I was charged after 1 year of the GYM closed without my permission
The PANDEMIC stopped me from using the GYM and I haven't been to the GYM since.
I do not have $80. a will not pay something that was was stopped then started without using the membership.
I used your GYM alot in the pass and enjoy the environment so look into what wrongs has been done charging me for PANDEMIC time not using the GYM and will continue.

I signed a membership with blink fitness, to relieve stress and to enhance my health and wellness. This gym is More of a tyranny, than a actual gym. The worst gym I ever attended. I am waiting to cancel my membership there. Employee's, walking around telling members put they mask on, if they lower it. This is not a gym interested in the people health.

Covid procedures
20 percent of gym users at Myrtle Svenue location in Ridgewood Queens consistently do not wear masks properly. Half wearing a mask is not the cdc recommended safety procedure. It is the same people on a daily basis and the gym environment is not safe because of it. I have complained in person to the staff on several occasions.

I wanted to let people know that even if you are social distanced at this Blink location, and are lifting very heavy weights, if you lower your mask at all, you will lose your membership.
I was told my membership was terminated as I was struggling to breathe lifting 300lbs weights. I was way more than the required 6 feet from others. Other gyms allow you to lower your mask with social distancing, so I would not recommend Blink in Beverly MA at all.

The short Asian lady representative at the blink fitness location#686 located 1490 Macombs road Bronx my 10452, was extremely rude on 12/29/2020 at 9:30am and unprofessional I told her that there was vomit in the garbage next to the torso twist machine she replied that isn't my job in a very rude and aggressive way I stated it's a pandemic going on and some one should remove the garbage so that nobody gets sick she glared at me and then walked away

Since August 2020, I have made several requests to cancel my membership both online and in person at blink noho.
To date, no one has contacted me to resolve this issue and cancel my account.
I've repeatedly asked for blink noho to cancel my membership immediately as previously requested and contact me to confirm cancelation, however no one returns my calls or emails. The phone number to the gym goes to voicemail and no one ever gets back to me.

Not enforcing full nose-mouth mask regulation. Large minority 30-40%
of members allowed to train with open nose, mouth exposed, worse with drinking bottle use. Management and staff acknowledge problem but will not approach members to enforce state requirement. Problem brought to three employees and manager. Cancelling, reporting, and going elsewhere.
Honestly who trains with a covered face unless they're intentionally breath training?!? Literally makes absolutely no sense to have your air ways covered when you're over exerting your body. The gym's population is already at a minimum. Every other machine is locked due to social distancing but we're being watched and harassed to cover our faces with a mask!?! While I'm sweating and needing to breath!?! Someone make it make sense! If you're so scared go somewhere else and let ppl train, sweat, and drink their water in peace! I have been trying to obtain a list of charges from Jan. 01 through Dec. for my wife and I, so I can get reimbursed by my company for the membership. I've been trying for about a month. I talked to a customer service supervisor and was told that he would get it sent within a couple of day and would call me to let me know when it is sent. Never happened! I called customer service again and was told that it had been escalated to corporate. Still received nothing. Called again and was told that it had been sent but I received nothing. I was told it would be escalated to corporate again so I asked for a phone number so I could talk to someone at corporate. I was told that there was not one. My deadline for reimbursement is about up and blink does not seem to be able to handle simple tasks that should be common. If my wife and I could get out of our contract, we would! It ends next year and we will be letting everybody we know not to even consider Blink

hi, this is my second complaint. the first one was not resolved. my account was switched from manhattan NY to valley stream NY but the employee failed to do the correct transfer (in december 2018)which needed to have me sign papers which did not happen. In May 2019 my account was officially tranffered and payment were lowered. I spoke to Christian the Valley Stream NY manager and he said he would take care of it an dup until now it has not been done and he is dodging my calls. I simply want my money back for the difference in the months that i was overcharged for Manhattan prices in Valley stream. please help me get to the bottom of this. I canceled my membership in December 2018 by going my shelf at the gym.
That time I got the reply that my membership will be canceled in next 45 days and I have been char for those days I agreed for that condition at that time.
So its suppose to cancel in February 2019 but unfortunately that irresponsible staff has never canceled my membership and also I was getting charged from March 2019 to till this date.
And now I have been charged by 52$ and I asked to them that I already canceled then that irresponsible staff is saying I never canceled the membership. Because of the irresponsible staff Why should I paid for no reason. I am asking for the refund and take the right steps.

cancellation - not really cancelled
On April 24 (approx), I went into the blink gym on Roosevelt Avenue and cancelled my membership as well as my fiancé's. The women I spoke with stated she cancelled the memberships, I would receive an email. I never did. While I was there, I also asked to speak to a manager named Erica, she was not on shift. I started to receive calls regarding payment. I then went back 4 times to speak with a manager and was told no managers are on duty, I left my name and number and still never got a call. Finally I went back 3 months later and left another message and got a call back finally. I explained the situation to the manager and he stated he would speak with corporate and I would get a call back from him. He happen to then go on vacation. I then spoke with the asst. manager and left a message with her to have her boss update me of what was going on. I received a call today 8/6/2018 from member services and the man was rude, unprofessional and not wanting to hear anything I had to say. If employees can not do the jobs they are hired to do - why are they working? Better yet why are they in a customer service position and think it is okay to talk rude and over speak a client. I have requested someone from corporate office call me. Blink also does not have a telephone number only email. The number listed tells you the only contact to blink is via email.

Cancelled my membership in late June and still receiving late notices resulting from the account not being cancelled as stated at the face to face visit in June. A call to the help desk assured me it was simply Blink's billing error and all charges had been received and paid. Received a second notice, with an increase in the amount owed. Called help desk again and the verified that the account had not been closed by the central billing department, even though I personally cancelled on June 29th, and was now being billed for August. Can not recommend this organization to anyone as they simply are not straight business people. Looks like this will turn into a legal matter and the courts.
