Over charged without advance notice
I was charged an additional insurance coverage without prior notice after completing my reservation with Bravofly. Their customer service staff said that I was not able to get any refund and I had to write in to claim after they send me the confirmation. It should not have happened in the first place! I am very surprised any company would behave so desperate.
Disappointing Experience with Bravofly
After reading various reviews from customers, it's evident that Bravofly has left many travelers dissatisfied. Issues such as sudden flight cancellations, poor customer service, and difficulties in obtaining refunds have been recurrent. One customer mentioned being misled about luggage inclusions, leading to additional unexpected charges. Another highlighted the lack of communication and unhelpful responses when facing flight changes. It's crucial to consider these experiences before booking with Bravofly to avoid potential frustrations and inconveniences.
Terrible Experience with Bravofly - Flight Didn't Exist & No Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a terrible experience with Bravofly. I was all set to head to New Zealand from Istanbul to celebrate my buddy's wedding and the New Year, but when I got to the airport, I found out that my flight didn't even exist! Can you believe that? I mean, how can a company take your money for a flight that doesn't even exist? It's downright criminal if you ask me.
And that's not even the worst of it. I paid for full flex, which was supposed to let me change the date of my return ticket, but when I tried to do that, they only offered me a 90% voucher refund. I told them I'd only accept the voucher if I could use it right away to book a different flight, but they didn't respond to my messages or give me any options. I ended up having to buy a separate ticket just a few days before my flight, and then Bravofly called me four days before my flight to tell me I hadn't accepted the voucher. Like, what? I didn't want the voucher in the first place!
Long story short, I wasted a bunch of money and time because of Bravofly's incompetence. They can't even offer basic customer service, let alone anything that resembles value. I've tried calling and emailing them, but they haven't given me any solutions. I want a full refund, and I'm not settling for anything less. I even tried to make a Paypal claim, but who knows if that'll work.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Bravofly to anyone. They're either a bunch of crooks or they have no idea what they're doing. I'm going to tell everyone I know about my experience and try to get the word out on social media and to consumer and aviation watchdogs. Maybe I'll even take legal action if I can find other people who've been screwed over by them.
Anyway, if you're thinking about booking with Bravofly, don't. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else. Trust me, you'll be glad you did.

Bravofly.com's Poor Customer Service and Lack of Support for Flight Cancellation
I booked a round-trip ticket to Vietnam on bravofly.com last October 2016 for a spring break vacation in April 2017. I was happy to get a cheap ticket, but unfortunately, my plans changed unexpectedly last month. I tried to contact their customer service via email to request a refund on March 11, 2017, which was more than a month before my departure date.
To my surprise, I received an email from bravofly.com informing me that my flight was cancelled and asked for my confirmation for a refund or an alternative flight. I replied for a monetary refund, but then I received another email saying that I have requested a cancellation quotation to their support team for both ways flights. They said that the quotation would be sent to me within 72 hours to 7 days maximum and would be in the form of cash and voucher options.
I waited for 7 days without any information or quotation, so I had to call their customer service. They told me that if I wanted a refund, it would be a charity refund/null refund. I decided not to cancel my flight. On March 15, I sent another email to request to pay more to hold my ticket because I couldn't know the exact day for my flight yet.
After that, I received another email from bravofly.com asking me to send them the details of my flight change request, such as the flight that needs to be changed (outgoing/return), new date requested, and names of the passengers affected by this change. They said that after contacting the airline, they would send me an email about the change possibilities and prices. If I accepted the quoted price, they would contact me on the phone to complete the transaction.
I continuously waited for a maximum of 7 more days without any information or quotation. I asked for the right number/person to support/solve my problem and received a list of numbers. Then I had to contact the provided number about my case, but they said they couldn't give me the answer for this case. They would contact and inform me about the solution later.
In one month, bravofly.com kept sending me tons of emails informing me about my flight cancellation and asking for confirmation of refund/alternative flights. Not any solution or real support. Until now, there are only 10 more days before my departure, and I had requested for nearly a month, but there is no solution. I just received an email saying that my flight is cancelled 2 days before.
I felt really frustrated about the mismatch in the way they support their clients and the unprofessionalism of their customer service. They wasted my time without any considerable solution. That poor service took nearly $700 from me for the ticket, and now my flight is cancelled?! I don't know who and how to complain and get back my money.
