I want to make a complaint to the Goodlife Fitness Club, as they have been doing improper charges and charges for our debit card for months and since we have not attended (my partner and I) for months, they never took us out of the system, we traveled to another city and the collections continue, they sent us emails, made phone calls and there was never any response from the company. The person who attended us does not show his face and does not give us any help and since we are far from the club where we were attending, it is our only source of information. When we left the city of Calgary, we traveled to Montreal, before that, we went to the gym, we made the payments due and that same day they told us that we were out of the system, even so we paid a couple of weeks more for the cancellation costs. firstly, our plan was, as indicated by the person who attended us, a payment that was made every two weeks until we traveled, then when I realized that the collections were still in the system, they told me that our plan was a year, something that was never reported to me, otherwise I would never have taken the plan since I knew that I would travel to a place where the club is not. We were not informed of anything, I had to send thousands of emails, make calls but they only told me I had to pay. At this moment my bank debit account is in red, that is, they have been charging for more than 3 months, so I do not have any debt, but I have asked for no money back and my definitive cancellation. They say they can not take me out of the system or return money and it is an injustice since it is nothing more nor less than a robbery, so what I ask again to this company, before resorting to greater forces is the simple return of all charges undue and also that they remove us from their system at once.
