckle at a time?
Thanks
Hi Maree86,
Thats a hard one, i personally had a few light freckles under my eyes, they were bunched almost together. I treated them seperatley. Yes it took longer... not hours though.
I found this way you can treat the ones you really want to get rid of first, and once healed see what the result is and have another go.
I wouldnt use the focal tube though, that way if you do spray out of your treatment area, it may grab some more freckles.
Hope this makes sense. Ive tried this and have had success for myself and other people i have treated.
Regards Deb
Hi there. I have read quite a bit on this forum, not all the posts, but about 12 of the 21 pages.
I see people with results and people without results, and complaints regarding scarring long healing times etc.
I'm seriously considering trying the product out. I have a very fair skin, and will be trying it for moles
on my body and eventually I want to remove quite a bit of freckles on my face.
To Deb Vos:
I see you say you have done this for other people.Where are you based Uk, perhaps?
Any chance of utilizing your experience with applying this product?
How difficult is it to treat areas under your eye.
Having read that some people fumble with the application tubes, is there
a great chance of getting this into your eyes, when applying to these regions
on your face. Any tips on protecting your eyes?
I read some people even apply this on their eye lids.
Surely this can be quite dangerous?
Would be great if anyone can advise on this?
I am aware that i should first try this on my hip or one spot
on my body to test for my skin type.
To Charlene:
I see you stating many times that the product works for 98% of clients and 2% have
skin types that it does not work for.
Those are bold claims: Can you please provide me with information as to how you can
state those percentages.
Was this through medical trials, or purely through results from customer feedback?
Your response will help me with my decision to try out your product.
Many Thx
Tristan
Tristan,
We base our percentages on our customers results. Doctors have used freeze therapy for over 20 years. They would not rely on this treatment if it was not almost 100% effective.
You can concentrate our product on very small area (less than a 1/4 inch) with our focus tubes. The surrounding skin is completely protected. We have had customers remove skin tags on their eye lids.
Customers in the UK don't have any problem using our product.
Charlene
Hi Charlene.
Thx for your response.
I have been reading through the forums, and on numerous occasions I see people
saying that the application instructions are confusing. These messages seems to be have written
quite some time ago.
Have your company improved on the instruction leaflet yet, or would you perhaps be able to
post an updated version here. I would like to remove some freckles under my eyes.
They are all bunched together to form horizontal half moon circles under my eyes, so that it looks
like i have dark circles under my eyes. Once i have determined if my skin type is fine with the product (or not)
and have tried it on some moles first I will move on to these problem areas.
How would you suggest I go ahead with removing these blemishes under my eyes. With the focus tubes or I see
some people spray it on lightly? What to do if you perhaps get this in your eyes?
And how secure is the focus tube as not to cause spillage on your face?
What to do if you perhaps get this in your eyes?
Many thx.
Tristan
Hi im just wondering does the product hurt alot as it sounds quite scary. :( Does it burn your skin?!?
Also on the blemish free website the payment method looks dodgey.. is it?
Hi Charlene,
I placed an order on 4/7/10...can you contact me directly as to when I might be receiving it.
Thanks
Tristan,
We continually update our instruction and we receive very few questions about the application process. We also provide and on line brochure to assist our customers.
Using our focus tubes insures the skin near your blemish will be protected.
Angell,

We have never had a problem with credit card orders. We have been with them for over three years.
dhromero,
I have already sent you an email about your order. It has shipped.
Charlene
Hey Tristan,
No im not in the U.K. Im in Australia.
I see you have a lot of concerns. I would just go ahead and see what works for you. Ive never had any problems with squirting the product in the eyes, even though i have treated under the eye area. Its a trial, when you first start out, you can only wait and see how your skin responds. I didnt find the instructions difficult to follow.
Deb
I have been trying to contact blemish free for ages now and no one ever responds. It took me well over 3 weeks and continuous chasing to get the product and now I need help and I get nothing. Which seems to be typical of this particular company.
Its very frusterating to pay so much for something and get so little in return. My product will probably lose its "shelf life" before I ever hear back from this company.
I have to say the product works really well though but considering how difficult it is to get any questions answered or replacement products or even get a hold of anyone just isnt worth it. You seem to get what you pay for and while it may be far more expensive to go to a dermatologist and get this sort of thing professionaly done...thats exactly what you get...professionalism! Something this company is seriously lacking!
All Ive wanted to know was how to get ahold of another straw tube thing so the product doesnt blast all over my skin and burn me. I havent been able to sue my product for over 5 months now because Charlene NEVER responds...ever. No matter how nice I have been. I do see however she has time to adress issues here though when they have been made public.
