chicken sandwich
I stopped at burger king to get a 2 for 6. 1 chicken sandwhice and 1 whopper. The whopper was great the chicken sandwich was so burnt. The worst ever it looked like a burnt burger. I was so disappointed because, I was all the way home when I realized it wasn't any good. This is actually the 2nd time they did me wrong . Last year they charged my credit card twice and it was at night time like it was tonight . They need to make sure they hiring the right employees.

I was so displeased that I got back into my car and took them back, my stomach is killing me for what I have eaten already. Cameron Arizona location. I come here all the time at least once a week. Well this evening I placed my order to the newest team member who I did not get his name. I placed my order and I requested for all meals to be off the grill and he did know what that meant. So I asked to see if I can get one of the meals to to so I can pick it up later to keep it warm. I young man said "we do not do that". I was very disappointed because I placed at orders like this in the past. The young ladies who I place my orders have always did 100% guest satisfaction.
Later when our number was called I repeated on the Togo order and the manager Israel gave me a bag and said all orders go out together. Very rude I do Not Israel should be in the restaurant business. You need to find a well trained manager with customer service experience.

On June 22nd around 9:30pm I walked into the Burger King thats right by my home located at 1590 Hutchinson River Pkwy, Bronx, NY 10461. I went to get food for my daughter, no one was at a register after waiting for about 5 minutes my husband then asked the lady which seemed to be the manager on site "how long before someone can take my order"? she then responded with an attitude and said "Sir if you take a look you'll see that it's only me here" I then responded to her unprofessionalism and said "he only asked a question" which she then ignored and kept us waiting. we waited another 5 minutes before we asked again and this time she told us "if you can't wait then leave and come back tomorrow" feeling upset because of her rudeness I told her "no I will not leave my daughter is hungry and I want my order taken" she refused to take the order and clearly said "I'm not taking your order" and told the other workers not to take my order either. The other worker was afraid and not sure of wether she should take the order or not but she did anyway, while she was taking my order this manager kept repeating "i said don't take the order" making her feel intimidated and afraid but she was very kind and took our order. I have been coming to this specific burger king location for about 9 years now and I have never had such a bad experience with any of the employees there up until today. Most of the managers know my husband and myself and for her to tell us go home and come back tomorrow or I'm not taking your order was beyond unprofessional. People with that attitude shouldn't be working in fast food restaurants or dealing with the public. I hope the right protocol is taken towards her and this never happens again.

The St. Francisville Louisiana burger king owners response to his employees behavior to police officers trying to order food at his establishment was unconscionable . I will NEVER go to any Burger king again and will encourage everyone I know or talk to to do the same. NO RESPONSE from bk's corporate offices to the sheriffs requests is inexcusable and elevates the discrimination from a particular franchise to a corporate policy problem of great importance! Unbelievable!
receipts
On June 21st I ordered food for not only myself but for my co workers. I asked for my receipts and the lady told me the receipt is taped to each back. I looked and they didn't have the total of my orders or time on the receipts only the food. I asked for a receipt with that information and she told me they only give receipts to customers that pay with credit cards. I am not sure when this new rule started but needs to be changed back. I am responsible for giving the correct change back to my co workers when I pick up their food and can't do that if this company doesn't give receipts to the customers.
Yup what more can I say? Fast food should consider hiring more senior citizens because they are seldom late or sick. There is a better work ethic and they treat people kindly. And they know how to count back your change which no one else does.

Sadly, although this doesn't apply to every fast food worker, some are untrained, uninterested, unclean, uneducated. And that's what we get for placing low emphasis on education, and making good careers unobtainable!

At first, I went thru the drive-thru simply for a burger(qp w/cheese) The fries were forgotten by the server. I had to turn around in rush hour traffic to go back. When I got home, quite literally across the street, the burger was barely even luke warm and tasted as though it had been sitting for far too long. This is by far the worst quality food I have ever had at this location. Also, the fact that two such mistakes leads me to believe there could be either a lack of qualified supervision or a lack of training could be an issue.

