I stopped at the BK on Rainbow and Spring Mountain in Las Vegas about an hour and a half ago and ordered a triple whopper meal large with fresh fries and a large Sprite, light ice from the drive thru. Burger King Drive through service and location manager

I was rejected service and discriminated at your dive through location located at 3401 E. Tropicana Ave. Las Vegas, NV 89120. The reason provided for this unfortunate occurrence was that my mobility scooter did not meet the specified criteria for preferred vehicles at the drive-through. I feel compelled to bring to your attention that the dining room at this particular location is closed, and no alternative, even temporary, arrangements have been made to accommodate individuals without vehicles.

In my attempt to address the issue, I approached the manager, Alberto, who exhibited minimal courtesy by merely conversing with me through the covered glass, making it challenging to establish effective communication. This interaction with Alberto stands as the most unsatisfactory management experience I have ever encountered, and the presence of such an individual as a front-line employee raises concerns regarding potential legal repercussions.

The term "vehicles" can encompass a range of descriptions, including but not limited to four-wheel, two-wheel, and three-wheel vehicles. Therefore, I fail to comprehend the interpretation that would deem my scooter as unsuitable for drive-through service. I question how many other individuals will be denied service at this location due to the lack of appropriate equipment while the dining room remains closed for an extended duration. I am uncertain if this issue arises from inadequate training or a failure to comply with reasonable accommodation standards by the management.

I don't hold high expectations for your establishment but I expect fair and reasonable service made to accommodate all patrons. I hope for a prompt resolution to rectify this oversight. I anticipate a satisfactory solution that addresses the concerns raised and ensures a more inclusive and accommodating experience

Desired outcome: The ball is in your court. If its not genuinely meaningful and thoughtful enough, I will bring legal compliance action against this establishment and make an example out of it.

Thursday, June 29, 2023, I went to this restaurant and order 8 piece nuggets, medium shake, and a mango frosty slush. I was very patient. I recieved my shake but did not recieve any thing else fo 1hr 45 min. It took so long my shake was melted like a cup of milk. The cashier talk to the manager... Burger King The service at the burger king 171 chelten and wayne ave.

6/28/23 between 2:00pm-2:30pm and every time I go in there for a burger within the last year of [protected]. The food is never warm or hot and the service is so slow. Your standing there waiting and waiting for one order. Fast food is very expensive in all restaurants. There was a time when BK and Wendy's excetera, the food was cheaper but now their just as high as a sit down meal restaurant. I don't understand why the burgers have to be cold and the french fries too, and the people act like they don't know what customer service is. While I was in there one lady came walking back in stating they forgot to put the lettuce on the sandwich. There was a door dash customer who was asking about his order and no one could give him an answer about what happened to his order, he got frustrated and left due to no one could tell him where his order was. It is really bad and I experience this every time I go in there. I would like a refund or coupons and some hot fries and hamburgers but I don't think I will go to that BK it's a shame, because it is in a convenient location.

the fries and the nuggets tasted nasty because the grease needs to be changed it tastes bad like have not been changed in a good long. We wasn't able to eat the fries or nuggets, onions rings

Than find out I ordered onion rings and gave me another fries I had to go back out of my way to get what I order and pay for. They can't use the same grease over and over, it got to be changed

Burger King order accuracy

I was in the Wellington, Ohio Burger King today, June26 at about 11:45 (time is a guess as I was NOT offered nor was I given a receipt). Order was totally wrong. No ketchup was requested on the whopper Jr, it came with what appeared to be EXTRA ketchup. I asked for extra pickles, and I guess 3 are considered "extra", I requested a couple ketchup packets and was given 13, 11 of which went in the trash, with the whole order. I requested onion rings and was given french fries.

This is not the first time that this particular Burger King messed up orders, but it is the last time for me. By the time I started eating the food I was too far away (and at work) to do anything about it.