Terrible Experience with Bravofly.com: Unprofessional Service & Poor Customer Support
I just had the worst experience with Bravofly.com! I can't believe how terrible their service is, from the moment I booked my flight to the moment I called customer service with an issue. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company!
It's clear that Bravofly.com doesn't care about customer satisfaction or complaints. I tried to find a complaints department or contact on their website, but there was nothing. Not even an FAQ on what to do if you have a complaint. It seems like they make the process difficult to deter people from following up with complaints. I'm honestly disgusted with the unprofessional way my booking was handled, starting from the initial purchase on their website. And don't even get me started on how the customer service representatives handled my call after I noticed a mistake during the purchase phase.
I was upset to see that the 'on screen' price of my flight from Krakow to Stansted on 14/02/14 was approximately ?37. Based on that price, I proceeded to the payment section. But once the payment had processed, the payment confirmation page showed that ?48.89 had been deducted from my card. This was not what I agreed to and is not the ?37 I was led to believe the cost of the flight was. When I called customer service to tell them about the error, I was basically told that no refund could be given unless I provided proof in the way of a screenshot of the original webpage with the price on. How am I supposed to produce a screenshot if the website doesn't allow me to go back to save the original page with the price on? I then asked for a complete refund, but was met with an unhelpful attitude from the call handler. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that 'the manager is not in'. There should always be a senior member of staff available to talk to in any customer service department, shouldn't there? One of the representatives' names I was given was Carolina, but I didn't even get the other name of the woman I spoke to as she hung up on me, which is totally unacceptable!
I find the way Bravofly.com has handled this issue and others, from reading other reviews, very unprofessional and poor at best. I strongly advise you not to use Bravofly.com. There are many other more professional flight booking services to use with far better customer service and security.
Sincerely,
Ashley Ryder
Avoid Bravofly: Terrible Customer Service and Scammy Practices
This company is not good at all! I wouldn't recommend booking with them! It's a total scam. I found them through Sky Scanner and decided to book an international flight with them on 2/10 to depart on 2/18 for an urgent family health matter. In the initial email they sent me, they said "We are working to confirm your booking and you should receive an email with all the details soon. StrongIf we need to contact you we'll do so using the phone number you provided when booking." The first red flag was the typo in the autogenerated email. They emailed me from ***@bravofly.com.
I kept checking my account on their website to see if my flights were confirmed every day leading up to 2/16. Customer Service is an international number so if you don't have an international phone plan, you can't call them. I live in the US and had no way of contacting them directly. They don't have a support email listed on their website. Their Customer Service line is allegedly open from "Mon - Sun 08am - 08pm" as listed in their website but there is no clarification as to what time zone that is.
My sister has an international phone plan and was able to call their "customer service" line, if you can even call it that. She spoke with multiple reps on multiple days all of which said, just keep checking your email and Bravofly account and you'll see the flights come through in the next few days.
While waiting for my confirmed ticket I called Japan Airlines, the flight carrier, to see if they could find my name in their system thinking that maybe Bravofly just didn't email me right away. When I spoke with Japan Airlines, the very kind rep said that they couldn't find me on any of the flights I booked (multiple flights).
I waited 5 calendar days for my ticket. On the 5th day, 2/16, they emailed me at 1:10 am MST saying "We regret to inform you that we have not been able to confirm your booking request. We will return the amount of X, XXX. XX USD. Via your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for this amount to be shown in your account." This email was sent from ***@bravofly.com. At the bottom of the email it states "Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored; any emails sent here will not be read or responded to. If you have any questions regarding your trip, check out our Need Help area and to view your trip details, request assistance or change your booking, please log in to your account area, My Bravofly, via our website or app."
I would advise you to save yourself the headache and stress and just book through an airline directly. I ended up having to spend more money on my tickets than I was wanting to. But I'm sure if I just booked directly with Japan Airlines, the cost of the flights would be similar to the amount I paid using Bravofly.
Unprofessional and Frustrating: My Experience with Bravofly
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Bravofly. I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but come on guys, can't you at least try to fix them in a timely manner? It took weeks of emailing and calling before we finally got a response from them.
So here's what happened. They changed our return flight without our permission, cutting a day off our trip. Then they sent us another offer, which we agreed to, but when we tried to get our flight details and tickets, we couldn't get a response from anyone. It's just so unprofessional.
But finally, after we left a negative review, we got a response from Miss Sofia. She apologized and asked for more details. We sent her all our conversations and flight status, and finally, everything got fixed. It's just frustrating that we had to go through all that just to get a fair treatment.
