I did have a prepaid contract with blue label connect where the deduct a amount of money for a prescribed amount of airtime/data.
my sim card stop working at the end of September 2023 and the sim card was deactivated from the 1 august 2023 sins the the where deducting money on 26 August 2023, 26 September 2023, 26 October 2023
I was already at the beginning October 2023 in discussion with blue label connect about the extra deductions and the correspond with them via email and cellphone requesting the repayment of the extra deductions .
I have been give at least 4 deferent time frames (7days,48-72hours, 10-15 days etc...) by various call Centre agents i was phoned in the beginning of November by the company stating that if i was okay with being put on the list for last week for repayments to which i stated please do.
today 7 November 2023 i phoned to enquire was was the hold up only to be told that i must sent bank statements again and the will look into it.
I am really disappointed in the company as it seems they are giving me deferent answers by deferent consultants and not resolving the problem and repaying me the unlawful deductions.
please can you assist in resolving the problem.