Since I will probably NEVER receive a response from her again - and well why should I shes already got my money ----- does anyone know where I can obtain more "accessories" like the straw thing that attaches to the nozel? I have the different size focal tubes but in my move it seems to have been misplaced.
Im tempted to go buy WD40 and see if that straw fits since I cant get an answer from Blemish-Free!
mramos79,
I sent you the email thats told you we do not have extra straws and that a WD-40 straw will work. I also told you that your last email was the only one I received. Perhaps your first email ended up in our spam filter. I am sorry I did not receive it. Our web site tells everyone that we respond to all emails and if you don't hear from me it means I did not receive it please send another.
Your post here is uncalled for. I have already assisted you.
Charlene
I used thisproduct about 10 days ago on two rather large sun spots on my face which
I'd had for a number of years although I am only in my early forties.
( Far too much sun in my life time - strange as I live in the UK!).
I used the product exactly the same on both sun spots - one blistered whilsts one did
not. The one that blistered peeled in about four days whilsts the one that did not
peeled in about 7 days. Both were very dark and very notiable almost immediately after
treatment ( I got a bit of a shock when I woke up the next day) but again I have to say
the areas I treated were quite large.
HOWEVER, both are now healing nicely and are already almost not noticable.
I am so delighted. It is scary to think you are using a product that freezes your skin
and reading earlier posts on this forum add to the fear.
Yes, I did have to wait almost three weeks for product to arrive ( apparently out of stock).
Yes, Charlene can take a while ( and a couple of reminders to reply to emails) and can
be a little bit abrupt/short in her replies
Yes, instructions can be a bit confusing and contraditory
BUT - product DOES work.
I just wanted to add my say to help other people make their minds up as this forum helped me!
Thank you Colpa100 for your posting your results of our product. This is about the 15 person to post here their positive results with our product. Our product will be effective for 98% of all our customers.
Charlene
A comment about emails. I answer all emails. However, for some reason some emails are caught in our spam filter. We receive about 10, 000 spam emails a day and I do not have time to go through all of them. This is why we tell our customers if you do not receive a response within one day please resend your email.
Charlene
Hi again I just wanted to say thanks for my refund, it was nice of you to pay me back as it was my mistake and not yours.
I have still received this product and was wondering would you like me to send it back to you, or I could forward it to one of your other customers. It is completely unopened just as I got it. Kind regards.
Hello Ken,
Thank you ken. Please give your kit to one of your friends who wants to remove blemishes. This is a new advertising program we started to get more people to try our wonderful product.
Charlene
I would like to let people know I ordered my kit on April 28th, recieved it today May 10th (i live in UK) which i thought was a good delivery speed.
I mainly brought the kit in hopes of removing a birth mark, i know on the website it doesnt state that it can remove birth marks but i read that someone had used it for this purpose so heres hoping!
I will post my results!
Bibi Alexis,
You have not purchased our product yet you have an opinion about it? Why are your posting at all. You have nothing to contribute but your opinion which by the way is wrong.
Everyone reading this please know ANYONE can post here whether they they have used our fine product or not. This makes this site unreliable.

5, 11, (tue) 2010, 7:07:48 PM i think blemishfree's not for me.
I applied it on my thigh (5-6 times of short sprays) after there was a stinging sensation. even though i used the guide tube, some liquid spill was formed around so i applied a thin layer of vaseline around the blemish and sprayed a few more times. so far, there's no change. i expected the area to be a bit darker or form some scab but nothing. I've reapplied a few more times thinking maybe i didn't spray enough. but i don't think that's the case. i did feel the stinging sensation and sparyed over the area according to your instruction. I'm very disappointed.
I'd like to return it and get the refund if this is not for me. the area i applied has not been changed a bit, no scab, no fading of skin color, redness or whatsoever.

It;s been more than a week since I sent you a request for a refund.
So far the auto response is the only thing I've got. I'd need where to send the package and instructions for the refund as is written on your website ASAP. If your delay result in me not getting the refund due to late request for the refund, the fault's yours, not mine. As I stated in my 1st request for the refund, your product doesn't have any effect on my skin. The area I treated(a sun damaged spot on my thigh) has shown no change whatsoever. No browning, no redness no nothing and it's still there.
Both times I got an auto response. Actually, as for the 2nd email I got an email from blemish free even before the auto response as follows;
RE: It;s been more than a week since I sent you a request for a refund.

