I have been charged a large sum of money for something from Boss that I have no clue what it is. I’ve called my bank to help stop this payment. I called the number that is on my transaction listed. The agent told me unless I have the authorization number she cannot help me. So therefore I’m still at a loss of information what this was supposed to be for. Please give me my money back!

I signed up for the account for the first time three days ago, and used the $2 promotion in calls. when I tried to recharge the account, it did not work and I tried multiple cards also every time I adjust my last name the app change it. I called customer service yesterday to fix the issue. But today they suspended my account without mentioning any reason. Everyone I call, they always say check the terms and conditions without any clarification.

On August 18, 2023, I sent money $300 to the Dominican Republic transaction #IDT10202942519400. The beneficiary never received this money, since the transaction was declined by the bank, however they ended up taking the money from my bank account. I requested the cancellation of this transaction and never received the refund.
BossMoney customer service tells me 7 days after that on February 10, 2023, I canceled a transaction which was given to the beneficiary, by the BHD bank in the Dominican Republic.
In my records I have no transaction from February 10, 2023, much less cancelled.
Why did they wait 6 months to tell me this?
Now it turns out that BossMoney does not want to return the $307.99 dollars to me, nor will they deliver it to the beneficiary in the Dominican Republic.

Bad customer service and service credibility
After 6 days of sending money to Mexico, for an emergency matter. They are still have not received it. Several calls to boss revolution have been in vain. It has been over 12 hours and the recipient has not received the money! They keep telling me to wait for UBA to open for the day. Now UBA is closed for the day, yet nothing! Bad customer service and product.
I've been a long standing customer with Boss Revolution.
I had to call your customer service line several times because one of your employees by the name of Naan (sorry if I'm misspelling her name) was extremely rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional.
The first time I called I had explained that I tried making a call which did not connect. Most of the employees ALWAYS say "I apologize for the inconvenience" but she NEVER ONCE SAID THAT. ALL she asked me was "so what happens when you try to make the call" in a very rude manner.
I then tell her that the call DOESN'T connect but it's still charging me. I started out with $5.65 AND AFTER THAT call never connected it still took my 12 cents. She claimed she did not see that call even though I can CLEARLY see it on my app because I got charged for it. She claimed she can ONLY see the calls from yesterday which I know was a lie!
I called back several other times to see if another rep other than her can help and she was the ONLY one who kept on answering the phones. I asked her to transfer me to another rep or her supervisor. She sarcastically told me to keep on calling back and get someone else. I told her I've ALREADY done that several times and she's the ONLY one who's ALWAYS picking up! I then asked for a supervisor. She placed me on a VERY long hold and never once got back with me.
I called back ONCE AGAIN, of course it was her again who answered. She then immediately said I hung up while I was holding AND I'm telling her over and over again because she left me on hold is WHY I hung up. She then claimed her supervisor is not around and told me to wait, then said have a nice day and hung up on me. I called back one last time and ASKED her why she hung up on me, she claimed because her supervisor is not around AND that I should call back tomorrow to get help!
If this is the type of very rude reps your company hires who don't feel like doing their jobs then I don't need to be a customer with Boss Revolution ANYMORE. If this doesn't get resolved then I will file a complaint with the FCC regarding this type of nasty abuse against long time paying for customers who keep your company in business and give your employees a job. I want a response immediately. I sent them 2 emails and they never resolved the issue or provided a resolution.

App international calling
I registered with Boss Revolution App two ago and brought a $25.00 credit to call my son in Liberia. The funds were taken from my account immediately and I did not receive any credit. I called the company the next day and spoke to a representative.
She kept me on hold for 30 minutes and took my information including my full name. address and the card number to open a ticket.
She said it will take 24 hours to get my credit, which was on 03/17-23, I called today 03/21/2023 another representative said I have to open a ticket again. I requested to speak to a manager, but the manager said nothing he can do and I have to wait.
I am very upset, I need my money back so I can cancel the app. I sign up and I am already expiring a problem that can not be fixed. It was not an issue when the funds were taken from my account.

Money transfer
I have a complaint about a money transfer of $300.00 equivalent to (183,000 FCFA) that was initiated on 01/27/2023 but was never deposited into the recipient's account. I called on 01/28/2023 to inquire about the delay and was informed to wait a little while longer as it would be deposited soon. However, even after waiting until 01/30/2023, the money was still not deposited into the recipient's account.
Therefore, I initiated a cancellation on 01/30/2023. Unfortunately, instead of processing the cancellation, the money was deposited into the recipient's account on 01/31/2023, which is surprising as cancellations usually take up to 5 business days to complete.
On 02/04/2023, the deposited money was reversed from the recipient's account. However, when I called to inquire about the reversal, I was told that the money was deposited into the account and asked to provide proof of the reversal. I sent proof of the reversal on 02/15/2023 but was then informed that the money was already deposited into the account, and nothing more could be done.
All I want is my $300.00, which I have not received.

