The website was easy to navigate. The pop up that flashed every 2 seconds telling me what other people ordered was quite annoying. It keeps popping up over this message I type
The tip option on the payment screen is insulting to your customers. Tips are reserved for SERVICE transactions, not online retail stores, but I see that this company tries to gorge as much money out of its customers as possible. I have been a longstanding customer but I see that prices have skyrocketed and then they persuade you to GIVE more of your money to tip an online purchase! Wow!

I always shop BodyCandy for my jewelry. Almost my entire face is pierced and they have very cool and quality products. Not long ago I had and an issue with a product (1st time in 15 years or more of doing business with them) and they went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I've never had any company work so hard to make sure I was happy at the end of the day and they really communicated with me. Very unusual these days. It's awesome knowing you can buy, worry free. They got your back. But the the products are so good... There's really no need to worry anyway!

It was quick easy and alot of options didnt have nesscarly what I was looking for but I found several other really great options I can not wait to try some of these pieces! I have only chenged my jewlery ONCE.! I got the hoop from amazon and Ive had a pretty big reaction from it like piercing has not had a problem untill I put in the jewlery from amazon now its completely sore and throbbing to the touch! Like the type of pain that makes your eyes water and catches your breath! Hopefully the jewlery I get from here is good quality and will help clear up what ever is going on from the newlery from amazon!

I have been ordering jewelry from Body Candy for a couple of years now. The site is very easy to use and streamlines the shopping and purchasing process which I love. In addition, there's communication via email with the shipping and delivery status.
There was one piece of jewelry that I was disappointed with. I was sent a link from Body Candy to please write a review of the product. I noted I was disappointed with it. Within a couple of days, a member of the staff reached out to me to apologize and offer a credit or replacement. She was really friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted my satisfaction. I selected a replacement for the item and it's great :)

My order didn't move for a while but the support team
My order didn't move for a while but the support team wrote me, before I even had to, to tell me that they were paying close attention to my order since they saw it wasn't moving. Last year I order a pair of barbells for my bestfriend as a part of her christmas gift and I received rose gold instead of gold, I wrote to the support team with a proof of the error and they sent me another pair with express shipping for free! Always had great service with BodyCandy, may seem like a scam since it's so cheap but really it isn't! I also react a lot if my jewelry isn't in real gold/white gold but the quality of their jewelry is so good I never had any problems!
Like I said, the customer service is amazing. They answered really fast and sent me another package right away!

First of all they take forevvver to ship jewelry, and on top of that I paid to have it shipped within a reasonable time frame to no avail. The knee-clincher it that I paid $45+ For a nose ring that fell out of my nose in three days, and this was the initial piercing, so I lost out both ways.. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Goodbye $100👋🏾

I ordered sunglasses from them in October (I was going to take a trip to one south country), but they never arrived and I had to travel without them.
It's almost the end of November and the sunglasses aren't here. Moreover, it turned out they were never dispatched and it makes me think that this company is a rip-off.
By the way, the glasses are in stock, so there's no reason for them not to ship it. big big mystery...

They are sooooooo slow. It takes them 2 weeks to send you a tracking number. It only means that they are slow in shipping your items out.
When I checked where my order was supposed to be, the number was wrong. Called them several times and they finally found a solution: they thought it would be a great idea to give me a new number. Great. Strange you didn't offer it when I called for the first time. It was so obvious and I even asked for it, but they preferred not to listen to me. Oh well. It took them 7 days more. What else slow? Well, the delivery. 3 weeks. I got a wrong order, sent it back willing to replace. 5 weeks more and it's still nothing.
Guys, one simple advice: run away.

This is a terrible website, do not buy from them! When I found www.bodycandy.com it seemed like a great deal so I ordered some stuff and in total paid $50. I ordered something from www.bodycandy.com and needed the stuff as soon as possible so I paid some extra money for over night delivery.
They assured me that I'll get my order on time but it did not show up.
I actually received my order only three days later and it was a complete failure.
I contacted these guys and asked them to refund the money which I paid for the over night delivery and they refused.

They simply ignored me within these days and after they informed me that it was too late to return money. I ordered earnings from the website www.bodycandy.com. I paid through PayPal, and these jerks provided the confirmation info. After 5 days I haven’t received the order. After 10 days these jerks haven’t replied to my emails. I contacted PayPal and asked to help me to return money back. They started to work on my problem. I only wanted to warn other people that the website is real scam, so don’t waste money.
I bought a few septum rings from them and whithin a week the balls literally broke and then the color came off of the other ring . Totally not worth the money their products suck