Lu,
The Federal Drug Administration has approved freeze therapy for doctors to use on their patients because it works. If you age spot shows no browning then you are not applying the product correctly.
Keep the red straw near your skin and spray in a circular overlapping motion until the area frosts up the stop. Just when the frost dissipates repeat the treatment. You do this three times. Three frost ups. Let the treatment heal.

==========================================================
I originally bought the product on April, 24th, received it on May 10th. As some of you already pointed out via domestic 1st class mail although I paid $15 or something plus some foreign transaction charge of $4.20 through my BOA card. Still I'd be a happy customer if the product worked for me. After I got the reply for my 2nd email, I reapplied. As a matter of fact, instead of 3 treatments, I gave it 5 treatments. The sun spot on my thigh is still there.
I don't know how I can afford to do it wrong. Maybe my skin is steel strong.
Hello,
We charge $10 shipping and handling not $15. Any additional charges are from you bank and not from us.
The only way the product will not work for you is if your under treated your self. Our instructions clearly tell all our customers to keep extending the treatment time by two seconds until your blemish is removed.
Our product is 98% effective. Since you apply our product the problem must be with the application. Instead of posting here why did you not email me for assistance?
Charlene
okay, i made a big mistake. the shipping charge was $10..i didn't double check cuz the shipping charge was not the issue. that's why i said $15 or something...now i went back to your site and it was $10 which is still way above the $2.75 postage on the package.(yes, this time, i double checked.) anyhow, again, the shipping charge is not the primary issue. the issue is your product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund on May 11th and didn't get any response except that auto response everybody here seems to know till i sent a 2nd email which i got an almost immediate response saying the product is FDA approved so the fault should be mine. so i retreated the same spot as i said in my previous posting. i actually did 5 frost ups but there was no change. this morning i found your very prompt response here, thank you very much, saying i must be under treating the spot and should extend the treatment time so i decided to do that and retreated the same spot until the area was quite stingy/almost painful. the area was raised as if it were a mosquito bite w/ red surroundings. i stopped retreating to avoid blistering. i applied a little bit of neosporin to relieve the pain. this time, i decided to do a little test on my face as well so now i have 2 treated spots. on my thigh and on my face. as for the face, i covered around the target spot w/ thick layer of vaseline. i'll be re-posting how they'll turn out within 4-6 days.
the reason i decided to post here was getting reply from you through your regular website sometimes takes forever as evidence by my 1st email and many other people here and your remark I found multiple times was always maybe those emails had to be gone into your spam mail box. so it should be random. you also mentioned since anybody can post here, it could be even your competitor who post a negative remark and quite apparently that's not the case here.
now it's about half a day later. both spots -- one on my right thigh and the other on my face -- are now darker brown with red edges. no cluster, no peels so the blemishes are still there. as for the facial spot, the original sun spot has gotten even darker and now surrounded by bigger brownish circular spot. even though i used the guide tube and vaseline somehow the affected area due to the treatments has gotten bigger. i'm worried about the larger size of the pigmentation. both spots are still hurting and swollen up. i'm applying neosporin every few hours.
Lu S Kim,
In a normal treatment the treated area turns brown for about a week then pink as it heals. It is quite impossible for you to freeze your skin cells and have no effect on your skin.
Freeze therapy is not experimental. It has been approved by the USDA for use by doctors. This form of treatment has been successfully used for over 20 years. So when you tell me you don't get any results the only problem has to be the application. I have emailed you and assisted you. Please let your treatment heal now.
Charlene
Lu S Kim,
Have you even read our instructions? It does not sound like you have. We tell all of our customers to use Olive oil on their treatments to eliminate any discomfort.
Charlene
charlene
yes, i have. i don't know where your got the idea that i didn't read your instructions when your own website tells me to "Put some Vaseline or Neosporin on the skin around the treatment area" under "Non White Skin Types." i also followed the website advise of "With all freezing treatments "More is not better, you want to take a very conservative approach." i've read enough of people telling they were diagnosed as 2nd degree burns so i was very cautious on my 1st trial so maybe i was undertreating. but after i got an email from you i did my 2nd test treatment and it wasn't undertreatment. both times i put vaseline to protect the surrounding skin before treatment.
now as for my 3rd treatment, i figured i was done w/ tests so i added one more spot on the face other than the spot on the thigh. i didn't put vaseline on my thigh this time but for the face i did. the result has been reported and you can read it if you scroll back. in short, darker spots than the original color and red surroundings and a bit of discomfor and swollen up for which i used "neosporin+pain relief." then after i read the olive oil remark, i chose a spot on my arm and treated it after i put thin layer of olive oil in place of thick layer of vaseline. that area is more swollen and blistered up.
some people said their blemishes were gone w/in days. according to a testimonial w/ some before and after pictures from the blemishfree website, the man in the picture used forceps to peel his blemishes off after a few days but it seems a bit risky for me. i won't peel off the outer most layer until my skin heals itself and the dead cells fall off naturally so for now i think i should wait and see.
