Non responsive employers
The recruiters that are responsible for your employment are completely non responsive. The staff does not answer the phone if you have any issues, inquires or concerns about your employment and they do not call back even if you leave a professional message. The office does not accept visits either so if you are employed with Aerotek and need assistance, the staff is absolutely unreachable. This is very unprofessional.

Marvin Castillo, an employee of your company, has been seen making inappropriate sexual remarks to a 9 year old child on social media. If you wish to have proof of this claim I have several video recordings from other social media members who have posted said videos exposing his inappropriate behavior. This is completely inexcusable and absolutely unacceptable and I truly hope you take the appropriate actions.
Desired outcome: Employee terminated
Manager is not professional.
Aerotek Management June 1st 2023 Had received a call from the manager so he could express his feelings about me not emailing his coworkers “on time”. Life happens I can understand that but his idea of a “get you back” is he doesn’t respond to the recent email I sent after he expressed his feelings and what will not work for me. I apologize for the...

Aerotech non payment
I received my paycheck via direct deposit every week my last paycheck was not direct deposited and theykeep giving me the run around and transferring me to other Departments then they blocked my phone number(i can call from different phones and it dosnt go straight to voice-mail they lied about the job from the beginning everything they told me was a lie they are a horrible company they will give you false information about a job then not pay you
Desired outcome: My last paycheck
Aerotek
Aerotek was informed my last day would be over aweek in advance. They chose not to direct deposite as they have done for the last 4 months. I informed them I did not recieve my direct deposite. I was informed I was cancled out of there system. That they would mail a check out the next Friday.it would take a week or more to recieve it after it's mailed. That makes it 2-3 weeks late. This error on there part puts me in a financial bind and will cause multiple late fee's.i asked them to over night my pay since it's there fault fir this delay. They just stopped replying and now are ignoring me.
Desired outcome: Over night my pay check since you chose not to make the agreed upon direct deposite
Pay
Today is New Year's Eve and I have not received my paycheck this is uncalled for and ridiculous can't get in touch with nobody, so I'm be broke the whole weekend
No Pay
Yes I have been working with aerotek for about 3 weeks now and I haven't received none of my money I worked for. Every time I called they tell me that my payroll specialist is out. I keep getting the run around from other specialists and my recruiter. They blamed it on holidays and said that their under staffed. I wasn't abled to spend Christmas with my family out of state because I didn't get paid. New Years is tomorrow and I still haven't gotten paid so that another holiday that I cannot visit my family. Also, my grandma died Tuesday and I'm not able to be with my family.
Desired outcome: I want them to give me my money I worked for and I will like to speak with someone from the corporate office.

No paycheck on payday
I started working for a company thru Aerotek beginning in late June. Throughout almost entire time my base pay was changed weekly and I was shorted on my pay. Brought this to the attention of my recruiter and told me he would fix it and get back to me. That was 2 months ago and nothing was ever fixed nor did I get compensation for owed labor wages. If I...

Aerotek in Portland, Oregon found me a job. I worked one shift and realized it was not something I wanted to do, the job was too complex for me. I emailed the recruiter and let him know that I did not want the assignment. I was seeking employment for a warehouse in Frankfort Indiana through Aerotek. I was told on two separate occasions by a gentleman whose first name is Landis that all the information needed would be emailed to me. I never received an email and then received a text asking if he had sent it. I have declined to work for a company who's employees don't do their job correctly.
Company people doing fraud with innocent job seekers and housewives.!!
Hi sir/madam
I Pappala Swamy Devendra Kumar Vijay, completed "B-tech mechanical" in the year of 2017. Actually, I saw some cheating experience from past 15 days. One day I get a call from Anikitha Garu and she said I am working in Aerotek company., She asked do you want to do a work from home job. I said yes, she gave an "Aerotek" "MS Word" projects you should be completed in 15 days that's she said and given some fake employee ID also. And I believed her and taken the project and completed in 15 days. So, finally I submitted the project to her mail address and she said wait for 3days. I sincerely waited 3 days, she called me and said your accuracy is 98 percent and you will get 47000 rupees... And taken my bank details... She never credited the salary... So I am taking step to complain to "police about your company fraud" and complaint to the company for the employees creating fraud to other peoples by the brand of your company... So please take an immediate charge on this and punish them and credit my salary. I am going through complaint a file in police station and I approach a lawyer.
Desired outcome: Punish them and please credit my salary

Read full review of AerotekI have not received my w-2 yet.
I worked for Areotek into December. In January 2020 I emailed them. I was told that my W-2 will be postmarked and mailed on 01/31/20. On the 7th of February I contacted them again. I was told by Tina Wheeler, a Representative of Areotek that they do not control the US Mail so this is not their problem. I just received todays mail and I have yet gotten my tax documantation from them.