I realize that nobody is perfect but for an order to be messed up this bad, is wrong. Also they NEED TO repair or have a screen that shows your orders ar they are placed.

Desired outcome: Possibly retraining or at least quality checks. Also how about giving a receipt?

This Burger King is one of various local fast-food restaurants. We have gone to dine in there 6 times in the last eighteen days. Two times (11:30AM) and (12 noon) dine-in was closed for lunch with a handwritten sign saying drive through only. Burger King Employee sanitary

I had visited the BK in Alsip some time back I looked in the kitchen and observed a Cook with no hair restraint, I said something to a worker and they told the employee put a hat on, well I visited the same BK again and AGAIN the same cook had no hair restraint on, I said something again and this time I was given a excuse as to they hired new people BS this is the same cook from a month ago, Tall Black man Hair in braids Hanging each braid about 4 inches long, I have posted my comments in a neighborhood forum and have mad a complaint to the Alsip village Health Dept also, as it seemed to me that BK does not feel it has to follow laws

Burger King Misleading menu price and frontliners bad attitude

The Menu on top of the board pissed me off!

I ordered yesterday, June 21, 2023 with OR # UO48302 at Rufino - Leviste St. Branch.

1. Sandwich meal with coffee and coffee is not available in the morning! Changed to juice.

2.  I was asked to pay 171.00 instead of the 150.00 stated on the board (new menu).

3. Staff, including the manager, were surprised by looking at the menu, which means they aren't aware of what's posted!

4. Insist to pay 171 because it's the real price. And said that the updated rate is on the side wall. Wow! A small posting on the side, which most customers would not mind since it looks old, and the mere fact that you have a new menu board that offers coffee made us excited to buy, yet you failed to satisfy us.

5. Worst?! The cashier just gave the table number and change casually and seems irritated!  no apology until I claimed my order beside the manager!

You guys must put that small price in front of your customer, and you must know what you are offering — don't look surprised! It's your product offer!

Remember you are working in a customer service - if you dont know what it means - leave!

Groups of young individuals, about twenty teenagers, including employees hanging inside and outside of the entrance. All of the other doorways were locked, so if you wanted service you either had to walk through the group of teenages or the drive through. Burger King Not having menu items. Slow service

I went to our local Burgerking in Parker AZ at 9:00 PM. I wanted to order 2 of the 2 for $5 meals I had heard about on TV. The person taking my order after waiting 5 mins ( because only 2 people were working on a Sat Night ) said they didn't have the dbl kids burgers. OK I will take 2 Whoopers I said and frys. I saw a sign for Frezzey drinks Cheey and lime. The guy taking my order said

" The frezzy Machine is broke down ". I was going to order lg drinks when a costomer came up and told him there is NO ICE at the soda station. I than said

THATS ALL SIR JUST THE BURGERS AND FRYS.

My order seemed to take Forever (with only 2 employees I can see why).

When I order was done the guy put the bag on the counter and walked away.

I had to ask him "Hay is This order number 93 ", He just said Yah and walked away.

I don't like to complane but this is not the first time I have writen to [censored] about the service at THIS BURGERKING in Parker AZ. Manager needs to be ON HIS CREW MORE and watch over it alot more and better.

Burger King food

On sat June 17th at 930am i order food thru drive thru, i ordered 2 sausage double croissants with out egg and French toast sticks. we i got to the window the price was not right i asked her to read back my order. she said 2 sausage croissants no egg and French toast sticks, we said that we order double but not wanting to wait we took what she rang us up for. first while I am driving I grab my croissant and it had egg but no cheese on both and the French toast sticks where old and greasy. Sadly my experience with this burger king was not pleasant and I was not given a receipt. The location was 1300 E Pkwy Roseville ca 95661. I called but no one answered.

