I was treated very poorly by the manager and employee. at superstore north side

Just because I forgot one item. I've already paid for it
I came back next day to pick it up
The manager start shouts at me and makes an angry face. she was like
I WILL GAVE IT TO YOU THIS TIME
BUT IF YOU DO IT AGAIN. I WILL NOT GIVE IT TO YOU
I was like. I didn’t do in purpose. I just forgot it.
I am customer more than 5 years this is first time I forgot items

Real Canadian Superstore - no name unsweetened grapefruit juice
Used to buy it all the time now can't find it anywhere...I'm diabetic and it's the only juice I can drink..is it going to be coming back to the stores and available for consumers? Why would you guys remove or discontinue this product? It was available in cartons and available canned...it's been awhile since I've seen it really hoping it isn't gone for good

Real Canadian Superstore - lack of respect by all but two employees. re: wearing of poppy on nov. 7
Attended this store this afternoon and was disgusted and upset that only two employees were wearing a poppy. I wandered the store in disbelief! Not one of those operating front tills had one, (exception, the lady on self service) nor did customer service personnel! This, despite a pail with poppies for donation on that counter under their nose. What kind of respect does this show for those who fought to keep this country free from tyranny? I lost grandparents and great uncles to WW11, and expect people to remember their service for one short week in November! What's worse, the majority of employees today were immigrants who should be thankful we have a democratic country to welcome them! Such a wonderful opportunity missed by management to educate them, and such lack of respect by the majority of employees. I will not return to that store!
