A month has gone by since I ordered this, and since my payment was charged -- but still no product. WORSE, though, is that there is no number to call to get an answer about it, and the 'customer service' email they give you is useless because nobody ever responds. I've emailed them twice and it is as if my notes have gone into a black hole...

Guess what its been 32 days now and im still waiting on my kit because they got my address wrong and then blamed me for the error. I didn't think id be careless enough to get the address wrong so i checked my klik and pay account which confirmed that my address was indeed correct and now i have to wait even longer because they are idiots. poor business practise if you ask me im not a bit impressed!

Blemish Free is the greatest advancement in home skin care this century. Doctors use liquid nitrogen we have invented a specially formulate free spray that is just as effective that safer and easier to use. Go with what you already know works!

Justin Holman..Please try our product on your hip first. You will see the treated area will heal and blend perfectly with the surrounding tissue.

Davii...Yahoo and Google and Klik and Pay track the companies they partner with. Believe me if a company product did not perform and the customers were not happy they would drop that company. We have been with them for nearly three years now.

At least three people on this board have tried our product and reported it has removed their blemishes and has not left a scar.

Anyone can write to me anytime if you have questions.

Charlene

Just slowly slowly fading, I've seen some improvement, but am not completely satisfide until the skin tone match. It's weird the redness shows up more when it's darker in the room and it just looks like a pale brown in bright lights, almost skin colour but not good enough. I couldn't imagine having redness on my face for as long as it's been if I were to treat my face. Also I ordered 3 tubes of mederma since they don't sell it in Canada, plus I've heard some really good things about aloe vera plants, for healing burns, look into that. I'm applying vit E every day too, it might be helping.

Justin,

I used mine 13 days ago, and i used it on a couple of flat moles on the top of my leg and hip. Their is still some pinkness but I would say the moles are about half as visible as first appliaction. I was very conservative with my application only applying a max of six seconds because i like yourself was worried about using it. A day or so after applying it went red and stayed like that far about a week so i was thinking oh it hasn't worked and now it's red too. After about day seven i noticed a very slight scabbing over the area on two of the moles. After about another three days the scabbling had fallen off of it's own accord and the mole was alot fainter, (more like a freckle). The red seems to be a slight pink colour now. I have now reapplied to the third mole which wasn't affected (i was probably too conservative with that one) and also applied to a slightly more raised mole on my chest just two days ago. This time I left the product on for longer (more like 8 seconds) because i felt more confident. I'm waiting for the pink to go entirely before applying a second time to the two moles with results.

Just use the product on your hip or leg with the focus tube and be very conservative and let your confidence grow with experience of how it works with your body. As long as you don't dive in it surly can't cause any harm. Use a focus tube that is very similar size to your mole and then you wont get hardly any red around it and put vasaline around it too. It really does seem to be working for me so it's definately one of those things you have to try before you know.

As far as i can see as long as you apply really carfully the worst that can happen is that your mole isn't removed and you try something else. Mine haven't totally removed but they are alot better than when i started, just don't over do it until your sure. If it's worrying you just do 3 seconds wait until it's perfectly normal again then do say 5 seconds etc etc. Don't start on your face! Build up to that if you need to!

I'm going to keep posting every few days so people can gain from my experience so if you are still worried wait a while and i'll let you know if the pink goes totally for me and how the newly treated one works out. I haven't even got pink aound those ones so far because i used a focus tube which matched their size really well.

Good Luck Mate

Hi Jenni,

I haven't used on any freckles yet but i would like to. Did you use a focus tube removing them one by one or did you spray directly over a patch of them! Also did it take a few applications or did they go in one application because so far I have only managed to remove the top layer of skin and faded the belmish?

Hi M4rk2

I sprayed directly onto my skin with out the focus tube all over my arms. I did "2 frost ups" which means spray it directly on wait for the frost to go and spray it on again! I wouldnt spray it for 6 seconds which is the recomended time for freckles just wait for the sting and for it to go white and the repeat when the white disappears! I recommend you put vaseline or neosporin straight onto it after you finish the application because i did blister up pretty bad but the freckles are literally just flaking off at the moment! Hope this helped if you have any other questions dont hesitate to mail me!

I read the complaints sight before sending off for the kit just in case, but I had to smile at some of the hysteria. As I have had stuff frozen off by a doctor I knew this treatment worked, and as soon as I read the the squeals of fear I KNEW this stuff would work as everything people were worried about is what I had happen after treatment at a clinic. I received the kit in only a week and straight away began using it, {thinking all the while of the massive quote I'd been given by a beauty clinic, £40 for one large age spot on my forehead. and with at least 15 to move I just couldn't afford it, hence delight at finding the Blemish Free sight . I disagree that it doesn't hurt, I found it quite uncomfortable for a couple of hours but just keep on thinking of how much money you are saving, that always helps ! I'm waiting now for the healing time to pass to see how well it's gone but I think it will be fine. I'll let you know in a week or so.Some people had a pop at the web sight of Blemish Free, I thought it was alright but the instructions really could have been better. I mean it's not an every day beauty regime you are following, it can be a bit scarry doing it yourself.Maybe a video on-line would be a huge help.Oh by the way I reckon I've saved £600 so far. Regards Rena

Pffft sorry to say, not really, I'll be lucky if they're gone in a year or two. Sorry, I hate to be bearer of bad news. My Mederma just arrived today, I just applied it, it smells cool, but that's all I can say for now. I'm also looking into copper peptides and Bio-T for moles, I've heard some good stuff about them, copper peptides and supercop is a long hall though. At 1st I thought Bio-t was just like Dermatend which is totally evil stuff, but there doesn't need to be and scratching of the mole, which makes me feel more comfortable about it. With products like that along with my Mederma, somethings got to give here. Also I'm thinking about chopping my arm off and growing it back with pixie dust... pretty cool.