I mean, I get it, mistakes happen, but it shouldn't take a negative review for a company to acknowledge their customers' needs. And why do we have to be lawyers just to get a fair treatment? It's like they only care about the aggressive customers who make a fuss.
I hope Bravofly can reconsider their business management and prioritize their customers' needs better. It was a heavyhearted experience, and I hope it never happens again.
Bravofly's No Problems Insurance Policy: A Scam That Leaves Customers Disappointed
Bravofly is a website that offers flight comparisons and great deals for cheap fares. At first glance, the website looks well-constructed and easy to navigate. However, my experience with their No Problems insurance policy has left me feeling cheated and disappointed.
I booked five return tickets from Melbourne to Darwin for my family, but unfortunately, my grandfather fell ill and was unable to travel. I had purchased insurance through Bravofly that promised a full refund upon presentation of a medical certificate, so I thought this would be a straightforward process. However, I was in for a rude awakening.
After struggling to find any contact information, I finally spoke with David Jackson, who offered me a measly $56 refund for a $510 ticket. This was after I had already paid $100 for the No Problems insurance policy. To make matters worse, there was a twenty Euro administration fee, and it would take up to 12 months to receive the refund. I tried calling a few more times to resolve the issue, but my efforts fell on deaf ears.
In my opinion, Bravofly is a bunch of con artists who do not care about their customers. Their No Problems insurance policy is a scam that leads you into a false sense of security and does not deliver on any of its promises. I would advise anyone to avoid booking anything through this company's website and definitely not to choose their No Problems Insurance policy.
In conclusion, the Full of Problems Insurance Scam advertised on their website is completely lacking in my experience with this company. The policy promises easy ticket refunds and fast lane preferential assistance, but in reality, it is nothing more than a way for Bravofly to make money off unsuspecting customers. I would not recommend this company to anyone and hope that others can learn from my mistake.
Terrible Experience with Bravofly.com: Pathetic Customer Service & Incompetence
I had a terrible experience with bravofly.com. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. It's plain and simple: pathetic! I hope someone from bravofly reads this and takes action.
I have been trying to sort out a mess created by bravofly since April 17, 2014. I have sent multiple emails to their customer service, but they keep ignoring me. They sent me a confirmation of changed booking dates, but when I turned up at the airport in Bangkok, my name was not listed on the Qantas passenger list for the flight from Bangkok to Sydney on April 17, 2014.
Despite multiple emails from bravofly customer service stating that all changes were confirmed, it was nonsense to confirm a change of flight from the original flight if their employees just copy and paste original flight details in an email response. Why copy and paste old flight dates? Not much competence here either.
Even Qantas staff at the counter at the airport gave up after over 45 minutes in sorting out this mess and using my booking number to retrace the changes from the original dates without luck.
After that, I was forced to ring the bravofly international number from Bangkok airport on a public phone. The public phone I was using at the airport in Thailand allowed call durations of 100 Bath before it disconnected, and one was forced to start over wasting another 100 bath because bravofly automated system was so slow to get through but happily charged my credit card anyway in euro on top of the 100 bath the public phone charged already!
Lucky me after the 6th attempt and 36 EUR later, I got through to customer service in Europe. I advised the male person on the other end of the line that I was on a public phone and he needed to hurry up. I also left my reservation number with him, and he put me on hold whilst trying to sort through the bravofly 'admin swamp' and maybe get successfully in sorting out this obvious mess bravofly created in the first place.
But no luck here either. The 100 bath was used in no time, and the line was cut off once again, and I was left where I was six attempts earlier... nowhere! No call back from bravofly either. After another 4 attempts and 24 euro later, I gave up left only with 2 choices.
Either continue via email and will have to spend an unknown amount of time or days or weeks in Bangkok waiting around till bravofly bothers to sort out the mess. Or buy a new seat allocation on the flight to Sydney and sort out the compensation with bravofly later. Extremely frustrated by above events, I decided to buy another seat allocation on top of the one I already had paid for but bravofly could not be bothered to coordinate with Qantas in the first place.
I sent an email to bravofly on May 23, 2014, asking them to work out my expenses. I am sure they are capable of doing the math and working out the necessary expenses I incurred due to bravofly's incompetence. I also asked them to include exchange rate losses when I had to exchange $US into THB to pay for the Qantas flight I had to buy. I also asked them to include the ANZ VISA credit card charges while using the public phone at the airport.
