A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Here there Dani, nope i havent received my febuary order. Ive contacted them heaps of times only recently have they ( John) told me they were having paypal problems, and told me to be patient that was on the 21 of april.
The way they have dealt with their problems have been very unprofessional, and really slack
Im in Australia and have been purchasing from them for quite some time, because the product works and im happy with it and so are my friends, but lately Charlene has completely disappeared, and their communication and getting any refills has been impossible., not to mention delivery time into Australia has been long
Have a look on their site now Dani, apparently you have to ring them now to order!, my goodness that makes it hard for international
callers

I used blemish free it looked like a burn but I used an exfoliating cream that speeds up the healing process. Blemish free is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone. I live in Aus and my product came in two weeks. I plan on getting more because I was sceptical and don't think I applied my first try correctly.

If anyone gets an email from Charlene, could you please put the email address on here. I still have not heard back from her in over 4 months. I worry about her, as I have known her for over 5 years and always stayed in touch with her. I can only assume she is not with the company anymore. Blemish-Free, is such a wonderful product, I just can't believe the company has gone out of business.

Hi everyone,

I contacted Charlene, then got an email back from someone claiming to be her!

This is what the email said:

Hi,

Our web host is having problems. Please send your shipping and
credit card information to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com and I
will manually enter your information.

Charlene

This is such a scam! Now someone is answering Charlenes emails trying to get credit card details through email! That is so unprofessional and I hope no one falls for this cause if it was Charlene she would have been on this site by now and explained to everyone what is going on.

I really wish I could still buy this stuff, it was amazing but there is no way Im giving my credit card details over the internet cause I know I will not receive this product. Will just have to use Meladerm now, heard its pretty good

Ok everyone listen up.. Do not buy blemishfree, they are a headache to deal with.. The product does work however... BUT ''SCHOLL'' VERRUCA AND WART REMOVER, , is better and is 15 euro in boots or other pharmacia.. It is a freeze treatment.. I have used it with great results, better than blemishfree.. Blemishfree still owe me 2 cans which ill never get.. Also i waited nearly 3 months for a can before.. Get down to boots and try this for yourself... 15 euros

They seem to be fully operational with a new system using encrypted online ordering.. Has anyone bought from them very recently? It's hard to believe an obviously effective product (as per many testimonials here) which was successfully delivered for many years is suddenly a scam? Doesn't make sense. If anyone is hesitant, why not get a Visa prepaid gift card (for the amount of blemish free cost) and try it. These credit cards also come with purchase protection.

Don't buy this product! I used this 2 years ago, and I still have keloid from the spot where I used the treatment! Trust me, this is a scam! Otherwise the complaint board would not have appear on the google search list. The stuff of this ### company also is watching and posting comments to look like their products are legit. Please report this company.

I have not used the product so in all fairness, I cannot comment on it's ability to do what it claims. My complaint is that before you purchase the product, you should very carefully research exactly what it is that you must do once you get it. The website makes it all seem VERY simple, but when I received the product there were no type written instructions - instead, I was directed to their website to watch a video on how to use it. The process is very confusing and not easy to apply. I wrote immediately requesting a refund and was told that I could not get one because "I ordered the product and they delivered the product". I caution everyone to do your research first - search for the video on you tube of the gentleman who was scarred while using the product - albeit he may have used it incorrectly - but decide if you want to take the chance - I wish I had seen that first before purchasing.

I tried this product on my leg and back and gave a liberal amount. It burned quite a bit and left a lot of redness for two weeks. The moles seem to be removed, but it definitely is showing some visible scarring. My wife was scared after that and didn't try it herself. What did she do instead? She used duct tape of all things. She left it on for 3 days, and it removed her moles from her back and sides better than what this product did for me. I couldn't believe it. Turns out the glue encases the mole and dries it out. She just kept it clean and dry during that time and then peeled the tape off with most of the moles. Really makes me wonder what is real out there now and what isn't for this kind of thing. Going to do more research with other products, as I don't think I want to use the rest of this.

there are more than >300, 000 complaints over free-of-blemish.com, formerly blemish free, data speak louder than words.
if you want to have burned ugly scar for the rest of your life, go ahead to buy their product to harm yourself.

btw, they are using hush mail, a secretive mail which they can hide their i.p. address / identity, so you can't find them if you want to have a refund.

The worst thing is that they are disguising as customer to give FAKE positive review everywhere, using screen name like T2014, dan73, charlene, chan21 etc. the company is so bad that they had to close their website and move to another website (now free-of-blemish.com) just to avoid angry customer.

don't listen to any positive review at this thread.

they claimed they are an Austrailian company, however, they send their product from Bolivia? a South American country?

where are you exactly from charlene? You are getting more suspicious... If you receive a product from different country where you ordered from, this is way too suspicious...so if you want to get scammed, go ahead, buy their fake, harmful product.

btw, the fake thing just destroyed the nerve in the affected area, you just can't feel a thing. The area is not normal anymore. looks more like zombie skin now. it also destroy the pores duct and caused pus to flow out randomly. if you want to have skin like someone who has been burned by asulfic acid, go ahead.

Please do yourself a favour, and do not buy Blemish-Free. This "company"
is a complete scam, and most of the "testimonials" on this site are
fake accounts made up by the company. The company is known for replying
to negative comments with positives and telling the customer to contact
some fictional character called Charlene. Don't waste your time. Instead
of giving you a refund, they will ask you to purchase another can, and
try again. Getting a refund is impossible as the only way to contact the
company is through email. I made the mistake of buying this product,
and ended up with massive blisters and scars that haven't faded over two
years later. The product actually is a can of compressed air that is
generally used to clean the dust from computers, and can be bought for a
couple of bucks. The product costs $130 for a can of compressed air,
three rubber tubes, and a plastic straw. If you type "blemish free
review" into youtube, you will see the effects that spraying a can of
compressed air onto your skin can have. Again, please don't be fooled by
this garbage.

This is the nastist website you can ever get. This scam site is beyond
anything you can imagine. This website posed as health professional so
you can pays tons of dollars to their site. They sells you fake nitrogen
spray and it caused damages and scars toyour skin beyond repair. To
this day, many cutomer still suffer from 3 degree burns and scars which
continue to hurt them. Many customers still need medical treatments b/c
they got burned by their product. Some develop skin cancer from exposure
to sun by their wounds.
Worst, they posed as customer in forum to give positive review just like
the user at the most bottom, trust me, they posed fakd review
everywhere.

They got so many complaints they the had to close down their orginal

operate and continue to scam customers. please do not buy any product
from them.
Did I tell you that you will not get a refund after you bought their
product? THEY will call you names and calling you stupid for asking for
refund.
That is how they do business. If you want to get hurt by geting burn, go ahead.

This company is from Panama, but they ship worldwide, so if you want to
get refund, no luck. PLEASE ignore and DO NOT buy from them
