This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Ryan,

I feel your pain. I ordered on 7/7/10 and received it 8/14/10. The letter that accompanied the product said I had 30 days from purchase date to return, which means I'm two weeks too late to return it if it doesn't work or isn't suited for my skin type. What the...?

Also, they ship out of Panama to California to final destination, which is fine if it's set up like a bone fide business, you know, PROFESSIONALLY?

There's no copy of the original invoice. The only thing you get is a two-sided one page instruction, which touches on the instructions briefly, then pushes you off to their instruction site. I must have been totally drunk when I ordered because there's NO contact information, no physical address, no telephone number, no email, on their website. I don't know what made me do it!

I've had items come faster out of Europe, Asia and NEW ZEALAND (for gawd's sake) than from these people. I finally gave up and was going to call my credit card company TODAY to request a charge back for the fraudulent.

Let's hope the trouble was worth it, although I highly doubt I'll be doing this again.

Good Luck.

Ryan,

We were forced to move our distribution center from Michigan to California. This took 27 days. We apologize to all our customer for this delay. Our 30 day guarantee starts when you receive your kit. We have been in business for over five years and shipped over 7000 kits so I think that qualifies us as a bona fide business.
Yes I agree you must have been totally drunk when you ordered because we tell EVERYONE from our website and the paper shipped with every kit that I am available to answer any customers questions at blemishfree@hushmail.com at any time.
Ryan please give me your email address so that I can contact you and answer your questions.

Hey guys

I recently ordered this, and ofcoarse like any normal person was very skeptical at first, as the claims seemed too good to be true.
I recieved it with 9 days of ordering... and I live in the UK.
The long story short - It DOES work, but read the instructions through carefully first, I remember reading on here somewhere someone saying that and people who have these horror stories of it all going wrong was all their fault for not properly reading the instructions, and I completely agree. It is true however the online instructions that you get a link to are confusing, and in parts, yes, a little contradictory, however, with any common sence, it's not difficult at all.
I have successfully removed 5 moles so far, and applied it to 4 more yesterday.
I only have two minor complaints, but don't let them put you off:
1. The focus tubes are iritating to use sometimes, depending on where you are applying it to, and i think they could create a better, easier way of applying the product, as when I was treatin my face, I slipped twice without noticing and applied to the wrong place!
2. They make out it is more of a miracle product than it is, in my opinion of coarse. It didn't work as quickly and as bam bam bam as I thought from reading the website, but they are right in saying the speed varies massively from place to place on the body. On my face, it took 5 days from application before the freckle peeled off, whereas on my leg, it took 12 days...

Also Quite a few of my larger freckles required 2 applications, but I expected that!

For what it does, its well worth the money, but for what you see when you open the box you feel majorly ripped off, but don't let it put you off!
I have recieved no scarring, blistering or scabbing from this product. (Yet anyway!)

Hope I may have helped someone! :)

asdf3,

Thank you for your sincere comments. We warn all our customers that 2% will take months to heal. This is why we have all our customers test the product on their hip first. However, some people panic and when they don't heal in a month they post here that they have been scared for life. Of course then do not repost when the heal so readers are left with impression that our product doesn't work...this is not true.

I would agree, you DO NOT SCAR, yes in the begining you think you will never heal.
I would look at my treated areas and panic a bit, because they would stay red for sooooo long.

Hello Deb,

About 10 % of our customers take longer than two weeks to heal. They have sensitive skin types. Rest assured nothing you do to your skin with our product is ever permanent. You will heal.

All i can say is dont ever email asking questions, your better to go and read reviews of how others have gone with the treatment then emailing blemish free and getting a very rude response. I definitley wouldnt bother next time.

To Charlene. Hello,
I recently ordered your product, and the site said my card went through, but I never received the confirmation email or any info regarding my purchase. Then, earlier I received an email from you saying that I had charged back my purchase. I never charged it back or anything. I checked with my bank, and it has a withdrawal to klickandPay for the $109 kit I ordered. It does not say anything about a chargeback. Also, when I try to email you with my gmail account, it can't ever send the message through to you. Please help as I do not wish to be put on the no reorder list.
Thank you

This is to Charlene.
I recently purchased your product online and my card went through and everything, but I never revieved a confirmation email or anything. Then about a week later, you sent me an email saying i had charged back the purchase when I never did. My bank charged me for it and you said i would be put on the no reorder list. I would just like to receive the product I ordered and some information.