I suggested that it would be a great professional response if they would transfer a generous amount onto my credit card and credit the value of another flight Sydney to Bangkok as well for all the frustrations caused. This would really show bravofly is serious about professional and decent customer service as well as sincere in their apology and not just another lip service.
Contrary and disappointingly, they preferred asking me to do the work for them on top of causing a lot of unnecessary frustrations in this matter. Life is too short to waste with frustrations caused by continuing incompetence.
Bravofly Review: Terrible Customer Service and Hassle to Change Flight
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Bravofly. I had to change my flight and it was a total hassle. Their website didn't have a cancellation button and their phone number was fake! I spent so much money trying to call them and never got through. And when I sent them emails, they didn't even bother to reply. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
To make matters worse, they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me. And when I complained, they just asked me to change my review and rating. Like, seriously? That's not how you treat customers. They should have fixed the problem and made it right, but instead they just tried to cover it up.
I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty angry with them. But after a lot of fighting, I finally got my flight changed without any extra charge. But that doesn't change the fact that their service was terrible. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I work in the hospitality industry and I know how important it is to provide good service. Bravofly clearly doesn't understand that. They need to step up their game if they want to keep customers. But honestly, I don't think I'll ever trust them again.
Terrible Experience with Bravofly.com/Lastminute.com/Intana: Unprofessional and Dishonest Representatives
I recently had a terrible experience with bravofly.com/lastminute.com/intana. I booked a one-way flight for my partner and purchased cancellation insurance in case he couldn't make it. Unfortunately, my partner fell ill and we needed to reschedule the flight. However, when I tried to do so, I found out that flybe, the airline listed on my confirmation email, doesn't deal with bookings created by third-party travel companies. When I called bravofly.com, the representative was dismissive and unhelpful, telling me to contact lastminute.com and flybe instead. Despite my repeated explanations that I had booked with bravofly.com, the representative refused to listen and kept repeating himself. I eventually gave up and went to bed, feeling disgusted by the way I had been treated.
The next day, I called the insurance cancellation claim team, but the representative was also rude and unhelpful. She initially claimed that I wouldn't be entitled to use the cancellation insurance because I hadn't given 24 hours' notice, but when I pointed out that I wouldn't have purchased the flights if I couldn't use the insurance, she changed her story and said that I couldn't claim because it was a one-way flight outside of the UK. I argued that it should be perfectly acceptable to have insurance on a one-way flight and that a Glasgow to Belfast flight doesn't leave UK airspace, but the representative was unyielding.
Overall, my experience with bravofly.com/lastminute.com/intana was terrible. The representatives were unprofessional, dishonest, and dismissive, and I was pushed from pillar to post without any resolution. I eventually found out that my flight had been cancelled, but no one had contacted me about my cancellation insurance. I was left with no flight and no money, and I regret ever using this company. I would advise others to avoid bravofly.com/lastminute.com/intana and stick with more reputable travel companies.
Bravofly Review: Scam Alert! Don't Book with Them Unless You Want to Waste Your Time and Money!
This company is a scam! Don't book with them unless you feel like throwing out your money and a lot of your time!
I made two mistakes regarding Bravofly:
1) I booked with them in the first place (... way back in March 2014. This flight was mysteriously cancelled, and I was offered a voucher or a refund. I requested a refund immediately. But despite my request, and a confirmation of this request (it was "registered in [their] system"), I received a voucher number two weeks later. Strange and suspicious.)
2) I gave in and used that voucher to book another flight. (... being weirded out about my sudden flight cancellation and the fact that I received a voucher code instead of the refund I requested, I thought that perhaps I ought to use the voucher since all signs were pointing to me never receiving anything if I waited for the refund.)
WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT WAS EVEN MORE RIDICULOUS:
I used the voucher for a flight for my husband (... as I had already booked my flights since I was super pregnant and had to get in the long-haul before I popped...), and it was ALSO CANCELLED, ONLY ONE DAY before his flight while we were in Portugal on our baby-moon. Amazingly, I caught the email regarding this cancellation with a few hours (the email said I had 72 hrs to respond AND that "the only possible alternative was a refund"), called the phone number they provided in the email--not a valid number, called EVERY number on their extensive list--not one worked, and wrote back an email calmly stating my irritation with the 2nd cancellation and its severe inconvenience it caused us, also stating that their call centers do not accept calls (yes, I even tried paying the Vat 6,10 from a landline), and to RECONFIRM that yes, of course, I wanted that refund (since, in their words there was no other alternative). Then I had to scramble to buy an overpriced last minute ticket for my husband as I was preparing to board a plane for the States. During my ten hour flight to the States, apparently they tried calling me twice, which I could not, of course, answer (TOO LATE, I might add). When I landed, I received an email from them saying that it wasn't their fault (CLASSIC BRAVOFLY: PASS THE BLAME ONTO SOMEONE ELSE), and this explanation:
"Please note that we sent you the refund as only option availble, because actually the airline has any alternative flight on same day and unfortunately, during the weekend days, they are closed and we are not able to have any authorization for any kind of option, except refund."