Burger King 1+ month ,still no refund.the KING is DEBO

So to go along with all the terrible things that has gone wrong in 2020, I was robbed by Burger King. After numerous calls to this companies customer service team (8 or more), my issue have still mot been satisfied. Dec 17 2020 my money was taken for services (food) never rendered. So, on the 19th I called and I was told my money she be returned in the next 3-7 business days. Now it is the 31st of January which is roughly 5 times the amount of days required to reverse a transaction. After to speaking to numerous customer service representatives and supervisors I have still not received the $35 I need. In the times of past c and lack of money, The King has seen it fit to further push my financial status into peril. This is evident by the way my situation has been handled. So now I am here to give a warning to anyone who loves Burger King the way I once did. BURGER KING DOES NOT CARE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS. I urge you to take heed to my warnings as I have been sent in a merrygoround of lies. I have been hung up on. I have been deceived. I have been robbed. I have been told stories of escalating my case, only to be lip serviced, with no happy ending...THE KING? THE ! Don’t be they’re next victim!

Burger King BK needs to fix it’s stuff fast

Consistently getting incomplete or no order at all and the customer service from BK is atrocious at best.

Regularly get incomplete orders and the only resolution offered is a partial refund. Which is absurd, every legitimate delivery service redelivers the missing items. That’s the problem Bk uses the crap Door Dash which like it’s compatriots Grub Hub and Uber Eats is an illegally operating predatory corporation that violates labor laws and robs both restaurants and customers using excessive fees on both as well as overcharging, but I degrees.

Last two times got only drinks and some of the sides. This last time was give someone else’s sides which wasn’t even part of the receipt on the bag for a third customer. Meaning 3 people got the wrong items this last time.

Only support is via email and it takes days if not weeks to get responses. This last time couldn’t even reach them via email because their app was malfunctioning. Had to call their 800 number to be told someone will eventually reach out to me via email. Person was very rude and argumentative too, as well as providing zero help at all. I’ve kept saying never again after each delivery debacle but this for real the end. Only pickup going forward, if that.

Burger King No customization for Breakfast items

I was shocked at the lack of the ability to customize your order when ordering breakfast items via delivery. Also, I had ordered two coffees with one being regular and the other being decaf (significant other CANNOT have regular caffeinated coffe), I was further shocked I there was no option to add any creamer/sugar/splenda, just straight up black coffee (McD’s and Wendy’s offers this in their respective apps).

Received my order and to which the two coffees I ordered were not marked on the cups in any way, shape, or form. I know this is error on the employee preparing the order and not the app solely, but there should be a comment section at the very least to further state special instructions for food allergens or the like. So taking caution I tested each coffee to figure out the decaf and thought it was identified.

Nope!...Significant other ended drinking some of the regular caffeinated coffee and that didn’t go over so smooth with the heart rate but she is fine now thankfully. Unless these obvious oversights get resolved, I will skip the blatant hassle and potential danger of using this app until these issues are addressed entirely! I don’t understand, how are these very basic elements absent from your app and as a blatant oversight?!

Burger King Delivery service may run away with your food

App in of itself is serviceable. Unfortunately due to the TOTAL disconnect between doordash ( which they use for delivery ) and them, if your driver runs off with your food you are screwed. Happened to me - driver supposedly picked up the order, ran away with the food and then apparently canceled the pick-up. Another driver was assigned to pick up, and was told it had already been picked up. 2nd driver asked if he could “cancel” the pickup, I said that was OK and he proceeded to mark it as “delivered”. Basically, on the wrong day, the entire process is a mess.

BK provide zero guarantees for a pickup service that THEY chose to use ( they have not even responded to a refund request ). The store will claim they have no power to issue refunds, and the app has no live support.

Doordash is a joke as well. Their system should mandate that both the business and the driver have the capability to mark something as picked up. The moment those two do not match should be when their customer service ( if they have any) take action. If that was the case, it would have been flagged immediately the driver attempted to cancel because the restaurant would have already marked it as picked up. If they have this feature already, then it is clearly broken.

I don’t particularly care about the money. But this guarantees I won’t be using this app or door dash in the future.
