Dear GoodLife Fitness Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue that has caused considerable stress and difficulty in meeting a critical request from our HR department. This isn't an isolated incident; previously, I've encountered similar challenges in obtaining necessary information, which unfortunately resulted in being ignored despite repeated attempts to resolve it.

Our company's HR department, which has a requirement to report our usage report, relies on the information I'm attempting to procure.

On November 8th, I initiated my first request for the usage report related to the Good Life report. Despite multiple follow-up emails and calls since then, I've encountered significant obstacles in obtaining this crucial information. Regrettably, despite my efforts, Sherisse Dillabough, the designated contact, has not responded to any of my requests for assistance via email or through the provided contact number ([protected]). Despite calling them, I was consistently put on hold and told to wait, yet no one addressed my queries. Additionally, when I attempted to reach out again to obtain the manager's contact information for resolution, my calls were left unanswered, exacerbating the situation further.

This persistent challenge has not only caused personal stress but has also disrupted our operational processes by delaying the fulfillment of a crucial requirement. I am deeply concerned about the lack of response and its impact on our company's timelines and commitments.

I urgently seek your intervention in resolving this matter comprehensively. Your assistance in facilitating the acquisition of this report or directing me to the appropriate channel for a prompt resolution would be immensely appreciated.