AND
"Could [you] confirm to bravolfy direcly the refund of total amount transaction?"... to which I thought, 'fine, I guess that makes sense, even though it was kind of their fault for working with shady airlines that cancel at the last minute for no reason'... and...'what is this, the fourth time I'm sending them an email to "confirm" that I want a refund?... sheesh!' AND, to which I wrote back and stated in e x t r e m e l y clear language that YES-for the fourth time-I want a refund.
Seven months and one baby boy later, I received an email stating that the airline went out of business (surprise) and that it's not their fault we have to wait so long for our refunds.
A month after that, I get an email stating that I will receive my refund after some months (minus a 20euro fee, of course. Pfff!)
Another month later, I get an email stating that they've refunded me 17 euros. What?! I certainly did not pay 17 euros for that flight! To this I sent another (rather irritated email stating that 17euros is an insult). This email did not go through as the email address was no longer valid. I gave up on the whole thing for a while.
In March of this year, I finally got a hold of bravofly on the phone, to which they explained that I couldn't be refunded my whole amount (only 17 stinking euros) because I used a voucher (remember that voucher I received instead of the initial refund I requested from the first last minute flight cancellation?). So, I purchased a flight, I requested a refund, I got a voucher in return (for no reason), I used the voucher to purchase another flight, that flight was cancelled super last minute--screwing me over in lots of ways--I was told the "only alternative was a refund," I waited nearly a year for that refund, to only get 17 euros and ANOTHER USELESS VOUCHER!
Why USELESS, you ask? Ha, and the saga continues...
Two days ago, I was booking multiple flights for my husband, my son and I. And I figured, 'heck, why don't I try to use that stupid voucher for at least one of our flights?' Hahaha, I booked my son and my flights with the airline (see, I have learned from my mistakes ;) and tried to book my husband on the same flight through bravofly. I went through the whole online reservation system, and, guess what: NO VOUCHER CODE FIELD AVAILABLE! I called them (haha... those phone numbers are bunk), I searched and searched, even looked up the 'how to use voucher codes on bravofly page', found exactly where that stinking field was SUPPOSED TO BE (... on the "Reservation" page, under the "Special Transport Needs", in the field Do you own a discount code (voucher)?), and it still wasn't there. I tried multiple browsers, I had my husband check on his laptop, I checked on my iPhone, I even had my mom check on her desktop and, it still wasn't there. No such thing as a voucher code field. So, I gave up, obviously that stupid voucher that I never wanted was USELESS... obviously I wasted a bunch more of my time.
I decided to write them one last time before I started to go online with my story... because I'm too nice for my own good... and guess how they responded:
"Thank you for contacting us.
Regarding to your previous e-mail, we would like to inform you that you can provide your voucher code on the "Reservation" page, under the "Special Transport Needs".
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us."
YOU KNOW WHAT I DID? I checked--for the exact same flight--and, hahahaha, that VOUCHER CODE FIELD MAGICALLY APPEARED. (In other words, they repaired their website after I messaged them).
Oh my... oh my, oh my, oh my. Not only did they lure me in with a fake flight on a bankrupt airline, then cram a voucher down my throat when I demanded a refund, then-when I used that voucher-book me on another scam flight, then yank me around for a year saying that I'd receive a refund (it was the only option, right?), then give me another frickin voucher that could not be used when I needed because there was no voucher code field where it was supposed to be, BUT, instead of apologizing for a glitch on their website or some normal excuse like that, THEY ALSO INSULT ME BY INSINUATING THAT I WAS TOO MUCH OF AN IDIOT TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THEIR DARN VOUCHER CODE FIELD WAS ON THE RESERVATION PAGE!
Really. It's one thing to steal some one's money through a run of the mill scam, it's another to insult their basic intelligence regarding the inanely simple task of filling out a da*n webpage form.