I have been a customer for over 4years and recently they suspended my account. It was suspended in February 6th. When I contacted customer service they said that they need more time but it has been more than 3 days. I spoke with a supervisor this morning on 02/09/2023 as well and was told they need at least 20 business hours. Everyone I call, they always need more time and they want my bank info.

Money transfer
On October 25th, 2022, I used the Boss Revolution remittance transfer app (owned by the IDT Corporation) to send a total $1,466 US dollars to a recipient in Ghana. I received a notification from Boss Revolution that the money had been delivered to the bank on October 28th. Subsequently, on October 29th, I received word from Boss Revolution that the money I sent had been deposited into the recipient's account. Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Today's date is December 19th, 2022 and the remittance transfer in the amount of $1,466 has not been delivered to the recipient's bank account or deposited into the recipient's personal bank account. I resorted to sending a second remittance transfer because my issue had not been resolved and the transfer was time sensitive. This issue still hasn't been resolved despite being in contact with representatives at Boss Revolution at least 15 times as of today (phone records can be provided if necessary).
With every phone call, I reach a different representative who treats the case as being brand new though the case was opened a few months ago in late October 2022. This issue in particular has made it incredibly difficult to get answers. During one phone call in particular I was asked to get a copy of the recipient's bank statement and send it to Boss Revolution, I have done this. This bank statement showed that nothing has been deposited into the recipient's On every phone call following the submission of the bank statement, I have been told the same thing, that Boss Revolution is waiting to hear back from the bank. The recipient in Ghana has traveled to the head quarters of the bank in Ghana and has been told that the bank sent documents to Boss Revolution showing that there was no money transfer sent to the bank on the date Boss Revolution claims the transfer was sent to the Bank.
At this point it is starting to seem like I am being scammed out of my money and this is completely unfair as I work tirelessly for my money and it is now being unjustly stolen from me. I never hear from Boss Revolution with updates and always have to call first to get information on the status of the case which has now been on going for almost two months. I am asking for a refund in the total amount of the initial money transfer that was not processed correctly on Boss Revolution's end.

Calling App Account
I topped up my account on 14th December 2022 by £15. My whole balance was used by an unknown source calling Sudan. The company stated the calls were done from one of my registered numbers when this is completely false. I have been a customer for many years and did not make calls to Sudan. I was informed to remove and delete the app and only make calls by dialing. It is felt this demonstrates the app is not safe. This is very stressful as the company are questionning my honesty and integrity.
Desired outcome: Refund and explanation how this happened. It is virtually uncharacteristic for me to call Sudan and use £15 of credit in one day.

To call landlines don't work anymore
I used Boss Revolution almost since the beginning as i could make less expensive phone calls to landlines all over the world, but most to my family in Germany
Now it is not working anymore and since month i tried to solve this problem with the customer service people. By the way every email i get a new customer service representative and have to start over again.
My have an aunty who even don't have a cell phone and is crying out to my brother not hearing from me anymore. She is old and my last family member of my Dad's side.
This is very very very bad service. I do not need to use Boss revolution for cell phone as everyone and i mean everyone all over the world uses free services like WhatsApp, Line, messagerFB Pm, Instagram Pm and all social media. Boss revolution will get out of business if you don't keep your option open for the landlines

I have used their service to send money several times. My ID and verification is on file. I sent money since morning, crickets.. They took the money and have refused to send it. No call or notification to me. I called transfer line, was on hold for over 1:30min. Chatted with an agent, days he doesn't know when but verification team will call.
Don't you verify before you take money out of customers account? Also, this account and information had been verified several times.
They tell me they can cancel my transaction but I will get my money back in 1 to 3 days. Money I'm armful for a family emergency is with them and cannot reach anyone. This is ridiculous and a scam.

I sent money since Thursday 13th of October, 2022. It's been 2 days now and he money is yet to be deposited into recipient account. I have called customer care several times with no resolution. It's sad because the purpose of this fund is extremely urgent, yet nothing has been done.

Nonetheless, Boss Money followed up with the Bank and got the issue resolved. I also got a zero fee coupon for my next transaction. Thank you Boss Revolution for going over and beyond
