I emailed on 6/3 to cancel my membership, but I never got a response. I emailed again, but still no reply. I checked my statements and they charged me for this month once again. I tried finding a phone number, but all I found was a number that needs extensions to talk to someone.
I got a VIP account at Blue Iguana Car Wash
I got a VIP account at Blue Iguana Car Wash. I signed up online and everything. I tried to cancel it by filling out a form online, but they keep taking $20 from my account every month. I can't find a local number for the Springfield location. I tried calling the 800 number and leaving a message, but they still keep deducting the money.

I joined Blue Iguana Car Wash and quickly realized I didn't need unlimited car washes
I joined Blue Iguana Car Wash and quickly realized I didn't need unlimited car washes. So, I decided to cancel my membership in August . Initially, they told me it would cost $14.99 per month, but it turned out to be $19.99. To my surprise, they have been deducting $19.99 from my account since August. They claimed that the person who said they canceled my membership actually didn't.
I went threw they're car wash and they're system damaged my car
I went threw they're car wash and they're system damaged my car. They told me not to do anything with it until they contacted me. They didn't so I called them. When someone finally called me he said he had been the manager for 6 years, and I know that place has only been there a year. He of course came up with some kind of crazy story about hows it isn't they're fault and that there was something wrong with my car.
I had my vehicle damaged twice at Blue Iguana Car Wash
I had my vehicle damaged twice at Blue Iguana Car Wash. It happened both times, and I tried honking my horn to get the attendants' attention, but it was too late. They blamed the car in front of me for not following the guidelines. I had to file insurance claims with two different companies and drivers, and both conducted investigations. They concluded that Blue Iguana was responsible for the damages. The manager avoids speaking to me and seems uninterested when I go through the wash, giving me the runaround. My car's front end has about $5k worth of damage because Blue Iguana didn't realize that the car in front of me wasn't leaving the wash, causing my car to collide with theirs multiple times.
My old car got messed up by two brushes at Blue Iguana Car Wash on ***
My old car got messed up by two brushes at Blue Iguana Car Wash on ***. Those brushes were all wrong for a regular car like mine, and now I want them to replace the broken parts. I've been waiting for a call from them for 3 weeks, but they've been ignoring me. They keep saying the "Site Manager" is busy, but I was promised twice by other managers that the "Site Manager" would call me back the next day. That never happened. The first brush tore off my wiper on the driver's side, and it broke an important plastic part. The second brush ripped off the aluminum trim from the driver's rear wheel well. I need the business to call me right away before I get my lawyer involved to handle the damage claim.
I went to Blue Iguana Car Wash on 5/31 and their drive thru wash accidentally pulled off the side paneling of my SUV
I went to Blue Iguana Car Wash on 5/31 and their drive thru wash accidentally pulled off the side paneling of my SUV. I reported the incident right away and was told that they would contact me within 72 hours. Unfortunately, nobody called me. After waiting for 4 days, I finally managed to speak with a real person named ***. She promised to look into my claim and call me back. When she did call back, she informed me that my claim was denied because it seemed like there was already a dent on my car, and since I only paid $5 for the wash, it couldn't have caused that kind of damage. I tried explaining to her that their attendant retrieved my paneling after another car (which came after mine) ran over it, but she simply said that sometimes these things happen. She suggested that I call their 1-800 number and wait for someone else to get back to me. So now I'm stuck with a costly repair that I can't afford for a problem that I didn't cause. It's absolutely ridiculous!
I went to the Blue Iguana Car Wash on October 13th
I went to the Blue Iguana Car Wash on October 13th. When I got home, I noticed a small spot on my windshield that I thought might be a hair. The next day, I woke up to find two spider-like lines and realized my windshield had cracked. I contacted them right away. My wife took the vehicle there and they investigated, but they said their brushes couldn't have caused the crack. They claimed the cold weather made it worse. I disagree because I know our windshield was fine before. Something inside their brush must have caused the crack, and I believe it's their responsibility to replace it. I won't use this car wash again, and I don't recommend it to anyone. It also damaged the paint on my vehicle, specifically on ***. I drive in ***.
I bought a $29.99 monthly club wash from Blue Iguana Car Wash
I bought a $29.99 monthly club wash from Blue Iguana Car Wash. Went a few times in the first month, no problems. But one day, the gate wouldn't open. The attendant said my RF tag wasn't registered. They checked my account and gave me a new tag. Next time I went (first wash of the second month), the gate wouldn't open again. The attendant lied and said my card was declined for that month's charge. I checked my bank transactions and saw that the charge went through and $29.99 was deducted by Blue Iguana. When I confronted him, he said he would fix it and let me through. But on my very next visit, the gate wouldn't open again. I honked to get the attendant's attention, but all he did was give me a "one second" finger as he kept sending cars through. After about 15 cars passed by me at the gate, I saw a chance to back out since there was no one directly behind me. Once I backed out, I noticed another attendant wandering around the vacuum area. I was really frustrated by this point. I pulled up to him and explained that this was a recurring issue and I wanted to cancel and get a refund for the whole month. He went inside, and I waited for 10 minutes. Still inside. I was getting angrier. I left because I was losing money for every minute I sat there. About 20 minutes later, I got a call from the "site manager". I told him about the three instances with issues and demanded a refund for the month. I also said I would take my business elsewhere. He said he couldn't issue a refund because my card was declined. I told him that the deduction showed up in my account. He asked for my bank statement with all my information. That's when I realized it was a scam. This company was trying to steal my identity. I asked for the corporate phone number. He gave me a number. I called it, but it rang once and hung up.
On Wed, 3/2/22, I bought the $20 wash at Blue Iguana on E Sunshine
On Wed., 3/2/22, I bought the $20 wash at Blue Iguana on E Sunshine. About halfway through the car wash, the SUV in front of me went off the tracks and got stuck. Blue Iguana didn't shut down the car wash and it forced my car into that SUV. The car wash then pushed the car behind me into my back bumper. Blue Iguana told the SUV driver to back up and get back on track, but she backed into me instead. Finally, when we got out of the car wash, the SUV driver and I waited outside for about an hour while the employee took our information and made an incident report. Blue Iguana didn't ask for or provide any insurance information. A manager called me on Sat., 3/5/22, and said they found that the SUV in front was to blame. He also told me to contact the driver, get her insurance info, and file a claim with her insurance company. However, they never gave me her information. That's not acceptable to me. Legally, the car wash is partly responsible because of their employees' negligence and the car wash itself. Based on the facts, I'm 100% sure I'm not at fault. But now, I have to deal with the aftermath. When the manager called, I asked for copies of all the documentation they had about the incident and the other driver's contact information. He said he would email it to me, but he never did. I called on 3/7/22 and 3/8/22 and left several messages (one with a person and two on a "corporate" voicemail). No one ever called me back. It's worth mentioning that I also asked for a refund. The manager said, "Sure, we'll give you a refund." But sadly, no refund was given. In summary, they concluded that the other driver was at fault and I should file a claim with her insurance. However, they didn't even give me her information. On 3/9/22, I sent a demand letter through their registered agent, but they never responded.
