Hi , I am writing w.r.t order number FX394379056535 of CAD currency notes in exchange for INR.
I completed and placed the order on 29th aug 2023 and also fulfilled all documents and requirements which were then confirmed by the agent.
On the call with Mr Rohit Asthana on the sales team I was assured that i will receive the order surely by next day eod ( 30th august)
However halfway through the day on 30 th i had no calls or updates from the “ channel partner” or the BMF team as such. After live chatting with another agent ( after many unsuccessful attempts) he also reaffirmed the same that there are no actionables from my end and the order would be Completed before 8 pm that day.
No avail , today I am flying to Canada without the CAD and no response at all from BMX team.
Very very disappointing and frustrating, if they are unable to fulfill the order they should at least pre inform or keep the customer in loop.
After the payment was completed i have seen a lack of sincerity and professionalism from the team who are neither available on chat or mail or calls.
I have also mailed the customer care with relevant details today. If my order is delayed or not possible to be delivered i want an immediate Refund of the payment done.

Desired outcome: I would appreciate a response from a human being or a responsible person in the team instead of a tele calling machine!