READ THIS---->

Ok...I have to post there. This product works. It is NOT compressed air - it's akin to the "dry ice" your doctor uses to remove moles. HOWEVER< i have some issues with their application system. I've removed successfully like, 15 moles with this stuff - BUT I've wreaked havok with my skin a bit. I also got similar burns like the guy with second degree burns, due to the stuff "leaking" out of the focus tube".

READ THIS ----> USE A Q-TIP! Why this company doesn't improve their application system is beyond me, but

I'm actually ordering more and using my q-tip system to try again. What you do is shove some cotton in the focus tibe while it's on the red tube...move it up a little and just spray bursts of the stuff in the can cover and quickly dip a q-tip in and then press onto your mole. So much easier and easy to control.

I think the stuff's a *bit* expensive and I'd like to see it come down.
Oh, and I live in Canada...the product took more than products from the States usually take to get here...like, a week and a half - but it arrived.
Please take note "Blemish-free"...you should expidite shipping and get it here within a reasonable time...people are used to a few days (yes, even internationally), *especially* when they're paying a hundred bucks.

This product works, but has some issues with customer service, obviously, to work out!

AS in Canada. Thank you for kind comments about our product. You will not be able to use a q-tip with our product because the q-tip heats the product up rendering is ineffective.
As far as the shipping is concerned, we ship all kits within two days of receiving the order. Normal delivery is 3-5 days. We always ship airmail. However some kits are diverted for inspection and held up in customs because of the terrorist threat. While we try to get the kits to our customs as fast as possible we have no control over the post office or customs.

I'm thinking about buying the product. I guess it just works for some people, and doesn't for others, you just have to take a chance.

It is verrrrrrrrrry expensive though, so I'm going to think about it, but I think if you want more people, Charlene, lower the price and pay someone to give your webiste a make-over .. lol .. sorry xD

I just finished, spraying the end of a q tip and applying it to another small mole. It stung just a little so it was still very cold and is a little pink around it, I'm sure that won't scar but who knows with my skin. The problem is though that I doubt it will do much, I can't see this scabbing or blistering and flaking away. So my question is to AS. How long did you leave the edge of the q tip on your skin lesion? Also has anyone else tried this method of applying this product. It's much easier to control and prevent scarring. Just wondering if others have had success like AS. Thanks.

What do you know. After writing that I pulled back my sleeve and very small blister has formed. This looks good because it is about 30 times smaller than the massive blisters I got when I first applied blemish free the stupid way and it is still encircling the mole so I'm feeling pretty optimistic about this. When the blister is gone and hopefully the mole along with it I am planning on using aloe vera on what will be a much smaller red circle. I've heard Aloe Vera can do wonders for scars, especially burns when applied soon after. I'll keep you all posted.

People with the burns... try Shu Farvian cream from Japan. It's the Japanese, they know real lots I think. I'll probably order it. If it doesn't work I'll get hydroxy acids and copper peptides. By the way my mole has not fallen off yet. It hasn't scabbed it's just red around it. I'll wait it out and do another q-tip treatment if nothing happens in the next week.

So far I have only got it to lighten the flat moles I treated but i have now used it on some freckes without the focus tube and they just pealed right off. The area is still red and scabbed at the moment but I do feel like it's going to heal just fine!

My q tip treatment did work. The mole had a red circle around it for about a week and today the skin was finally dead enough that it along with the mole peeled away when I gave it a rub. There is now a much smaller red circle then when I just sprayed my arm, about ten time smaller. Charlene I don't know why this isn't the recommended method of applying the product, as far as I'm concerned the focus tube is way too hard to be exact with. Now for some possible concerns, as always I am worried about the redness, and since this is a much smaller wound than the others will it fade and heal quicker? I also would like to know if anyone has experienced grow backs, because I can swear I see some brownness amidst the redness, I hope it is just remnants of the scab or little blister and will go away, but with the ones I treated two months ago, I swear these little small dots are popping up, especially where the moles were and I think there is some brownness. I figure that it maybe the mederma is irritating the skin a little but I hate to see anything brown on my fair skin. So has anyone else experienced grow backs? Today I am going to try and call this Japanese company, Shu Farvian or whatever and order their cream which is meant for redness or pigmentation from burns. Peace and good luck everyone.

Hello Louis,

If the redness from the treatment is small then it will take less time to heal. You are the first person to report success with a Q-tip. I am glad it worked for you. No one has experience any blemishes coming back. Once they are removed it is permanent. However, you can get new freckles or age spots by going in the sun. That's why you want to wear sun block.

m4rk2,
just let the treated area heal and you will see the treatment blend with the surrounding skin.

Burns, the redness caused by the treatment looks like a burn. Its really frozen skin cells. You may put any cream or ointment on to aide in healing.

Louis,

The treated are will heal with no scar. Some customer heal in ten days while others may take a month. It all depends on your skin type and how fast you heal.

I am sorry to be brutally honest Charlene but I am scarred from my first treatment, unless this kind of thing takes years to heal and blend in with my skin. I don't want to ### up your business but at the same time, I'm pretty upset with the outcome of my first treatments. I hope the q tip method leave no or little scar, whether it does or not, it should be the recommended method of application, forget the focus tube. You will make much better business telling people to use a q tip i believe, because if it scars at least it will be a small one. I would much rather have a small scar which is what might be the outcome using the q tip than a big mole, but mine are all very small so I don't know what's better, I can sure tell you that I would take my moles back anyday to get rid of the red blotchy scars I got from using the focus tube.

Anyways take it easy.