Oh, i also got Bio-oil to help redness and healing/preventing scarring.
Lu,
We have a procedure where the user tests the product on their hip first. Only when this test treatment heals and blends should the customer use the product on their face. If the test treatment turns brown and does not heal, which happens to about 2% of our customers, we refund their money.
There are no second degree burns. You freeze the blemish cells and that treatment turns brown for about a week then it turns pink as it heals.
Yes please let your treatments heal and please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com. We don't give treatment advise on this site.
Charlene
Lu S Kim,
I have processed your refund. And placed you on the no reorder list.
Charlene
Charlene,
Really? I haven't got any email notice so I had no idea. I wonder how long it will take to show up on my bank statement. The name shown on my credit card is not Lu S Kim so I hope there's no other Lu S Kim who ordered from you recently.
As for the healing process, the test spot on my thigh has gotten only bigger. So I bought a bottle of glycolic acid to peel off but I haven't tried it yet cuz now I'm afraid the chemical may leave me a bigger scar cuz my skin may be not suitable for chemical treatments in general.
Lu,
I sent you an email telling you your credit card was credited. Check your spam filter. Nothing you do with our product is ever permanent except removing blemishes. A dermabrasion of chemical peel should remove any marks. You should test these on you hip first.
Charlene
Charlene,
I added blemishfree@hushmail.com in my contact list so spam filter wouldn't work. I double-checked and the last email I got was dated May 17th. I wonder if you used the right email address which is "briz_kr@yahoo.com" when you sent me the notice. So far there's no post regarding the credit on my online bank statement.
It's a relief that the bigger brown spots are not permanent. As I mentioned in one of my previous comments, I treated a spot on my arm as well and the skin around the treated spot was all blistered. Now the crust is off and I see visible skin indentation. It's so wider than the original spot so I really do hope it's not permanent.
I just used the chemical peel today but I didn't get any positive result. Yes, I patch tested 1st as the direction says..unlike blemishfree, the recommended test area is behind the ear or along the jaw line. I used 40% glycolic acid...maybe it's not strong enough or maybe I should repeat the process...maybe I should leave the acid a bit longer...or maybe I should give my skin 4-5 days to see the final result.
To everybody,
I'm thinking blemishfree may work better with people who don't get sunburn as easily as I do...and maybe better w/ people w/ less melanin to begin with. So If you have a tendency to get a darker pigmentation left after squeezing a pimple, maybe your skin would react as mine when you use blemishfree. Do patch test. Even if you patch test, your skin may react differently depending on the area. As for me, my thigh skin was too dull whereas my arm skin was quite sensitive. So if you have sun spots on the arm to be treated, patch test right there...just pick a tiny spot that won't be as noticeable even if something goes wrong. Patch test on your hip as blemishfree recommends but to be safer, if the hip area turns alright, pick a less visible spot on your target area and patch test once more. If you have somebody to assist you, that must be a lot better.
Lu s Kim,
Blemish Free works for 98% of our customers. We have everyone test our product on their hips first to make sure they do not have the rare skin type before they ever us it on their face. This is a fool proof method. If you fail the hip test and have the rare skin type we will tell you how to remove it.
I will resend the email I sent you this morning.
Charlene
Lu,
I sent the email from Klik and Pays site so I don't have a cope. So search Klik and Pay as the sender.
At any rate you card was credited for the full amount of your purchase.
Charlene
Charlene,
How long does it take for Klik and Pays to send the credit to my bank once you process it?
I'm getting worried.
Lu,
I already told you it takes two weeks for the credit to show on your bank statement.
Charlene
Lu S Kim,
We use freeze therapy. Freeze therapy has been approved by the FDA over 20 years ago because it is 100% effective in removing blemishes.
For you to use our product and say it had no effect can only mean the application was incorrect. You posted here without ever asking for my assistance.
I have give you a refund. I have also placed you on the no reorder list. I can't help you if you don't ask for my help.
Charlene
Lu,
It takes two weeks for the credit to show on your statement. We have no control over this its between the banks.
Charlene
