I've been a customer for over a year and have ordered multiple times. Not one issue to date and the coffee is always fresh! As their statement of guaranteed freshness suggests... they will never sacrifice quality for speed. I am OK waiting a week or more for delivery if I know I'm getting the fresh, newly roasted stuff. There is no 1-2 day delivery guarantee as others have said.

Everyone is so nice and helpful, especially Melissa who helped me change my order after I placed it, no hassle! The French Toast flavor is my favorite, but it never hurts to alternate and they have some amazing options! Thanks again for completing my morning everyday!
I have had an excellent experience so far with Bones Coffee customer care! Even though their area was devastated by hurricane *** they have managed to keep things running far better than I expected. Due to the hurricane I completely understand why responses may take a little longer than normal. In response to the previous person (R.W) whom left a 1 star comment on 10/9/22! You do realize they just went through a CAT-4 (almost a CAT-5) hurricane right? You could be a lot more understanding!
Best online customer support I have ever recieved. I needed to add an item to my order and *** got the item added and helped remove the shipping charge when the new total for the order qualified for free shipping.
Terrible customer NO service. they have had my money for over 8 days. they refuse to answer any of the emails I've sent them and their on line "chat" for help just goes around in circles in an effort to check on shipping status. I could not recommend them unless you have zero expectations for any kind of customer service
Wonderful service! They communicated during Hurricane *** about delays and then I had an issue with the actual parcel service. When I worked with Zac, he fixed it right away and made sure I was sent fresh coffee. I got the new order right away and it was very good quality! All my emails were responded to right away - very friendly and helpful, will buy from again!

We love all of them! *** Weather was just the warm comfort we needed on a very cold day. Santa *** is incredibly smooth & creamy! Pumpkin King is so tasty! And they all smell amazing!Gramma *** guys

They accidentally sent me the wrong coffee so I reached out for help. *** was able to resolve the situation by shipping the correct coffee for free. This was all completed in the midst of the company being directly hit by the hurricane. You guys are AWESOME!

A friend of mine that sent me a link to your company. The names alone of the coffee are great. I ended up buying Maple Bacon and bluesberry because the blues Brothers happens to be my favorite movie of all time. This has got to be the greatest smelling coffee but also the greatest tasting coffee I have ever had you have earned me as a definite customer thank you all so much for creating a wonderful product.
Melissa was quick to help me and resolved my issue. I love Bones coffee and have been getting it for years. Now, I love the customer service as well. Keep up the great job!
I'm giving this company (and particularly their employee, Melissa, a 5-star review for their wonderful service. My daughter LOVES Bones Coffee and I had planned on surprising her with a selection of her favorite, Peaches and Screams. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding regarding the prep time before shipping required me to request a cancellation of the order since it wouldn't get to my daughter in time for her birthday. Melissa quickly responded to my request and canceled my order. She was courteous and helpful. And, if Melissa represents the work ethic of this company, I will definitely be doing business with Bones Coffee again.

I really love and enjoy this coffee. I have had NONE of the bad experiences listed here. I texted customer service ONCE and heard back in FIVE minutes. The coffee is the freshest ever. I stick with non-flavored but have tried all the non-flavored. I have NOT been disappointed. These negative reviews are a surprise to me. I even give out Bones for gifts and my people love it and continue to buy it. IT'S GOOD!

These folks are great! I'm addicted to the macamaniac and mint invaders flavors. I accidentally put through an order without a discount code and I reached out to cancel so I could reorder. They saved me the time by just proactively refunding the difference saving me a lot of trouble. This is how loyal customers are made! When placing an order they state a 1-2 business day timeframe for your order to ship. I asked for a refund as my order has not shipped and it's a Christmas gift. On their third computer generated email response, it states a much longer timeframe for orders, and still doesn't answer me about the refund I requested, or say anything about when my order will actually ship. It seems the only way to get ahold of a human at Bones Coffee Company is by filing a complaint here.

I cannot say enough about my Bones Coffee. First, the customer service is always so fast. Shipping is quick. Also, the discount codes you can find sometimes on Facebook or in your email as part of the Coffee Club always works for me at check-out. So, I appreciate that the discounts are not just a gimmick. Best of all, the coffee is great. I love the flavors and choices and the sample pack bundles are my favorite. As a bonus, Im also supporting a local, Florida company. Thanks Bones!

I recently purchased 2 hand thrown mugs and a box of High Voltage K-cups. One the mugs had a chip on the glazing on the mug lip. I got on their website chat and explained the problem to Melissa. Our chat was cut-off. I sent an email next, figuring this was going to turn into a hassle. Received email within 24 hours from Melissa apologizing for the chat problem and telling me a replacement mug was already sent out. Certainly can't complain about Bones' customer service, and accolades to Melissa ! Thanks

After seeing enough ads for Bones Coffee Company. I finally grabbed a bag to see what was up. Their flavors are fantastic. and, I took a chance since I noticed flavored coffees "from retail stores at least" have been giving me horrid acid reflux. But these coffees have been fantastic to me. Recently ran into an issue with receiving damaged product and was helped faster than I could have expected. Fantastic customer service with great products makes this company my go to for their flavored coffee and custom mugs.

