regarding forex order bmf70184
Hi,
I have booked a forex card on 26th October and was told the card will be delivered the next day. Yesterday Apurva Singh emailed me stating due to some reason it could not be delivered yesterday so it'll be surely delivered today. I have not received any thing yet and I have emailed him/her as well but did not get any reply yet. I am highly disappointed right now, stressed out and too much of harrassment to handle. I want to cancel the order and I don't want to deal with you guys anymore. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT COMPENSATION FOR FALSE PROMISES AND EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RECEIVED AND CAUSING STRESS, INCONVENIENCE AND HARRASSMENT.
Attaching the email exchange between Apurva and myself. I called ur team at 7.50 today, was put on hold, the agent came back from hold at 7.57pm and without saying a word disconnected the call at 7.58pm. I called back after sometime and was told the office is now closed. Pathetic nightmare. My 20000 RS. At stake now.

I used bookmyforex to buy CAD and Book my forex confirmed me, talking to its agents and on site info that it has no charges apart from withdrawal from ATM starting 4 transaction. I did some online transaction on SEP 13 2018 and was getting correct balance updates. Suddenly on SEP 20 2018 when I tried to withdraw money it declined and later I got to know they had charged me $100 for that online transaction. the message kept showing the full balance till my transaction got declined.
I have mailed on book my forex ids and tobShivani Rathore, Vivek Kumar, Rakesh Jha and have been trying to get a response and correction but there is no answer.
Team I had very specifically enquired about the charges from bookmyforex teams and had referred to the promotion (copy attached). I was very clearly told that there are no charges apart from the 4th ATM withdrawal. Any and all other transactions on the card are free.
I have been charged for wrong communication from your team. I know such charges are refunded by banks and expect bookmyforex to provide the same service.
Please also mention clearly about these charges in your promotion because these hidden charges are very inconvenient and harrassing.

delay in loading the forex card with booking id fx102959170644 and forex card activation
I am a student going to Northeastern University. So I had transferred around 6 lakh 48 thousand to bookmyforex for loading it into forex card with the booking id FX102959170644 on 11th August. But till date they have not loaded the money into the forex card. I have already dropped them 20 mails asking to confirm if my forex card has been activated and ready to use, But they don't even bother to reply back and spare us with the despair. I hope they are not fraud and load my forex card with money since I need to pay the fees as my semester is about to commence. Please help me out.
They have taken the money from me on 11th August, 2018 and also provided me the forex card on 11th August, 2018. I was promised that the money will be loaded in my forex card anyhow on Monday 13th August. But nope that didn't happen... if they wanted for me to upload the documents, they could have done that before me transferring the cash to them they could have told me that or sent me a mail. And also they don't provide the forex card if you don't upload the documents then why did they give away the card without making me the needful to upload the documents that's where they have gone against there own protocol. And why make false promises that the card will be loaded anyhow on Monday... because of this unprofessional behaviour I was not able to pay my fees on time and incurred a late fees payment dues. And when I am asking them to compensate half way for it .. they want you to suffer for their own mess they have created. These guys don't value the timelines that we need to adhere by... in fact they want to point at us how we were wrong and the best part is they dont even bother to reply back and solve the problem. I am a student and I can't afford the late fees payment and they have only responded once I took Upon this website to raise a complaint against them.

I lost my card in Europe on 1sy day. Book my forex are [censored]ty and ridiculous people. They do not tell you the procedure and instead ask us to call axis bank and block the card. When I asked for reissue of the card both axis bank and book my forex did not help
. I was penniless in Europe and they did not transfer the money until I returned to India. When I asked to to transfer the refund they said it will be done in 5 days but after 15days they come back saying the refund Will be processed only after I come back. None of the staff knows the policy and procedures and they are waste of time. Please don't loose your money and time by taking forex card from them. They are [censored] people

forex card unload
I had purchased a multi currency USD card from BookMyForex, which I raised the request to unload last week on 20th July
I called them many times to confirm if any thing is pending from my side to process the order and I was told nothing is left, it will be processed within 4-5 working days, and now that I called them to confirm why the order is not yet processed after a week, they tell me that the card does not belong to the channel partner who had originally issued the card, so why the hell is this my problem, BMF should have checked it upfront and issued the order to the channel partner who has originally issued the card.
And why the hell was I not told that the order is not being processed, why did I only have to call after the due time expired just to know that my order has not been processed.
While taking order, they will hundreds of time, but when it comes to service, everything is like a [censored].
I had placed the order on 24th (not 20th).

