After being seated at the Sebastian Monte calvo show, I soon realize that the back of my chair was broken and not giving any back support because it was cracked. Not only that, but the chair was wet from a previous drink spill. I alerted the event staff, who rudely explained that that was your seat, and there's nothing they could do about it. Even though there were empty chairs within 10 ft for the entire show, they would not allow me to move to a chair that was not broken.. the tickets I had bought for my wife and myself, cost $700 for preferred seating, Even though I complied with the staff, and remained in my broken chair, after the show, feeling sore from that chair, and realizing the cost of the venue, I decided to write this email. I truly feel like I was charged top dollar for the lowest quality seating. This was totally unacceptable, and the Borgata should be embarrassed for conducting business in this manner. Even after being brought to their attention, I was forced to sit for my $700 show in a broken and wet chair..This makes me concerned about ever returning to the Borgata, and I feel I was scammed..thank you for your review, from a very sore customer..