I placed an order, and when I received it, I was excited to try it...open the PBJ first, doesn't smell like PBJ and the taste as a really strong bitter after taste, as it make me sick on my stomach after I drank it black...gave another chance ,open the Highland Gog this smell little better, but got the same strong bitter taste and same result..got sick on my stomach...I cannot drink this products...I open only 2, not the others, I want to return it and get a full refund...I am really disappointed because I wanted to like it ...

Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service! I placed an order on 02/04, the package said it was shipped and delivered by fed ex but it was not! Instead Fed Ex delivered to me the wrong pack for a person in a totally different state. I contacted Fed Ex they told me that I needed to contact the shipper I have tried to do this through emails and Facebook. I got one response to wait to see if it shows up. I was totally dismissed. I ordered $100 in coffee from them and they just dismissed me. So now I am out the coffee I ordered and my money. Up until this point I have loved their coffee but customer server can make or break your business and sadly I will not recommend them anymore and will take my business to a different company that has a phone number and willing to help when things get messed up.

It's easy to leave a negative review, and so few people take the time to write in when they LOVE a product...so here I am, and I'm gonna tell you how much I LOVE your coffee. My habit began in 2018, when I stumbled across an advertisement for Strawberry Cheesecake coffee. Seriously...who can say no to Strawberry Cheesecake Coffee!? I follow a keto diet and hadn't had any treats in quite a while. So, my stomach did the ordering here...and I quickly filled up my cart with a variety of delicious sounding flavors. My order arrived within a few days, and the first day I brewed Strawberry Cheesecake. IT WAS SO GOOD, that I HAD to try the others. Immediately. So, I brewed and brewed and brewed...I French pressed, I poured over, I dripped - I even made espresso in my moka pot! EVERY SINGLE FLAVOR was pleasant and distinguishable and could easily be amplified by a touch of my favorite sweetener or a splash of cream. Soon, this became a habit, and I couldn't go a single day without Bones! I've now consumed dozens upon dozens of bags and have tried and loved almost every flavor! And the one time I had to reach out to customer service for an issue that was damaged in transit, they were so kind and helpful and prompt - I've never had such a positive customer service experience! Needless to say, Bones has made a "lifer" out of me - I look forward to new flavor releases and consistently fresh, delicious coffee. Thanks, Bones team! You all rock my freaking world.

I have sent several emails and tried to contact on Facebook. The only reply I received said to wait longer and if my package still didn't move to contact them again. Since then I have sent other emails and I get no response. I would just like to get the product that I paid for

No phone number to speak to an actual human. Company does not respond to emails. I am missing a product I paid for! Placed an order on 12/13 for a total of $59.97. Package hasn't been delivered
Package hasn't been delivered. I ordered a sampler package for $30 and paid for upgraded shipping. Since the 14th, the package is in "unknown" delivery status. They asked I wait a week for it to move. It's been two weels since then. I message them and they just say they "haven't heard" from the post office (meaning they've done nothing to locate my package) and that I should file a loat package complaint. It is not my responsibility to ensure delivery, it is the seller's responsibility. I have asked it to be reshipped and nothing. If this isn't resolved soon, I will be forced to file a charge back investigation with my credit card merchant as the seller has not provided promised goods but has instead just taken my money. Customer service is essentially non-existant and they only allow admin approved reviews on their site so you don't know of the true nature of their practices.

I received my order which included 3 different varieties of their coffee pods. I used 4 pods in my Keurig machine and each time the pods broke, filling my cup with coffee grinds and throwing an error on my Keurig machine. This has never happened before with any other coffee pod from other companies. I used one of my regular coffee pods from the company I normally purchase from and it brewed perfectly fine. I then knew that there was an issue with the pods from Bones Coffee. I emailed the company at *** like their website says and have received no response. Bones Coffee does not list a phone number to call. I then went back and read reviews about Bones Coffee and found several other complaints of the exact issue I am having, all of them not receiving responses from the company either. I have an autoship program set for 4 bags which would include shipping
I have an autoship program set for 4 bags which would include shipping. The company split my order into 2 bags each and charged shipping on both. On October 7th I received 2 emails listing confirmation on my order. I noticed these came in 2 orders and was concerned due to the minimum order meeting free shipping. On October 8th I emailed Bones coffee regarding emails regarding my shipping. It appeared my 4 bags were being issued in 2 orders and subsequently 2 shipments (#XXXXXX & #XXXXXX). When processed as 4 bags the order meets the minimum requirement for free shipping, however when processed separately, I was charged $7.99 for each shipment. The same day (10/8) Their support team (EddyLynn) let me know that these came through their system as 2 separate auto-renew programs. I'm not sure how this happened, as they were all set to ship same day, to same address, on the same account. I would assume that this would be listed as a single auto-renew...They also let me know they have "left a message for management to combine and refund the shipping for today's orders." 10/15 I received a confirmation that my orders had been combined into 1 box. I assumed this meant everything was taken care of, however I still hadn't seen a refund come through for the extra shipping. I did receive 1 box with all 4 items - so there's absolutely NO reason that I should be charged for shipping, let alone TWICE. I have followed up on 10/14, 10/22 & 10/26 as no refund has been processed, and I have not had any contact back.
