ca antivirus not worth buying computer gets infected and they will not keep up to date in the new virus refuse to remove the virus off of my pc had to reformat the hardrive 3 times now to get virus off another program detected the virus and they refuse to detect or fix the problems this is the 3rd time i have gotten stuck with a virus when my key expires i am not renewing it.
This company is nothing but a crook it lets every virus come by with out warning i have yet to get an virus it would remove or detect. Bottom line do not buy CA antivirus it is not worth buying you might well not have an anti virus because this do not protect with at all.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
