BWS review: Service advertisements

In the Port Macquarie Express on the 12th of October 2016, you have an advertisement for your local stores.
Stating Somersby Pear Cider on sale for $28.00 for 2 packs. Went to your store today and purchased said items, the store has it advertised
on special for $30.00 for 2 packs. On going to checkout, informed cashier that your advert in the Express said they were $28.00 on special. He didn't know that the Express was our local paper! Nor would he ring and check,
he scanned them again & they came up $30.00. So I'd gone out of my way to purchase these items, so I paid for them. Your company did not honour
the advertisement, I would seriously reconsider purchasing anything from your business again. Your male staff member should be more informed.
Why not ring another staff member or have the advertisements in a special section, so you would not lose your employers customers. The advertisement is in the local Paper, the special runs till the 18th of October 2016. It's delivered to most homes in Port Macquarie.
The employee just gave the impression of I'm here for a wage / I don't care what you think! Whatever happened to pride in yourself and position, staff knowledge?
All the customer's losing $2.00 on every purchase, an inefficient way to promote more business. So obviously I would have to bring the whole newspaper so that you might honour your advert .