forex card reload
I have given them order for reloading my Forex card since the last 3 days ( 4th July 2018) . I made the NEaft transaction of the required amount the same day .
As per them., It was supposed to happen within 24 hrs. It's been 3 days and still the reload hasn't happen nor is any update .
On calling them, no one is picking up calls not is there any response on the mail. ...
This is the most [censored]tiest service company I have come across .
They have been making useless excuses for not happening the transaction .
Their customer service and the department sucks big time . They make tall claims but nothing happens .
I am in a fix because of them as I have to travel and I haven't have the means to spend in the foreign country .
I would take them to court ( NCDRC) and make them.pay every penny for this harassment and water of my time and money .
I too like to share my bad experience and worst customer service I have had with these useless service providers .
I had ordered my Forex reload card 3 days back. As per their commitment, it should have happened within 24 hrs . But to my surprise their customer care team does not have any idea about their processes and kept on telling me that it would happen .
It's been 3 days that it has not happen and still then they are giving me.silliy excuses and kept on asking for some more time for it to get executed .
Their customer care number sucks big time as one has to wait for eternity to talk to a human voice . They don't understand that a customer would not be just holding the call for so much time for resolving their issues ( learn from Airtel customer care- Wait time)
Special mention to two people who I dealt with Mr Reema & Mr Ajay. Neither do they repsond customer on calls( huge wait time) nor do they revert on mails . To know the update I even tried calling Mr Ajay( as he called me from his mobile), he did not pick nor did he called back .
Worst services by BooKmyforex. Would never ever deal with them in the future and nor would advise anyone to try them...

My order number BMF99999968201. I have paid the amount yesterday before 9.00 am. Till today I have not got credited USD. BMF giving advt that they will deliver within 30 minutes. All false propaganda. I have experienced Three times. Their delay is more than 24 hours.
I have sent documents Three days back. Still delay is occurring. Concerned person Kirti kiraria has also not lifting phone.

I have been cheated by Bookmyforex.com .
They took advance of Rs 12500 on 21 Dec 2017.

They have not returned my advance till date. Before taking advance they had said they will return after 3 days. Shivani Rathore is their sales person who dealt with me.
They are telling me since Dec 17 that the advance has been refunded. Check statement of your credit card. Then she told in Mar that refund by finance deptt has been initiated now. No refund has been recd so far.
Their behavior is very bad. Now she is not responding to e-mails or callls. I do not know what I should do. I am so harassed.
Please help me in getting my refund.

conversion of forex card amount to inr
I loaded 2500 SGD in my Card and spent 2443.47, so the balance is 56.53 SGD.
I requested for the credit of the same in INR in my account and the same was booked at the rate of 49.17 SGD so effectively the rates comes out to be INR 2779.
Mail from Bookmyforex on Apr 10 states my order has been booked and an amount of 2758 INR shall be credited in my account.
Amount received by me in my account is 2735 INR, so where is 44 Rs gone. I have been following up with them since 10th April 2018, but haven't received any response till date.
Thanks for the update, The same response was supposed to be addressed a month ago.
The issue is resolved from my end.

Below is the details of Order done by Mr. Waseem @ BookmyForex along with three free withdrawls but it charged $3 on every withdrawal and also $3 charged by Bank.
This is just not proper service. Even I mailed Receipts to Mr. Waseem on 12th March but no revert from his side as well.

Money I paid in rupees bookmyforex to buy 500 british pounds not credited in my daughters forex card in uk
I purchased 500 British Pounds from them and deposited INR in their account in Axis Bank as directed by them. Now its been 4 or 5 days but my daughter who is a student and alone in UK. She has to travel during Easter Holidays and has no money with her! I am only getting lip service from Bookmyforex as well as Axis Bank. They are simply saying "Sorry", while the fact remains that they are "Using My Money" while my daughter is facing the hardship, in a foreign land! I want to hold both bookmyforex and Axis Bank legally liable for damages for this inordinate delay. How can I do this?

I used www.bookmyforex.com and sent some money via their service to my son which is studying abroad. Money was sent and I received all the necessary confirmations but for some reason my son did not receive anything. Bookmyforex support said that sometimes it takes a bit longer to transfer money and said that it can take up to 7 days. Two weeks already passed and money simply disappeared! Their support said they are working on that and asked me not to worry. Terrible service! I will never use them again!

They simply didn't return my money back
I recently was on vacation and some Dollars left. I decided to transfer these dollars. I sent the $50 to the website www.bookmyforex.com. I was really disappointed in the company, ‘coz they took money and promised to transfer this sum back after couple of hours. I simply didn’t get this money and was really upset with such services and attitude. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
Don't convert through them – they steal
I decided to convert my money to US dollars through the website www.bookmyforex.com. I indicated everything and provided my card number, but after that some crap started to happen. They started to charge me completely for nothing. They didn’t convert my money and I tried to stop them, ‘coz they took too much from me. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these withdrawals. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.

Don’t use the website www.bookmyforex.com, coz they will take money from you and won’t provide anything instead. I tried to exchange my money and sent them about $300 and they took it, and stopped to reply. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money.
