First of all, i do apologies for contacting you direct, I would not be doing this if Haven Holidays would of replied to my emails in regards to my refund I am asking for due to the cancellation of our holiday.
We was meant to embark on our family holiday on the 6th April 2020, this had to be cancelled due to COVID-19 which is totally understandable, however, trying to get hold of any to get my money back which i need due to being out of work now and not receiving any pay is proving frustrating.
When i did get a reply, Chloe advised this will take 7 weeks to return my monies, sorry i can not wait 7 weeks, i need this resolving ASAP, i have replied twice since and have not heard anything back hence I am coming to direct to yourselves.
Please can you look into this and come back to me ASAP with a resolution to this matter and have the funds refunded as stated.