Last night we stopped for food at the Burger King located in the travel plaza on interstate 80/90 in Rolling Prairie, IN Store ID 4INBK25. The service was slow, the girl at the counter was not into her job at all. Wanted a Sourdough swiss but there was no sourdough bread and no fountain drinks. I took a water but my son didn't want a water so he went to the travel center store and bought a drink. He order a Bacon King Jr. with fries and was charged for a meal even though he didn't get a drink. I also feel that the Bacon Jr. King for $8.39 was outrageous since I got a whopper which was 3 times the size of the King Jr. To me the King Jr. was nothing more than a slider. Last time I will visit Burger King!
poor fast food
This was a few months ago, The location has totally went down hill. For lunch my burgers anymore are literally thrown together looks like a soft taco falling apart in the wrapper then once was SMOTHERED with mayonnaise like it was done purposely I dont know . . the mayo was dripping off of it . I had to throw it away .

To whom it may concern,
I would like to express my disappointment and anger regarding this particular store. The last 5 or 6 times i visited the store, I was told that " the system went down" only to see people on the inside doing nothing. My sandwich on 2 of those occasions I order bacon and cheese on my whopper which i didnt get. I work late and sometimes thats the only place I prefer to go late nights. Burger King is my spot and I love you guys but that particular location dissappointments more often than not. Im actually getting ready to get off work and head over there shortly. Im going to give them one final chance.

You have lost business with the Albia Iowa people at your Ottumwa Iowa branch. How dare you treat a child with autism with such disrespect. They are different and can't help the way they are and do not understand and process things the way we do. This child I am close with and to see his mom hurt because you think you are better than that you are wrong. How dare you label people. I have been in your store many times and your employees are not that respectful to us who do not have disabilities. I guarantee this will get out and you will have less business. We live in a world today that is supposed to understanding of people with autism not demeaning of them. Shame on you. You are not a family restaurant. Knowing the child I am pretty sure he was doing nothing wrong, just singing and dancing which he loves to do.

You don't know anything about him! You weren't there either, so you have no idea how disruptive the child had become! And his caregiver refused to de-escalate the boy's behavior. She should be helping him learn to function in society, not let him do whatever wants because he's autistic. Maybe it could have been dealt with differently, but the owner did not have malicious intent. And he did not tell them they couldn't return. The owner of this store fostered over thirty children with disabilities and adopted three with severe behavioral and mental challenges (one of whom is on the spectrum). He also employees people with disabilities and always has. His very own grandson has struggled with Sensory Integration Disorder (which is a spectrum symptom). You heard one side of one story and decide to judge someone you don't even know.

Went through drive through on 6/21/18 @ 8:05 and left the drive thru finally with my foid a 8:29! Are you kidding me!?! Not acceptable at all. Retrain your help! It was evident that the only thing holding up the girl working the drive thru was waiting on the inefficiency of the back/"cooks"
And after waiting way longer than I should of, I didnt get the correct food!
After waiting almost a half hr through dribe thru, my food was wrong and i sent my husband in to get a re made sandwich since it was nit made with bacon as i asked. I sat down ate a double Texas whopper meal. Threw my food tray away, walked over refilled my drink and walked outside. A manager met me outside and said you have to pay for that drink sir. We don't give free drinks around here. I went inside told her I sat right there ate my meal and walked to get a refill and left. I was treated like a criminal over a stupid drink. You don't have to worry about me. I will never ever go to a Burger King again. Her excuse was they had trouble with people stealing drinks.

I have a grandson that works at burger king in martinsville indiana. He's 21, my younger grandson is living with us for summer, he's 17, he put a application in a week agi was told my kim the manager to come in the following monday june 18th for interview and she told him to come back in wednesday the 20th when his brother worked, again I brought him up here for interview. I had 2 appointments outside of our town, and he knew he had to wait on me, which was about 4.5 hrs.
I had bought his black pants, black belt and black shoes, which he had with him because "kim" made it sound like she was gonna talk to him then put him to work. Now granted she had talked to him on phone a week prior and knew he was 17 and had one more year of school to do.
She never came out to talk to him, instead she sent my oldest grandson out to tell him that she couldn't hire him because he would be going back to school. He had already told her he was going transfer to the burger king in greencastle indiana once school started. She never came out to talk to him and shes a manager! This woman is the most disrespectful human i've ever known to be in a manager position.
So I spent today taking back the shoes and belt, couldn't return the pants cause I washed them the night before for him. She had him come here twice and never talked to him. Smh. I will never eat at this burger king again! Thank you for your time,

Health Hazard
On June 20, 2018 I decided to stop in Burger King and have a Whopper for a quick lunch as I am sitting enjoying my Onion rings and Whopper I look up and a many comes out of the kitchen area and I see he doesn't have on a normal uniform. What he was holding was the spray can with the long nozzle, OK he was the exterminator.
I think this was very unprofessional and a big health hazard, he looked at me like he wanted to come to the area where I was sitting but the look I gave him he went the opposite way. I didn't say anything to the manager because I didn't want to make a scene. But I use this particular BK bathroom which is always clean, cause I work in the field and the Staff are very friendly and I always receive the best service.
I was shocked to see an exterminator in the establishment at 11:00 am when customers are eating.