Actually Charlene i did email with alot of questions regarding the treatment and recieved rude comments from you such as "its not that hard" and "how can you not understand". Also i never once got my question answered regarding whether the treatment starts after it stings and what if it doesnt sting. To find the answers to this i went on the website and other websites with peoples experiences to figure it out.

However, apart from that i have been really happy with the product. Considering the price, its the best product i have used yet. Out of the 22 ages spots i treated a week ago, 12 are still quite pink and fingers crossed they will be disappearing soon! The other 10 were abit darker and quite pink the day after i had treated them but after one day they had gone back to looking like they did at the start.

I treated each age spot at intervals of 2 seconds for 10 seconds when it stung, then at 2 second intervals for 5seconds after that. I feel that this treatment may not have been long enough for the 10 freckles that have shown no change and will be purchasing another bottle to retreat these for a 20second treatment rather than 15 as although the website says treatments are around 10 seconds i do not think that is enough for me.

But if the 12 freckles that are pink start fading soon then killing 12 freckles out of 22 im pretty happy with, better results than anything else i have tried. So again i am very happy with this product and will be purchasing another bottle hoping to remove another 10 freckles.
Good luck to everyone else!

also i encourage you to purchase more than one bottle as i used a whole bottle and only 10 look to be fading so if you are wanting to move 20 or more your probably best to order two bottles as you may need to re treat. great product though!

I am reading all the comments thinking if this really works.
I have made this freezing treatment with a doctor in Btazil and it worked for me, having in account that I knew what it was being applied to my skin and after tons on sunblock and not exposure to the sun at all (long sleeves for at least two months) the moles disappeared and a natural color skin appeared.
The ones with thicker skin got much lighter and even the ones that had dark hair, the hair got lighter.
I believe it is burning by freezing and then there must be a 'natural' healing that brings out new 'normal' skin (unless you are the 2% case stated here - I dn't have a clue!)
My most important question is: who is this person who aswers the messages representing the company - Charlene? Is she at least a nurse? Is it a real name? A doctor? A sales rep with some knowledge in the area?
And what is in the can? That's the scariest part I guess.
I was considering buying it since I cannot go abroad for awhile, but I am very scared by the lack of a reasonable answer to these two questions above... if someone knows the answers for that, would mind posting for all of us, please?
Thanks a bunch,
Good luck to you all

FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO HEAL SCARS:
my best advice is that you research
ITS ABOUT WHAT YOU PUT INTO YOUR BODY:
omega 3s (avocados)
vitamin A, anti oxidants
water
HOW YOU TREAT YOUR SKIN:
gets lots of sleep
dont smoke, sunbathe
exfoliate and excercise, keeping the blood circulating to the skin
WHAT YOU PUT ON YOUR SKIN:
pure fresh aloe vera
collidial silver? heard it from another commenter
extraxc of onion(active ingredient in mederma)
I wouldnt use bio-oil or mederma, there are useless byproducts in their product and theres research that vitamin E can ruin your scar when applied topically

I have just ordered the kit and want to express my thanks to the above information. Of course I will be disappointed if it takes 33 days for my order to arrive but look forward to positive results when I use the product. I sincerely hope that Blemish Free LTD. has improved their communication in customer service and the shipment is expedited in a timely manner. I will be happy to report on both matters. With the economical times we are in, companies with good products should value customers comments and improve where they can. I look forward to a positive experience with Blemish Free LTD.
Thank you in advance for a speedy delivery.

Ohhh! I'm going to the bank tomorrow and will probably purchase this product after I deposit my check. I wish I would have heard about this item five years ago! I've got some skin moles on my legs that drive me crazy and I would be happy to get rid of them. I also have a few on my face, but I'm worried about it turning red because I only have two days off work and work in a restaurant and don't want to gross anyone out, y'know? (One freckle is right around the right nostril of my nose) So, I'll see how it works on my legs first. Hmm, my arms have quite a few skin moles, too (but they don't bother me like the ones on my legs do). Luckily, I happen to have a couple right around the hip area so the test should be easy. I think I'll even take pictures and maybe post since there seems to be quite a bit of confusion concerning the product. I hope it does work! Maybe I won't feel self-conscious in shorts or a swimming suit anymore. I was looking into the dermatology products when I came across the Blemish Free website and it seems like I might could get more out of it.

