Burger King The delivery and Belleville Ontario Canada store

Items not placed in the order and never received. Food is delivered in the car trunk of the delivery driver after they drop the bag and split it wide open the exposed food is sitting in the trunk with the bag remnant soaked in coffee. They take the empty coffee cup and throw it on to the front lawn of the customers residence or in their front flower garden. Restaurant the staff laughs when you tell them about it. You have it rigged so that when you order on the website refunds are not an option so if your grill is not working well you either take another item or lose the money you paid.

Desired outcome: Get rid of Door Dash, they are incompetent and educate your staff about customer service and how to do their job. Immediate replacement of missing or unfit food or refund given.

Burger King Whopper Meal

My husband ordered the coupon Whopper meal special and requested no lettuce on my sandwich and onion rings instead of fries and extra mayo and salt. I got a whopper with lettuce, no extra mayo, no salt but I got fries! The only reason I chose Burger King was the onion rings. I DETEST fries! I cannot eat lettuce because of a medical condition. After I removed my lettuce, I had a dry sandwich and fries that I had to throw away. My husband, who usually loves fries, threw his away because they were horrible. When you spend about $15.00 for burger combo meals, you expect to be able to eat them. I called the Burger King for about 20 minutes repeatedly and got no answer. Am I wrong, or shouldn't a business answer their phone? I demand restitution. Oh yeah, they did give me Zesty sauce...for the non-existent onion rings. I am attaching my receipt showing that they did have the onion rings on there.

Desired outcome: RESTITUTION!

April 27 around 11:30 at the Burger King on Florida Ave in Hemet, CA Cashier was rude. When got home to eat my food I found my order was incorrect, I requested no tomato no onion. Extras I ordered for my burger were not included. This is the second time this has happened it has happened at this store (Welwyn Garden City) order no 16 on 27/04/2023 at 12:21. I was charged for the extras but they weren’t included. On a previous order I also requested tomatoes were removed as I sometimes have a reaction to them and this was not done, ruining that meal too.

Burger King I never received my order!

I order my food through Burger King app at today, 04/24/2023 at approximately 4:26pm CST. I drive to the restaurant and waiting in the drive-thru line for 5 minutes before realizing no one was there! I drove to both drive-thru windows and no one came to assist. I drove to the front door and the front was locked! I want a refund immediately and a free meal as I was buying the food for someone else. I also filed a complaint using the online customer service system and I have received no response!

Desired outcome: I didn’t receive any food and my money is gone!

On hwwy 98 and fairfield whenever I go through drive through, im always asked to back up to reset drive thru clock, why? Also for two years now I cant get a diet coke from this place because they dont know how to mix carbonation and syrup for coke machine, please fix. Our burgers are made on stale bread. Burger King Feedback on advertising

This is in regard to Burger King's advertising, specifically, the You Rule ads. Please, for the love of God, take that horrible tune off the air. The guy trying to cram as many syllables as possible into a jingle that is sung so horrible out of tune that it literally makes your ears hurt. Every time I hear it I immediately change the channel or mute the TV. I was a musician for the majority of my life and hearing something sung so badly that it would have been immediately buzzed at a talent competition is an assault to anyone who knows the proper key.

Desired outcome: Take that tune off the air.

I have sent my husband to buy 2 special burgers with fries ,unfortunately it was only 7 chips in the small packet holder ,we feel like burger king in Randfontein Tambotie mall is robbing hammering custumers...

and it is not the first time we experiencing this,especially on TAW, it was a 1 burger in the the paper bag other burger was missing i had to cut burger into half to feed my kids ,i suggest they must open a bag to confirm with the customer that the take away is packed correctly.

The staff there is toooooooo relaxed is like cuatomers are also working there we must stand up and sit down before you receive your food ,use wifi till you fall asleep

Burger King General Service

My name is Jesse Stoner

I have been an avid consumer of Burger King sandwiches and fries for many years (I am 85 years old). I moved to the great state of Florida in Jan., 2011. There is only one Burger King Restaurant in Palm Coast, and I have bad, sad news to report to you. After so many years, I must rate the local Burger King restaurant as the worst one I have ever visited!

At this restaurant, I usually (seriously!) am told one of the following:

1. They are out of fries

2. They don’t have onion rings

3. They cannot make whoppers because they have no hamburger (!)

4. They have no coke

5. They have no large buns but can sell us Whopper Jrs.

On top of this, service is very bad.

Burger King Chicken sandwich

I was at 4092 State Road 26 East in Lafayette, IN 47905 for lunch and ordered carry out. I ordered a PLAIN chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese but nothing else for my special needs brother. Transaction ID: [protected] 305633. I get home and find the chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo on it so the sandwich was ruined. I normally would not complain, but it didn't work for my brother. Also paid extra for the cheese and bacon. As is most places, they were short of help. It was too far to drive back so reaching out to you to see if you can make this right. Thanks.

Burger King Treated unfairly by manager

Hi so I went over to the Merced Burger King I haven't been to Burger King in quite a while I was hungry I was willing to pay I had the money and Allison I did not know she was a manager or worked there at all I went there for no trouble at all I don't know Allison at all never have known her never will she has a video on her social media of the physical assault back in October she's done nothing but harassed and cyberbully me for about a good 6 months to a year she cries and complains I don't leave her alone but I do and she's the one that stalks and takes pictures of me when I'm walking minding my own business she claims I take pictures of her but I don't I always have my phone up high the only time I take a picture of her is when she's trying to get one of me first, Allison physically assaulted me in October last year and if I would have known it was her I promise you I would have not ordered but I had already ordered anyways Allison started drama on me was telling everyone I'm scared of her when I'm not and then I got on the phone with my mother and she started calling me horrible names she started big scene and I didn't do anything I told her to please back off and let me eat in peace and she got more verbal abusive I have a video of her and what she's done and said this is not right I was a customer and I got mistreated she called me a drug addict and all those awful things when I have never touched drugs in my whole entire life she's very rude and disrespectful and doesn't know when to stop and leave people alone

Burger King Extremely rude employee with a severe attitude at the register

I was just at the Burger King at 1146 W 6th St. in Corona, Ca. I went to order my lunch at 2:30pm on Friday 4/14/23. The cashier said that she would be with me in a minute to take my order, 3 different times. After waiting over 5 minutes, she came up and said that she couldn't take any more orders. I looked at her and said "that's great as i threw my hands up and stated I'm out of here. she said some sarcastic comment with major attitude as i was walking away when i stated that she did not have to have such a bad attitude. she continued to give me attitude so i ask to see a manager, she said that her manager was not there but should be back in an hour sarcastically. i then asked her for the corporate phone number which she told me to go find somewhere on the outer window and she didn't care if I reported it or even come back. I have never been treated so rudely by a young person at a restraunt in my life, This person should not be in the position that she has if she can't treat customers with respect.