My name is Jodi stahl me and my family were just at a drive thru window and the guy working was so rude. As we ordered our first meal the guy was sighing and making noises out of frustration as he didn't wanna be there. He heard me ask my kids what they wanted and he was started to sigh even louder and sick his teeth and make rude comments. As we completed our order he says do you see the damage. Stopped by Burger King at around 12:AM on 6/21. There was a big line which was unusual.After sitting 15 minutes, the cars in back of me started leaving. My son walked around to the window. There was no one at the register and no one to be seen inside.The car in front of us moved up a few feet. I yelled into the speaker. No reply. Finally a female voice asked for my order. She could not get it right even after several tries.Then the manager came on.I asked why they were so incompetent. She threatened to refuse my order on the grounds of "bad attitude".Words were exchanged and she became unhinged.Calling me names like [censored], [censored], [censored], [censored], etc. All the cars in line left, including me.To say what was going on inside was one giant cluster-[censored] is an understatement. This no doubt continued long after we left. Is this really the image you want for Burger King?

I went to Burger King on Park Avenue in Meadville, Pa and purchased a Bacon and Cheese Crispy Chicken Meal. I took it to go. When I opened the sandwich to put salt on it, to my shock I found a rotten tomato on the sandwich. And it was an end piece too! Who use end pieces of a tomato on a sandwich. Unbelievable! Not to pleased with Burger King right now. Just want to let you know!

We eat at Burger king on a regular basis in our town, but not usually for breakfast. Today, we were out earlier than normal and decided to give it a try. Ordered two of the new Savory Double Bacon Sourdough Kings and two senior drinks. After receiving our order, I nearly fell down from the floor being very slick. I just nearly caught myself. Another lady sitting nearby said she had just told the staff about the same slick floor. It was the entire floor, not just one spot. We sat down and noticed we had been given ham on our sandwiches instead of bacon. I immediately told the counter person, but got not response, she just went to tell the preparers. I figured they would bring us what we ordered. After about 5 minutes, it became obvious they were not fixing the problem. In addition, the sourdough was soggy and not toasted as shown in the picture. My wife took the sandwiches back to the counter again. At that time, a lady named Raychel, who was the same one that took our order, said, "Your husband ordered ham not bacon", in a very rude defensive manner. My wife again told her that we did order bacon, not ham and pointed out their display only showed two versions, bacon and sausage, so we didn't even know they offered ham. How could we have ordered it! My wife also told her about the soggy bread which Raychel said, "That's the way we do it", again in a rude manner. By then, my wife was not very happy and Raychel said, "What do you want?" My wife said to just give us a refund and we left. Our favorite burger are Whoppers, but we will never go to that Burger King again because of the curt, rude, disrespectful treatment we received today and the dangerous slick floor. Immediately after we left, we ran into friends at Wendy's who had just had a similar disrespectful treatment by the same person the day before. My wife and I are senior citizens and eat at least one meal a day out. We have been patrons of Burger King for 50 years steady but never had treatment like we received today. We won't go there again. My wife clearly heard what I ordered and I even pointed to it on the sign. Rachel should have just apologized and gave us the correct order and we would've accepted that as just an honest mistake that happens all the time. On June 20 2018 at 3:38 pm I visited store # 850 and went through the drive thru. One of the items I ordered was for someone who can't eat sesame seeds. I asked for the seedless bun and the guy did not want to give it to me. He said they don't have seedless buns and I should get two bottom buns. I know you have the potato buns and I refused to budge on the matter until he gave me the bun I requested. You need to educate your employees or I will not return to any burger king.
milkshake
I have been to (4) different Burger King location in the Huntsville, Alabama area on different days since the Salted Caramel milkshake was released and every location I have been to the shake machine does not work. I find this highly odd that the machine in different locations on different days does not work. Either your employees do not know how to use the machine or maintain them.