Out of desperation I reached out to Aerotek for help in finding a job. Recruiter seemed nice at first, but turned out to be pushy. Did not respect my wishes to not be contacted while I was out of the country for a week (called, emailed, and texted me while away). When I got back to him and let him know I'd accepted another job offer as it was more along the lines of what I was looking for (easier commute, better pay, and full-time employment - no staffing agency to go through), he was quite rude in his response, and had the audacity to tell me I should've let him know earlier as it would've affected the process. They do not care about their candidates, only looking to plug people into whatever job they can find. Of course now doing my research on this agency, I won't ever go back to them.
recruitment
I applied for a position with Aerotek on sunday, September 29.proceeded to go through their recruiting process over the next 3 days. Was informed at 10:30am on October 2 I was being recruited for said position and just had to wait to hear back from manager Kyle Henry who wanted to speak with me about hours and position details and hourly pay. Kyle then...

Before working with Areotek I had a job of 5 years driving buses. I wanted to make a change due to a client that threatened my life and also being mistreated by dispatch etc... I met with a few guys by the names of Kenny and Tomas (recruiters) at the Shoreview Minnesota location (4000 Lexington Ave N #200, Shoreview, MN 55126). They said they would help me find a job etc... Tomas was very unprofessional! He called me at least 10 times a day for a week strait, giving me little information on job leads each phone call when he could of gathered all the information and made one phone call. After that, he set me up with a job interview with a company in Minneapolis. I got the job and he wanted me to start right away. I told him I had to give my job a 2 week notice and he told me the company that hired me wanted me to start right away. So I told him I told my boss a while back that I would be looking for another job and be leaving soon and I asked my current boss if it was okay to give a one week notice instead of a two week notice because the new job wanted me to start right away. He was fine with that. So, I start the new job through Areotek on 8/19/19. I worked about a week and came to the conclusion that it wasn't the job for me. The work place was very hot, I also found out through the company that the building has Asbestos. Even though they said they test the air every week I still didn't feel comfortable working in that type of environment. I wrote Tomas (recruiter) a email on Sunday nite after talking it over with my husband and told him I will not be going back to that job assignment. Tomas calls me Monday morning, I tell him what I thought and he said he had another job for me that I might like etc... and that he would call me back. He never called me back that day. I wrote his manager (Rachel Klick) a email telling her what happen and she writes back that she discussed the situation with Tomas and he would be calling me to be more clear. Tomas calls me back going off saying, I was in the wrong for emailing him Sunday nite saying I wasn't going back to that job and bashing me for not giving my last employer a 2 week notice in the first place and going on and on saying I should have called his cell phone and at that time I had no idea the number he was calling me from was a cell phone. He was making me feel like crap and that I was the bad guy. It sounded like he was a little mad that I contacted his manager about the situation. I asked him, are you done working with me and he says no. To make a long story short he says he will call me tomorrow which was Tuesday 8/27/19 to discuss more job leads. He calls me and tells me he will call me back because his mom was calling his cell phone?! (not professional at all) Then he calls back and tells me about 3 jobs. I accept 1 of the job offers. He says, I will have my manager contact the employer and see when you can start and that he would call me back in a hour. He never called back. He sends me a email at the end of he day stating that they don't have any current openings and that he would call me tomorrow with some more job leads. Never heard back from him. At this point I feel like Tomas was very unprofessional with me since day 1. I have decided not to deal with Tomas anymore. I told the manager that I didn't think Tomas was the right recruiter for me and I was stuck with him anyway. I feel like I was disrespected and I wanted to address this issue with someone other than his manager since I already reached out to her. You can reach me back at [protected]@gmail.com Thank you for your time. Leah!
employee
I'm scared to go back to work. Guy mukenge is the predators name. We work kennedy/courtney park. He grabbed my butt and said he has something for it. I left crying. Im just a single mom trying to make a living for my kids. He's also selling weed n asking everyone. I'm scared to lose my job as we know what happens to females to who complain. I have complained to many people at Aerotek n they just ignore it. Women's safety is not a issue for them.
job search
I "like" how they tell you to not look for jobs outside of Aerotek's network - unless you run it through them first. Then you waste time meeting with them, go through all the motions.
Set-up an account on their website, but then can't log in - nor change the password, so that your most updated resume can be posted there. Still cannot post the resume - And then what happens? NOTHING!
The do nothing company!
unethical and unprofessional behavior