So, Bravofly, keep my money. And don't even bother responding to this or apologizing... we are beyond that.
(by the way, I'm posting this on EVERY travel site I can find, so have fun erasing it ;)

We booked and paid for Business class tickets- as advertised on the site- received confirmation of our Business class flights. When we checked directly with the airline, we were booked under economy class.
We cannot reach any other person except the call center agents and we have no answers to any of our complaints. It's fraud to advertise one product- take the clients money and never deliver on what was received.

So I have already complained to the airlines too, so I will give your reply to them now to see what they say about it.
When I booked the flight, there was no Air Lines selection option but a Partner selection option was available and I chose Bravo Fly.
So I feel that all the responsibility of my refund is with the partner
And the amount is more than bigger so if I don't let him go then I will take any step for my partner or Airlines.
Today I will also complain to the Indian Govt and say Partner and Air Lines are making a fool of a ticket refund.
I will also inform the airlines that the partner does not offer refunds.
Dear Sir,
I am waiting for today to my refund issue than after i will raised complain to Indian government again Bravo fly.
I will try to talk Indian governments to block bravo fly website for any booking from INDIA.
Also I am post video again bravo fly.
Dear Sir,
please update on this case & how to get back my refund.

Dear Bravo Fly Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and frustration with the handling of my flight booking, ID [protected], scheduled for travel on August 14th at 3:00 am from Bangalore to Toronto. My experience with Bravo Fly has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
I initially booked my flight to Toronto back in April, and I received a confirmation from Bravo Fly assuring me of my reservation. However, as the departure date approaches, I have been subjected to an alarming series of issues that have severely disrupted my travel plans.
As a responsible traveler, I attempted to complete the check-in process 24 hours prior to my departure time, as advised by standard industry practices. To my utter dismay, I discovered that my flight details were nowhere to be found in the system. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter through your chat support, I have been left in a state of distress and anxiety due to the lack of any meaningful response from your team.
What is even more distressing is the complete lack of clarity regarding the actual departure time of my flight. It is deeply concerning that your support team appears to be uninformed about the basic details of my booking, leaving me in the dark about when I am supposed to embark on my journey.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and accountability demonstrated by Bravo Fly in handling this situation. It is completely unacceptable that I have been left without any resolution or communication for the past 18 hours, especially given the imminent departure of my flight.
I am left with no choice but to demand an immediate and satisfactory resolution to this matter. I expect a prompt response from your customer service team with clear and accurate information about my flight status, along with an explanation for the inexplicable series of events that have transpired. Additionally, I require assurance that my booking will be reinstated without any further delays or complications.
My travel plans and peace of mind have been greatly compromised due to the gross mishandling of my booking by Bravo Fly. I trust that you will take swift and appropriate action to rectify this situation and restore my faith in your services.
Please provide me with a comprehensive update on the status of my booking at the earliest convenience. I can be reached at +[protected] or via email at [protected]@gmail.com.
I am eagerly awaiting your immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to the issues outlined above.
Sincerely,
Vikas Dwivedi

Travel booking
BravoFly are Scammers!
I booked Hotel and Flights through them to Greece from Switzerland.
I confirmed with the airline and hotel directly (per email) that everything was in order. (over 1.5 months before departure)
The day before we (Family of 5(2 adults and 3 Kids))
were supposed to fly I get a notification that there was a technical problem with the hotel. I phone bravofly and they wanted to offer an alternative which turned out not be anywhere close to 4star. I also emailed the original 4star Hotel and they just confirmed that Bravofly had cancelled the booking.
Numerous calls and emails to Bravofly (don't get me started on the Support.) I said to them at the airport on Grece that I need a place for my family to stay. They then offered a really bad hotel (Run down, mouldy rooms, no sea view etc). I had to accept it as there was no other choice, I needed to get a place to stay for my family. This was my single biggest mistake other than booking on bravofly. After this the support didn't really care about us at all. I then booked another hotel directly at great extra expense.
Bravofly also didn't get the flights right as they forgot to add the check in baggage for the flight to Greece.
At the writing of this I am evaluating my legal options to recover the hotel costs and mental anguish they caused by the tactics to maximise their profits.
Desired outcome: Refund of the Hotel Costs (I even let the hotel know I will not be staying there)and Refund of the extra baggage costs that we had to pay because Bravofly didn't complete the booking properly.