I just have a quick question - I am about to order this product and have been reading up on it for the past two days...Then I came here - Everyone seems to be talking about "2nd degree burns" Now while I understand that some people are concerned about the "burn", what I am curious about is does this hurt at all? After reading some of these posts I'm almost afraid to do it...A second degree burn's gotta hurt! and big blisters? Oh boy - getting very nervous! I am VERY fair skinned and I was hoping to use this for a few small moles and MANY freckles (shoulders and arms) but not if I'm gonna walk around in pain with burns and blisters for a few months...Someone please let me know what it feels like ? Is it any good for very fair (and sensitive) skin? HELP! :)

Hi to Charlene,
I am waiting for my product to arrive, placed my order on the 6th of November and my money has been taken out so I just want to check on the progress of my order as it's been 16 days. I sent two e-mails to blemishfree@hushmail.com and they both bounced, it says your mailbox may be full. I have sent you a private message on here too so please could you let me know if you got it. Thanks very much.

Good Afternoon Charlene,
I returned from my trip today eager to test Blemish Free and I believe I can safely say that the product was not sent. Per our email conversation which involved William (he stated in a email on the November 8, 2010 that he put a priority on my order) I was to recieve the order before I went or while I was away. It has been 23 days, 33 days are fast approaching and I for one am frustrated that the money is out of my account and I have no product. I'm sure you will feel the need to remind me about the distribution center relocating but as I do not have a vested interest in the companies growth, I don't care. I would just like the product or a refund so I can search elsewhere.
I realize you (Charlene) are not to blame, but this is ridiculous. I bought two kits one for myself and another for a friend as she was excited to test the product as well. I do appreciate the communication but would just like the product. Please let me know what the plan is or the date of the delivery.

kereq,
This is how freeze therapy works. Let say you want to remove a freckle. You freeze the freckle cell. Then your body casts off the dead freckle cells and replaces them with new skin cells. With our product you only treat the epidermis and it is not painful.

acm_ky and siouxie,
Please write to me at blemishfree@hushmail.com and I will investigate your orders. I don't know who you are so I can't help you now.

People with fair skin trying to remove freckles DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. I did and it has scarred my ### (yes where I decided to test it, it now has an ugly brown mark and the freckle wasn't even removed) and my knee which also had the same outcome. It has not healed and it has been over 3 months now, also they won't give me a refund as they say it will heal and they guarantee refunds for those for whom it hasn't worked and IT HASN'T WORKED. I even sent them pictures which are embarrassing enough. If anyone wants I will post them up here, just to show people what it does to you. Here the one on my ### and on my knee:
It seems pretty funny but it's actually not, and not I'm too embarrassed to let my boyfriend look at my ### again which he is pissed off about. The only thing I could do is try and get it tattooed over, which will be yet again, humiliating! I'm even contemplating buying a tattoo gun myself to let my boyfriend do it. There is no way I could use this on my face, I'm lucky I didn't. I wish I had just left it alone I would have prefferred a bloody freckle/ mole than these scars, at least it's normal. This has ruined my confidence even more. And I tried reapplying to get rid of the scars, but it only makes them worse.

There are about 3% of all customers who have a rare skin type where their treatment turns brown. This is why we have all our customers test our product on their hip first. If they have the rare skin type we tell them how to remove the brown spot and refund their money.
I have not received an email from you at blemishfree@hushmail.com. It sounds like you are our competitors trying to increase their business by tarnishing our excellent product.

There are some customers with very sensitive skin that take much longer to heal than normal customers. This is you. We do not know the skin type of our customers when we ship our kit. Your treatment is incorrect. Your treatment is much larger than any focus tube we have. This means you splashed the product onto your skin. We tell all our customers that this will take much longer to heal than a normal treatment.
However, please know that this will heal in time. Had you properly treated your blemish you would not have this problem.
Nothing you do to your skin with our product is EVER permanent. Unlike liquid nitrogen we only treat the epidermis. The epidermis always heals. Healing time depends on many factors. 97% of our customers heal in two weeks or less.
