From the moment we arrived from out of state I did not have my schedule a user name or log in info for orientation so at orientation and found out I had a class the day of orientation.
The communication is horrible with the teachers do not return emails from my daughter through out the semester she had to complain to her coach to get the teacher to email her back and her grades suffer due to lack of communication. The financial aide meetings are rushed and they do not explain. They act like you have any idea what college is going to be like as a freshman and they have you sign all these documents and do not explain what all these thing mean.
As a parent of a sophomore, the financial aide department is horrible! they do not communicate any balance, financial statement, costs. When you attempt to reach anyone they are never there and do not return your calls.
I took out a parent plus loan for her freshman year and they never applied it, they just left a balance on her account and they told her she would be kicked out of housing.
When my daughter sets up classes, I feel they are taking advantage of her just trying to push credits on you and do not listen to what you are wanting to accomplish.
They have messed up my mailing address from day one and I have requested to have it corrected at least 6 times! I have to ask the coach to update the address. I still do not know if it was ever updated because no one calls you back!
Desired outcome: Communication and figure out financial issues.