Still waiting for a refund for a flight that was cancelled on April 2023
On April 30th, 2023, while in Paris and scheduled to depart for Florence the next day, my flight to Florence was unexpectedly cancelled due to the strike in PARIS. My friend, who was traveling with me, had the option to book an alternative flight on BravoFly, but unfortunately, I did not have that choice. As a result, I had no other option but to book a separate flight with Vuelvo Airline, which ended up costing me $400.Futhermore, I want to emphasize that I was unable to reach anyone for assistance while I was desperately trying to find a way to get on the same flight as my friend that day. It's been over two months since my flight to Florence was cancelled, and I am still awaiting a refund. Despite their assurances that their team is working on it, I have yet to receive any resolution. This level of delay is completely unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Get my refund.
Business class on ALL legs or full refund. Hoping for a reply which might restore my faith in a company I have discovered has an atrocious reputation.
Hello,
Searching through Cheapflights for trip to Dublin. Clicked link that provided business class return with Finnair (codeshare flights) - all legs Melb-Sing-Sing-Helsinki-Helsinki-Dublin and return (out link was to Bravofly). Paid in full. On viewing itinerary provided via Bravofly, we found that we were on Economy Jetstar Melb-Sing and Economy Qantas Sing-Melb on return. When we 'clicked', the option on the option which has us on Bus Class Code Share with Qantas on those legs.
We paid for Business Class al the way. Contacted the provider (22 July) and received 'you booked economy for those tw legs' WHICH WE DID NOT. The person was supposed to contact us re having Bus Class instated but has not done so (a week after the fact).
For the record, neither my wife nor I would ever fly JetStar economy ANYWHER outside Australia - and certainly not 8 hours!

Flight delay of 4 times (more than 30 hours) and missed days of hotel stay.
As communicated with Matias Ghiglia on the 13th of july (three times on the phone), we were advised to wait until the flight of 14th of july at 07:00 a.m and contact Matias or the callcenter if the flight got delayed by a minimum of half an hour. This was unfortunately the case as our flight got delayed for the third time from 07:00 a.m. to 07:30 a.m and for a fourth time from 07:30 to 10:30 a.m with no guarantee that this flight will depart on the time given.
Moreover, in my conversation with Matias we were discussing the option to get a full refund if the flight got delayed for the third time or even a fourth time. I want to therefore file an official claim with this e-mail to get a full refund meaning a full cancelation of the flights and hotel accommodation. This was also agreed upon with Matias. You will find all the necessary documents and proof of this situation. I find it very upsetting that I have to cancel this holiday, with not only the reason of the flight being delayed more than a couple of times due to technical difficulties but in addition not being able to enjoy our vacation from the very beginning. Due to the fact that this experience brought us a lot of unnecessary stress from not having any feedback from the airline company and staff in question (2:45 a.m. on the 13th of july till now and tomorrow), we had no time to enjoy what we have paid for.
I will attach images, documents and other proof under this e-mail in PDF-format to support my claim.
I would like to add a note that Matias told us we would get refunded €485,60 for the first night we missed and if the flight were to get delayed from 7:00 a.m onwards on the 14th of july, we would get refunded the remaining total amount (you can refer to PDF Invoice_Total_Costs_Hotel_Flights).
I hereby request a response as soon as possible.
Best regards,
Drs. Ilias El Mzouri
Desired outcome: Full refund of 4962 euro.

Wrong pnr for the flight
Hello,
I am writing to express my displeasure with the booking service provided by Bravo Fly. Recently, I booked a flight from Jaipur to Mumbai on the 20th of July for 3 passengers, but I have encountered a serious issue.
When I attempted to check my flight details on Air Asia India's website, I was unable to locate the flight using the provided PNR. After further investigation, I discovered that the PNR I was given belonged to another flight as air Asia India told me, which is clearly not the one I had booked!
This is an extremely concerning issue, as it means that my flight details are incorrect and I have no way of verifying my booking. I am very disappointed with the level of service provided, and I am requesting that you rectify this situation as soon as possible.
I demand that you provide me with the correct PNR and confirmation details for my flight, or I will be forced to consider legal action against your company. I expect a prompt response to this matter and a resolution to this issue within the next 24 hours.
My booking ID:
[protected]
My PNR: C1LFGP
Regards,
Hanaa Elsherbiny
Desired outcome: I want the correct PNR code and a flight confirmation or a complete refund for the scam
