In December we applied for my medicine but it was declined due to the fact that I am not on a higher plan. And I was told even though I move to a higher plan I was not guaranteed that they would pay the medicine.
My question is what do you do if a customer can not afford a higher plan?
Do you just decline their medicine left right and centre?
This behavior is unethical as I am a customer that pays my medical aid every month and I haven't had a break from a medical in a few years!
I believe that you only take my money every month but you can't deliver a service.
Please see that this is sorted asap as my condition worsens day by day.
