I shop at the Real Canadian Superstore in Strathroy Ontario.
Over the last few months I have been unable to purchase basic items from this store.
On Friday September 6, 2024, I went to do my usual weekly shop. As has been happening over the last few months the milk I usually purchase (Neilson Truetaste 1% - 2 litre cartons are never available as are the 1.54 litre Simply Orange jugs. I have also tried to purchase croutons and only 2 packets where on the shelf.
I did go to customer service and asked why this was occurring and they said that the Strathroy store is not a 2 million dollar store, so they get what is left after those 2 million dollar stores are restocked.
This maybe a small town store, but remember that just 30 minutes down the road is London, Ontario, and if have no problem going to the grocery stores there such as Metro.
I would certainly like a response to this email.

Real Canadian Superstore - Unethical behaviour
This complaint is against a Store Supervisor, who is responsible for Order Picking
The store address is 626 Victoria Street, Strathroy, N7G 3C1, Ontario
An employee had an appointment to get a Covid 19 vaccine. The employee called the store and said she was going to be a few minutes late. The Supervisor gave her a grieve about being late and she had to cancelled the appointment. As per Provincial Covid 19 guidelines, the public is required to get the vaccine as soon as possible.
Being employed at Loblaws - Superstore - being in contact with customers and co-workers, there is a risk to getting Covid 19, getting the vaccine is a prevention. Do you want to closed the store because of a stupid supervisor not following Provincial and Federal Covid 19 Guidelines
On June 19 2021, an employee had to go home as her babysitter was really sick. The employee notified her supervisor. The supervisor told the worker she had to stay at work and leave her child with the baby sitter
The supervisor gives the employees a guilt trip, if the employee has to go home
The employee has a good attendance, work ethic
Real Canadian Superstore - lack of customer service
At the Strathroy, Ontario, Canada Superstore, I went in there today to buy a few groceries. After spending a half hour or more shopping, I got in line to pay, with the intention of paying by debit. Someone behind me in line said he thought there was a problem with the debit, so when I got close to the checkout clerk, I asked if my debit card was okay. She said "it might be...try it".
Apparently, the debit service was down all day, and the person in front of me abandoned their groceries in frustration. Fortunately, I had just enough cash with me to complete my purchase.
So...Why, why, why, did the store management not let the customers know there was no debit available? Why not a simple sign at the checkout, and at the front entrance? This would save your "Customers" an hour or more of wasted shopping time.
From now on, I will take the 20 minute drive into London to shop at Sobey's or Metro.
It just happened to me, no signs, in Surrey, bc. extremely busy, long line at the till. I get to the cashier, and after she Rings my groceries through she then explains my debit card may or may not work after two tries it did not work I abandoned my groceries until frustrated and went to the customer service where has to speak to the manager. After speaking to the manager about no signs he said other customers had taken signs down. I said how about training your Cashiers to speak more clearly while people stand in line or put a greeter at the door explaining. Could make arrangements before not after. very frustrated and unhappy with the service they told me I could use their bank machine to get cash which of course cost me $3. Boo to you at a major grocery chain store
